nikon_300f4_if-edNikon 300mm f/4 AF-IF ED

Pros: Metal, TA, creamy bokeh, multiplied with Kenko

Cons: At the moment none

Opinion: Taken recently and my opinions are positive... currently tested only with the D70s for gaming but will be mounted on D7100/D3s/D5. As with the Bighiera you can multiply with the KENKO PRO 300 1.4X that I use with the 80-200Optics dated but professional, blurred creamy like the D series optics, very sharp at TA. Purchased for Sports

nikon_d5Nikon D5

Pros: It is a flagship, speed throughout, fps, 21mpx, high ISO, etc...

Cons: Nobody

Opinion: I waited a while to write my opinion... taken this summer and today between weddings, baptisms, sports and various ceremonies according to my way of photographing is fantastic in everything. Currently I have a Nikon D3s that supports it, but to buy it I sold a Nikon D3x, D3 plus some lenses. Purchased by RCE USED PHOTO with 365000 shots and 2 years warranty... a praise to them because before I had bought a Nikon D4s turned out to be defective and after a couple of weeks they changed it with the D5 plus difference. If compared with the other flagships we are on another planet as operational reactivity, ISO tightness and sensitivity with little light ... this last point interested me more because it hooks the impossible even in the dark. For me it is also fine the grain at 25000 ISO, the 14fps also, but when you shoot you do not see anything and it becomes dark (not like the D3s) and perhaps it is the only defect that I find but for the rest it is from 10 and praise. In addition, the 21mpx are perfect, the files weigh little and the recovery is crazy.

nikon_d600Nikon D600

Pros: Dynamic Range, High ISO, Lightweight Body, Dual Memory Card, 24mpx

Cons: 39 close AF points, burst

Opinion: I took it as a third body this summer because using the flagships I wanted something light and cheap, and for weekends with my family. In 2016 I had the D610, I was helping a photographer friend in ceremonies and I can say that they are practically the same. What I don't like are the 39 AF points too close, poor burst and I have to test it well in low light. On the positive side it has a fantastic dynamic range, dual slots and high ISO. Good FF to start with ceremonies but possibility of losing some shots because not very sensitive in places with little light.

Pros: CCD, Body, everything you can have a PRO

Cons: nobody

Opinion: Purchased for the third time, a CCD reflex must be in my kit... great PRO with the controls in the right place. Used to the D3x and D3s I bought it with battery grip, I will use it for sports and for ceremonies with D series and Ais optics, I am curious to see the photos printed on a 30x30 along with some magnification. I like the perfect 1600 and 3200 ISO grain with the Nikon 50mm f1.2 Ais and now with the Nikon af 35-70 f2.8D

nikon_d90Nikon D90

Pros: All for age, internal motor, double ring, ISO up to 1600, weight, etc....

Cons: fps not really for sports but you live with

Opinion: I bought it back after 6 years for my 5-year-old son after a year with the D50. In 2015 used for 2 marriages with the Sigma af 70-200 f/2.8 EX DG HSM OS up to ISO 1250/1600 and its old files are phenomenal but it is my taste. Excellent Semi-Pro SLR and thanks to the internal motor and double beal I mount the bright and professional D series optics................................ nikon_af28-105dNikon AF 28-105mm f/3.5-4.5 D

Pros: Very versatile, sharpness and Old colors

Cons: Nobody

Opinion: Taken between the choice of nikon af 35-105 f/3.5-4.5 and Nikon af 35-135 f/3.5-4.5. Eventually purchased after reading reviews and who used it. Very versatile optics and purchased to mount it on my son's Nikon D50 but I also use it for family outings on D3s and D3x. Great colors and sharpness during the day (never used in the evening), even blurry I don't mind. The real reason is a spare lens to use for emergencies and less demanding work on the flagships.

