Reviews of cameras, lenses, tripods, heads and other accessories written by Snaik791

Microsoft Translator  The following opinions have been automatically translated with Microsoft Translator.

om_system_om1OM System OM-1

Pros: Operating speed, autofocus, ergonomics, tropicalization, computational functions, stacked sensor

Cons: High iso noise (but this is known and still solvable at the time of shooting and post production)

Opinion: The OM-1 is a really great camera. I was awakened by the pleasure of shooting... I come from Sony (6 years), and I removed all the kit including the A7IV to build me a micro 4/3 kit. No, I'm not crazy, indeed I'm very happy and satisfied with the choice I made because after a long time and many brands (I tried them all except Pentax), I'm savoring again the pure pleasure of taking photographs. The merits have already been written in previous reviews and I confirm them all great ... I just add that shooting at 50mpx handheld only when needed is very cool!!! Another advantage that I found is the dynamic range on the highlights, which stands at about 3/3.5 effective stops against the actual 2/2.5 stops of all other full frame and apsc cameras. The cons I would summarize them with noise at high iso... But if you understand how the M4/3 system works and shoot with a correct exposure, the problem is also solved because in post with proprietary software exceptional results are achieved.

sony_a7ivSony A7 IV

Pros: It has improved a lot compared to the A7III

Cons: The display is smaller than that of the A7III.

Opinion: Camera with great performance this A7IV not only does not regret the A7III, indeed it improves a little everything compared to the previous model. They could only make a display as big as that of the A7III. Improved ergonomics and good but not great. The new 33mpx sensor for me is pretty much perfect. The Sony system is now so full of optics that you are spoiled for choice but I would invite Sony and third-party manufacturers to make lenses with smart focal lengths in addition to the classic focal lengths. To be clear, in my opinion a 14-35 f4 zoom is smart, a zoom like the 35-150mm f2-2.8 tamron is smart... Overall I give a 9 to this camera.

fujifilm_xt4Fujifilm X-T4

Pros: Stabilization, vintage look, articulated display, exceptional film simulations, pleasure of photographing

Cons: grip and ergonomics not great (but this depends on the vintage setting of the camera), autofocus still improvable.

Opinion: The X-T4 is a mature apsc mirrorless camera. In my opinion the best mirrorless apsc on the market and also the most complete ... Sony on apsc still lags behind Fuji in everything except autofocus where the Sony system commands great. I hope that the next X-T5 has an autofocus comparable to that of Sony, because even today Fuji remains behind and you can see a lot. It is obvious that 90% of the photographs the X-T4 takes home quietly, for example landscape photos, portraits, still life, macro, street photography and all other static genres ... it suffers instead in the most dynamic photographic genres such as sports, birdlife and fast-moving fauna, and moving portraits where it tends to lose focus on the subject's eye or in any case never gives the feeling of extreme security that the latest Canon and Sony cameras give. Another "defect not defect" now well known is the ergonomics not at the top because of its retro look ... The merits are certainly the feeling of pleasure in photographing with this camera and all (many) merits (even in the video) already reported in the other reviews that preceded mine. Overall the X-T4 is an almost perfect apsc camera but I am confident that Fuji with future products will improve its (very few) weaknesses.

gopro_hero9_blackGoPro Hero9 Black

Pros: Excellent stabilization, improved sensor, finally double lcd, possibility to mount filters and 360 lens

Cons: little innovation, little responsive touch lcd

Opinion: The usual good GOPRO... The stabilization is frightening, I dare not think of that of the GOPRO10. The 20 mpx sensor now allows you to take photos with a pinch of extra detail, among other things there is the possibility of mounting nd filters and "360" lens which obviously is not a real 360 ° but only an even wider angle of view than that of the standard lens. The problem of GOPRO is the little innovation compared to competing companies, every year with each new version we see only small steps forward and some hardware and software improvements ... the competitors instead come out with completely new novelties compared to previous versions. LCD still to be improved, but it seems that it has been improved in version 10. Overall, the usual reliable GOPRO and with an aftermarket of accessories of all kinds and for any need.

tamron_17-28rxdTamron 17-28mm f/2.8 Di III RXD

Pros: Compact, impressive optical quality, lightweight, apsc lens price

Cons: cheap materials, focal excursion maybe a little curtain

Opinion: It's absurd how a lens is sometimes snubbed and underestimated... even when this lens came out I was a little skeptical but then I started to see a lot of evidence and reviews on the web all very positive and so I decided to buy it ... I think I made a very good move as this 17-28 has a really amazing optical quality and having also had the 16-35 gmaster in the past, I can confirm that optically (especially at the edges), this tamron is much higher ... certainly does not have the goodies and the construction of the gmaster, cmq turns out to be weather resistant and then it is of extraordinary compactness, it looks like a lens for apsc, excellent for traveling because it is also very light. Another pro is definitely the very low purchase price!!! In short, I am satisfied with the choice I made and if it had had a range of focal points like 16-30, it would have been perfect! Good Tamron!

canon_rf15-35_f2-8Canon RF 15-35mm f/2.8 L IS USM

Pros: Sharpness, stabilization,

Cons: I don't know

Opinion: A real L!!! What struck me the most was definitely the Sharpness even at full opening both in the center and at the edges... excellent stabilization, very contained flares and vignetting that all in all did not seem at all accentuated compared to other wide-angle objectives That I had ... maybe at f2.8 without correction in the room you notice a little but closing at f4 almost disappears, so to "landscape diaphragms" disappears altogether, however nothing to reproach compared to any other 16-35mm on the market today ... If also active the correction in the room obviously everything settles and the vignetting disappears even at F2.8. It must always be considered that the focal range of this zoom is quite wide (there is no 15-35mm f2.8...and not even f4) so Canon engineers will have had "a few" more headaches to design this lens, as although the focal range is 1 mm wider than the classic 16-35mm we must always consider that we are talking about a wide angle where an more millimeter makes a big difference in the design phase... So applaud canon engineers! Ultimately, as I wrote at the beginning of this review, this lens is a real L series with all the attributes!!!

canon_eos_r6Canon EOS R6

Pros: Ergonomics, HIGH ISO hold, stabilization, reflex-like operational speed

Cons: another extra function key wouldn't hurt...

Opinion: Taken mainly for its extraordinary ergonomics, for the fully articulated and touch display, for the efficiency of the stabilization of its sensor and for the Canon optics! The R6 is held as if it were a reflex. Keeping ISO great, it is rumoured that the sensor is the same as the 1DX Mark III.... Gust and autofocus single and continuous excellent, but having Sony A7III and having also had Sony A7r4 I'm already used very well. Eye focus that borders on perfection, very similar to that of Sony, so very efficient... The buffer almost never fills up especially if you use fast SD cards. Operating speed very close to the SLRs, as soon as it starts it is immediately ready to shoot. Files that are quietly workable and clean, but even in this case I am used very well with the RAW files of Sony sensors that in my opinion remain the best to work. Canon classic and embodied colormetry that never disappoints. Maybe another extra function key wouldn't have hurt... Battery that was a sweet surprise, definitely more durable than the figure stated by the house... by dismantling the menus a lot and shooting I got to about 600 shots and still I had about half the battery. For the video part I don't pronounce myself. Ultimately, the R6 seems to me to be a very good, very complete camera that captures the ergonomics and operational speed of reflexes by adding mirrorless camera technologies.

olympus_omd_em1_iiiOlympus OM-D E-M1 III

Pros: Eye af improved, joystick, freehand hi res shot, scary stabilization, new "my menu"

Cons: for a m4/3 i cons in this case are very few... maybe still the menu a little tangled and sometimes difficult to read.

Opinion: The M1 III is now a mature camera, it has everything you want in a camera and even more. The new freehand HI RES shuttering features and the built-in ND filter are great and very useful. Eye af significantly improved compared to the M1 II, now it is very fast, responsive and very precise, very similar to Sony's eye af... In any case, the whole industry seemed really good to me. Stabilization now allows almost the unthinkable until a few years ago, sharp freehand shots and without micro-movements even of 2-3 seconds that in my opinion are a lot of stuff especially for those who travel, do not want to carry a tripod and is in the presence of scenes with little light. The ergonomics is improved with the presence of the new joystick and the movement of some function key. Iso key now dedicated (finally). Another important thing is the new "my menu" customizable and very quick to consult. The image quality seemed to me slightly improved especially at the high iso... ok very little stuff, but you still manage to notice. Overall I found the new EM1 mark 3 a complete camera and very suitable for frequent travelers.

sony_fe24-105_f4ossSony FE 24-105mm f/4 G OSS

Pros: Sharpness, focal excursion, 9-blade diaphragm, tropicalized, not very heavy

Cons: nothing if it is used for the purposes for which it was designed (travel-reportage)... if then with this lens you make other specific genres like macros then...