Pros: Ta sharpness, light, fast AF

Cons: Nobody

Opinion: Recently taken and used for a baptism and wedding, my Nikon D3x looks reborn. Small and light, (almost not felt) in TA is very sharp and I am very happy with the purchase. AF very fast compared to my Nikon af-s 28-70 f2.8. I recommend it for those like me who have back problems and want a professional and ultra valid fixed.

nikon_d3xNikon D3x

Pros: It's a flagship, security, great files... high ISO suppers as I judge them

Cons: Nobody

Opinion: It is the last of the D3 series that was missing and now I am affixed for many years and will join the D3 and D3s for work. Taken at no cost because I did change with my D800 that I was not there and used with the flagships looked like a toy, I regret dynamic range and crop and against the heavy files. I shot at 3200 and 6400 ISO and the difference with the D800 is not much perhaps a bit sharper. Even though she is 12 years old it is still a super flagship for me and since I will have to work there I am very happy because it give me an indescribable feeling of security.

nikon_35-70_f2-8Nikon AF 35-70mm f/2.8

Pros: Price, professional lens, metal, sharp TA, etc...

Cons: Weight and not stabilized

Opinion: After a long time I managed to get one by switching with my D100 plus 50 th in my favor. Brought to clean the lenses because they were matte but with 40 euros I solved. Very satisfied, vintage optics and on D3 and D3s has its own because, also I paired it with the original lampshade and solves many problems in backlight.

nikon_d100Nikon D100

Pros: Internal motor, fast controls, CCD

Cons: Speed, high ISO (but it's 2002 and the Grain I like)

Opinion: I waited a while before writing my opinion... After using D70, D70s, D80 and D200, I can say for my taste that the D100 I like altogether. It is a very solid reflex, it has the commands at hand and the files are very beautiful. Up to ISO 640 the noise is acceptable and if exposed very well also has 1600, forget the recovery on the shadows because it is almost impossible. With normal optics like the 18-55 you have fun and molds, but with professional optics you have better results and currently the match with the Nikon AF 50 F 1.8 D, Nikon af 80-200 f 2.8 D pump second series and Tamron SP 24-70 F 2.8 VC USD G1. Shooting in RAW is a rule and between shots you have to wait 1/2 seconds even if you use a CF performance, but otherwise it is fantastic. Paid €85 with the battery grip.

Pros: Like all the Admirals.... Gust like the D3 (I love the sound)

Cons: Noise low ISO but they're adorable

Opinion: Just taken on Ebay for €152 and already it is love... I currently use a D3s but I am curious about the result of the JFET lbcast sensor I will use it purely for sports and baptisms.... it is for my children. 4MP are enough and advance for a photo book 40x30 and I can not wait for it to come to try. For the Iso I do not think is a problem... in the daytime is quiet and in the evening I will use a flash. Proven Sunday 24.06.2018... burst like the D3, even low ISO files (400/640) with grain but recoverable and adorable (I like it), light files and anyway it's a flagship... Divine. I created a group to have opinions on how to best use it. October 2018... I fall in love more and more and now with the firmware update 2.02 I read that it is similar to the D2HS.

nikon_af70-210f4Nikon AF 70-210mm f/4

Pros: Metal, Glass, Colors, Bokeh, Sharpness to TA, etc...

Cons: Slow AF But for age is normal

Opinion: 20.03.2019 After Selling it I resumed it a year later, but this time paid €40 including shipping. I Wanted the 80-200 but since it will be part of my second kit with Nikon D200, Nikon af 35-70 f2.8 D, I preferred the lightness. I Love the vintage and this lens will give me film-style photo with the CCD of the D200. Tried on the D3s to TA does not regret optical f 2.8. * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * I did some testing and I can't complain. Still to try in the work but this month with all the Sundays occupied by Communions and we will see how it behaves with the D700 and D3s. I'M curious to see the results at TA. March 3, 2019 After I sold it, I'm looking for another model for my second kit and will be used on a Nikon D200.

nikon_d60Nikon D60

Pros: Lightweight, low ISO CCD files, few commands but simple.

Cons: Lack of AF engine, ISO maximum 800.

Opinion: It was my first Reflex in 2009 and together with a makeup artist friend I was accompanying, I photographed over 300 brides, performing artists, models with 18-55 VR and 55-200 VR. Excellent yield up to 400 ISO and usable up to 800 ISO. I always bought it back from my sales friend in 2012 a bit for nostalgia and above all for the surrender of the CCD. To date it has 42250 and is a love. It will be my third body along with the D3s and D700. Combining good lenses will have great results and will pass to my children if they want to start photographing.

nikon_d700Nikon D700

Pros: Machine body, high ISO, no video (I do not use it)

Cons: For me no one, maybe 12mpx?

Opinion: I worked with the D3 for a couple of years and then sold for the D3s, now that I am without a second body I went looking for a D700 also because the budget was very limited. I made some test shots from 1000 ISO to ISO 6400 and I confirm what is said on the forum, the file is equal to the D3, certainly the grain is finer on the flagship but it is very similar. In the age of technology and the super megapixels are of the same idea as when I sold the D610 for the D3, better a super tested body without recalls that leads you to finish a job without problems. The 12mpx even croppando enough for a 30x30 photo album. Taken more for its reliability at € 300 with 312000 shots.

nikon_d3sNikon D3s

Pros: Clean images at High ISO, burst, body pro, etc...

Cons: None for how I use it

Opinion: 1 AUGUST 2017...I went from a few months from D3 to D3s because in the work I do not use flash and already the D3 satisfied me at 6400 ISO but I met really dark churches and hence the decision. I still have to try it in the field but it's the evolution of the D3 with a new sensor and some other improvements. I tried its 51600 ISO and the grain is very fine even if I will never get to use it at those values. As with the D3 taken last year, the D3s is the best choice. Unlike the current ones has never had recalls, problems, there are those who used it up to over 400000 shots before replacing the sensor, there are those who still use it. It's a flagship.

nikon_50_f1-8afNikon 50mm f/1.8 AF

Pros: Sharpness, price, AF

Cons: Nobody for the price is for general quality

Opinion: Bought used at 55 € to match it to the D70 but also as a Jolly lens in low light situations. I get 2 lenses f2.8 and f1.2 manual and this is what I missed in my equipment, an AF f1.8. Soft to TA that I really like, you should see the dreamy Bokeh of f1.2, this is almost dreamy, then used on D70 saves me to raise the ISO. It is perfect with the D70 to be used as the third body for weddings.

Pros: Semi-pro body, internal motor, double ring nut, CCD, 1/8000, 1/500 sine wave, infinite battery, good ISO 1600

Cons: No more age given yet.

Opinion: Few commands a true semi-pro, taken to use it as a third body in weddings with the Nikon 50 f1.2 Ais. Great output up to 640 ISO and good yield from 800 to 1600 ISO, the grain that produces is fine. I will use the D70 for Black and White. In addition to recommending it to start it can be used as the second body for events, combining good lenses and flash as it was used a decade ago among professionals. Paying a nonsense certainly will not disappoint me and will stay with me a long time. Flash sync 1/500 what the current reflexes are dreaming of. In my gallery I took a photo at 1600 ISO and the result is amazing. Very fine and pleasant noise.rnThree for those who have to start especially for Semi-pro commands.

nikon_d3Nikon D3

Pros: Fantastic body, inexhaustible burst, finger-to-finger controls, High ISO, low price (at the time it cost 4700 euros)

Cons: Nobody

Opinion: (August 2019). After selling the D3 for the D3s after 2 years I bought it back to support it as a second body to the D3s and D800. And nothing, the grain at 6400/8000 ISO I prefer it to The D3s........................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................ (2017) I sold the D610 because in addition to the 39 AF points too close that made me nervous, it was difficult to hook the subject with little light. For many I took a step back, but selling the D610 at the same price I took a Fantastic D3. Difference is noticeable in addition to the burst that makes you cringe, hooks that a beauty. I did some tests at 6400 ISO and the difference with the D610 is the finest grain............................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................ (19.02.2017) I shot in the theater and to my surprise I went smoothly to 3200/5000 Iso and 6400 easily workable. The photos are fantastic and the recovery is stunning. I confirm that a Pro is a Pro. Very happy with the purchase. Continuing the review I got to use it until ISO 8000 (08.08.2017) photographing my son with the only light of the bajour and the grain is pleasant, nothing drastic.