Opinion: Anyone who has spoken ill of this lens that I have been using for more than a year, or has never tried it thoroughly or has had a faulty copy in hand. To be an F4 excels in almost everything... In my opinion, it's one of Sony's best-successful lenses. Great for those who travel a lot and don't want to carry an arsenal... Along with this lens in fact, it is enough only a wide angle possibly bright as the 16-35 F2.8 GMaster and you are covered for 95% of travel photos. Also great for reporting in general. In short, I would change it only and exclusively for the new Sigma 24-70 f2.8 FE but I already know that I would probably regret it... I'll think about it... Over-recommended to all those who want high quality and do not want too many pounds on their shoulders when they are traveling... those 35mm more than a 24-70 really make a difference...

sony_a7r_ivSony A7r IV

Pros: 61 mpx, improved grip, improved keys and tropicalization, 26mpx crop apsc, autofocus

Cons: unfortunately, there are still many shortcomings...

Opinion: More than a review, for me they are first impressions. The Sony alpha7r4, in addition to the new sensor, has been improved in many ways. If the r3 (which I had) was fine, this is even better... I noticed that the files seem to be more "crunchy" as well as being obviously more defined always than the r3. The machine body is improved in ergonomics and tropicalization, in addition to the keys also the door of memory cards seemed better built. They aim absolutely top as a definition. As for the high iso noise hold in my humble opinion the camera behaves slightly worse, in fact up to 400-800 iso there are no particular problems but turning up to 3200-6400 you will feel a little more noise than the r3... little bad because 95% of the shots I take and that I will do with this body will be low iso because the photocame is optimized to work precisely at low iso. The good thing is that the hot pixels are diminished sign of better heat dissipation, all results in an even cleaner file and therefore with a higher quality. It is obvious that this r4 is not the perfect machine body... there are shortcomings and things that in my opinion Sony has neglected: first of all the touch screen that is still not at the levels of that Canon, keys not backlit, display not completely winding and operational speed especially on the ignition from Improve. For the rest I reserve to write something else trying it in more detail.

sony_a7r_iiiSony A7r III

Pros: QI, fantastic sensor for dynamic range, excellent and precise autofocus

Cons: Sony has removed the apps not indispensable but so cute...

Opinion: I come from Sony A7R2 and for about 6 months I am the owner of this amazing body that is the A7R3! I say immediately that the IQ is slightly improved compared to the A7R2... improved (albeit little) dynamic range, improved the autofocus which is now even more accurate, improved colors that are now just hotter, improved operating speed Overall of the camera, improved the battery that now looks more like a battery than a DSLR for durability. have been improved and inserted also many small other things like the stabilization on the sensor that now appears even more than the A7R2, the touch screen (even if it does not drive me crazy for how it was conceived and the bad feeling that from Al Touch), has been inserted a small joystick, a viewfinder more capable in resolution and refresh, the function pixel shift, the double SD slot and finally the gust that now reaches 10 fps. I have used it enough in these 6 months (my exemplar was one of the first on the market in Italy) and I have to say that I took a certain feeling with this camera, it from a feeling of sturdiness and for my hands the grip is not a big deal (by the way it was law Rmente also improved the one to make room for the larger battery compartment). Photographically I have nothing to fault on this camera body since the sensor is one of the best on the market and allows me to snaps with ease in critical light situations, as the sensor recovers to perfection the shadows (a little less the highlights) , and always maintains a high IQ. With high ISO (for me high ISO means Max 3200iso) No problem, but I must say that I did some tests and the photos are perfectly recoverable even at 6400iso, then obviously depends on the light situations that are there at the time of shooting. On the portrait, landscape and street the camera is flawless... I have yet to check how it behaves with sports photography and macros, although I must admit that the tracking, speed and accuracy of the autofocus is really disarming! In short, a jewel that does not regret any reflex, not even the flagships... and the price in my opinion is not so high as you want to believe... Nikon d850 nital and 5Dmark4 Canon Italia still cost more than Sony and offer much less in terms of photographic technology... boh do you...

sigma_135_f1-8artSigma 135mm f/1.8 DG HSM Art

Pros: Defective, building, materials, sharpness

Cons: A bit heavy, price

Opinion: Purchased one of the first specimens, I must say that it is an Art in all respects! Blur really soft and pleasing, all-open sharpness, frightening, three-dimensional spectacular, I prefer everything in the already great 85mm f1.4 art except for versatility.rn For close-ups and half a bust is phenomenal, but I do not recommend it to anyone Do not like the sharpest picture. The minimum focusing distance is excellent, just 88cm and this allows you to make even closer close-ups without the need to go into post production. I've never had this focus and I have to be happy about the purchase. Maybe the price is a bit higher than the canon and nikon competition but here we really are at high levels. There is no stabilizer ... It is not a deadly sin of course, but if it had been, it would have made the object even more enviable than it is now. Construction, materials and unfortunately also weight, as usual to the top.