sigma_70-200osSigma 70-200mm f/2.8 EX DG OS HSM

Pros: AF, stabilizer, returns hot colors, light, price, duplicable.

Cons: Soft to TA

Opinion: I was torn between the Sigma and Tamron, then I did the first choice is because I use the Sigma 2x doubler of Nikon D7100 and D610 for the sport and because fast locks your subject. On D7100 use it for portraits in marriages and I also like the very pasty Bokeh although TA is very soft, but recover the sharpness with Lightroom or Photoshop. I look forward, if it comes out, the version ART. Currently very satisfied and recommend it.

Pros: Metal, TA and bokeh dreamlike, weight.

Cons: A little difficult at TA

Opinion: Taken used and very happy owner this magical lens. A dream come true. Fantastic and very heavy vintage optics, I use it for weddings on Nikon D610 and blur it at TA to a I do not know that dream/fairy. It is an optic that in my opinion is to be used only at full opening for its particular Bokeh. Every photo has something unique, magical and when you use it you feel like a photographer from other times.

nikon_d80Nikon D80

Pros: Bodied, smaller than the D90 that I owned, ISO1000 good, CCD, and everything has a semi-pro

Cons: 1/4000

Opinion: I bought it used in England for € 127 and fascinated by the D90 that I sold, I took this for CCD that together with Nikon Ai-S MF go well. The user currently in marriages and with good high ISO sealing (I got to ISO 1000) of which I do not mind the soon result comes 50 f1.2 Ais and we'll see the results. Although it has a lot years it is still valid, and I prefer it to the entry level.

Pros: 2016... fantastic, modified Nm720 infrared ________________ 2019.......... Bought for second body and ISO 1600 old

Cons: ISO up to 400

Opinion: 2019... I found a deal on Ebay and I took it, but this time it's a normal SLR. With D70 I snapped at 1600 and I presume, though of little, at the same sensitivity is better. This year in August I will be a guest at a wedding and along with the D200 with the Nikon af 35-70 f2.8 and Nikon af 70-210 f4, I'll do some shots that I'll use to create an Old Style photo book. ______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________... bought modified Nm720 infrared and I keep using it for pet weddings doing some particular infrared shots. 6MP is enough, I printed in 50x75. Difficult for me to free myself and will continue to be in my outfit for many years. Only drawback I found is the noise above the 400 ISO but exceeded with professional lenses stabilized.

Pros: Perfect, burst, ISO, body, dual slot

Cons: Everyone says the buffer but in my case it's okay ... no defect

Opinion: Just bought out in 2013 and was first love. Currently I am continuing to use it in all fields and especially in sports. No defects found. For weddings with optical f2.8 arriving smoothly to ISO 1250/1600 and up to 3200 it is decently processed with Lightroom or Photoshop. Now it is the second body after taking a D610 in excellent condition ...

Pros: Stratospheric seal high Iso, dynamic range, and controls like my D7100

Cons: The 39 AF points from exhaustion, 1/4000 which restricts to use ultraluminose optics.

Opinion: After Nikon switching from Nikon D60, D90 and currently still use, D70s Nm720 infrared with D7100, I took used the D610. From the first impressions I must say that I find really good because it has the same commands as my D7100. Finally I tried it during a communion, the AF with 39 points very close to me have created some problems when I wanted to photograph the parent posts to the side, then became normal use and I did not notice any more. For the sport we will see, I did some testing but the 5 fps and not 6fps are very slow and I prefer my D7100. Very satisfied.