nikon_85_f1-8gNikon AF-S 85mm f/1.8 G

Pros: Crisp, light, price, light weight, compactness

Cons: construction materials, aberrations

Opinion: A good portrait lens, sharp enough even at f1.8, a lens to have in the makeup of an amateur photographer, gives a lot of satisfaction in relation to the low price at which you can find especially in used. The main drawbacks of this objective are primarily the aberrations at full aperture that force almost always move from post production to correct them. The materials are a little poor, but plastics are to the advantage of lightness. The bokeh is really nice. In short, a classic to have in the kit Nikon or at least to try.

samyang_85Samyang 85mm f/1.4 Aspherical IF

Pros: built well enough, cheap, good bokeh

Cons: purple fringing and aberrations at full aperture

Opinion: I bought this lens with Nikon attack but I use it, via adapter, not least of fujifilm xt1. Fuji on the manual focus does not scare me at all in fact I'm really enjoying focus manually. The lens is built pretty well and looks very solid, maybe the aperture ring is a tad duretta but could be a defect in my copy, but nothing serious. Good bokeh, soft and pleasant, at f1.4 not find it crystal clear and obviously suffers from purple fringing and chromatic aberrations, closing at f2.8 greatly increases the sharpness and chromatic aberrations disappear. Obviously not a professional lens, but as a hobby, working a lot in post production, they can come up with great photographs. Surely on the market today there are more professional alternatives and with superior performance and just recently he was also presented the Sigma 85mm f1.4 ART that promises wonders, but we must not forget that this samy costs 4-5 times less compared to the more famous 85mm currently trade, and may be applied forand be a viable inexpensive alternative for amateurs. I recommend buying those who want a budget and want honest performance without amazed too, but especially recommend the purchase of mirrorless with adapter, because the focus is definitely easier and more fun.

nikon_d810Nikon D810

Pros: Body pro, detailed files, dynamic range super

Cons: heavy files, ISO sensitivity up to max 2500

Opinion: And 'an absolutely pro camera body, it is deducted from the functions-settings and strength. Is held in the hand is perfect and a sense of solidity, but not indifferent to the neck for a whole day with grafted a handyman type 24-70 2.8 becomes really heavy. Exceptional quality of files, impressive dynamic range, are recovered shadows and highlights with a disarming ease, perfect for photos from the studio, landscape and macro photography, I think in these three areas as its best as long as you use high goals quality. One of the good things about this machine is definitely the shutter as it is soft and quiet enough, it is a pleasure to shoot with that soft little noise when you press the shutter release button ... The files are very heavy and download a whole CF 64 GB becomes stressful, you have to have fast pC and next-generation speed for the job with the post production. The noise level is high already above 2500 ISO but the d810 in my opinion is not bornto work at high ISO. So if known how to use properly and with slow solving the d810 bakes really crazy and very detailed file but in my opinion it is not a "handyman" also pure because of a burst not particularly fast.

tamron_15-30vcTamron 15-30mm f/2.8 VC USD

Pros: Clarity, toughness, good zoom range, good color rendering

Cons: heavy, big, good resistance to flare but not outstanding, cap so-so, no screw-on filters.

Opinion: Start by saying straight away that I mounted on my Nikon d750 and first contact I felt it was really a bell'obiettivo, good construction and plastic materials used, then the weight feels well enough and that means that there is much substance in . In fact that's it, the image quality of this objective is amazing: sharpness, color, focal length (with which you can also do a little street), fast, pleasing bokeh autofocus (mostly 30mm), very little vignetting even sharp enough in the corners and edges. The resistance to flare is good but not exceptional in that it happened to me to find it in some pictures with the sunlight coming from the side (more precisely from my right to 15mm), but I must also say that it was a very discreet flare and easy to remove in post production, in short, nothing irreconcilable. For the rest I can say that stabilization is more comfortable with focal lengths ranging from 24mmto 30mm. It is not a purely objective "by street" but it may very well remain attached to the body for a day (especially when traveling), since you can not very well take the 80% of photos, certainly is not a pure all-rounder, but still managed to meet my needs. Can not mount screw filters, but could never do it because he has a large, round front lens protruding enough from the lens. Finally the cap: they could do very well as a block in the Samyang 14mm, so instead you may easily lose it when mounted. Ultimately I can only straconsigliare this objective that according to many equals the performance of the infamous Nikon 14-24 at a clearly lower price. I have tried the Nikon 14-24mm one time for an hour and of course I would not compare the two goals, I can only say that this is really an excellent Tamron wide zoom at a very affordable price than the competition.

sigma_70-200osSigma 70-200mm f/2.8 EX DG OS HSM

Pros: Quite sharp at all focal lengths, blur, price

Cons: not weather sealed

Opinion: Purchased after carefully reading many reviews, my question was whether to take this Sigma or Tamron (discarded the Nikon because of the high price) ... in the end I opted for this little gem. The decision was made after looking closely at the curve of sharpness of 2 objectives reviewed in a magazine. It would seem that the sharpness of the Tamron is great especially the wide- ranging from 100 to 140mm, and 200mm to 70 drops a bit (but I never tried it, I trusted the graphics test of the magazine and some reviews on the web) while the Sigma has a smoother curve at all focal lengths and especially to 200mm (that is a focal length that I use a lot) it does not lose almost nothing in sharpness. Obviously with f2.8 aperture because if you close the aperture already f3,5-4 sharpness becomes optimal at all focal lengths. But I think that a purchaser of a 70-200 f2.8 do it mainly to photograph wide open otherwise what would I buy it? Very good construction, supplied great (there is also the case in the package) And price is not an exaggeration to make this objective a subject of undoubted quality. Only lack: tropicalization. Even I had to calibrate the lens with the micro directly in the room, but once solved the problem usually F / B focus that afflicts almost all Sigma, goes like a dream. So I can be very satisfied with this zoom 70-200, and of course I would recommend it to those who do not want gutted with Nikon ...

Pros: price, plenty of room, space for any portable, backpack waterproof canvas cover supplied.

Cons: low quality, especially for interior materials but at this price what more could you want?

Opinion: Backpack big enough, plenty of space for 2 pro SLR bodies with 3-4 lenses, exterior materials of higher quality than domestic ones, overall robustness pretty good number of pockets more than enough, it took me pretty much everything ... and if that was not enough you can bring with you a tablet or even a laptop !!! The interior materials have not convinced me, at least I hope that last some time ... in any case recommend to the general report of money that is unbeatable.

fujifilm_18-55oisFujifilm XF 18-55 f/2.8-4R LM OIS

Pros: Crisp, compact, sturdy

Cons: not weather sealed

Opinion: I am also a happy owner of his older brother (Fujifilm XF 16-55 f2.8 WR R LM) and I am fine with it, but with this I 18-55 in more compact, light and not so much sacrificed stabilizer. I say this because freehand I noticed a clear difference in picture especially in low light, the camera shake is 16-55 lurking. Everything vanishes, however, if we compare the two goals on tripod always with poor light, the course 16-55 in this case becomes more powerful. Same thing happens with a good light. Indeed stabilizer works well enough and freehand avoid camera shake. Compactness is another thing that I care and of course the older brother is anything but that compact with this 18-55 instead carry the X-t1 always with me and goes all in a normal bag (no photo!). Not to be compared to other entry level objectives of other manufacturers, this beats them all in terms of both image quality even at the level of construction. Too bad non is weather sealed! Hood outrageous as usual Fuji (at least in recent years). Again I'm going to buy a more compact metal lens hood to screw the lens. Front cap that is lost very easily. Overall I have to say that I am very pleased with this other gem Fuji!

manfrotto_befreeManfrotto BeFree

Pros: Compact, lightweight, easy to handle, robust

Cons: hook for ballast, ball head too small

Opinion: Great tripod travel, when you close it becomes very compact, I open and close with breakneck speed and this is definitely a plus point of this tripod because in a moment I can capture the scene that interests me without too many adjustments. Not suitable for macro photography, the ball head little one does not allow very precise adjustments, even less suited to macro pressures. Even with telephoto lenses is not the best accuracy, you lose a bit of time to place the camera. In my opinion not usable with telephoto lenses very driven type Tamron - Sigma 150-600, which then produces too much vibration to the maximum focal translate into photographs with camera shake, even worse when there is a breath of wind. Great for photos instead of landscape because thanks to its compactness and lightness allows excursions also quite difficult and so you can get to places otherwise inaccessible landscape with other professional tripods are, but very heavy and bulky. With wide-angle lenses tripod to its best and behaves pretty well, I have not tried in the studio. The price is quite competitive. In my opinion it is a tripod to have in the kit and use it when you want to travel light.

fujifilm_23_f1-4Fujifilm XF 23mm f/1.4 R

Pros: compact, lightweight, quality construction and optics, sharpness

Cons: for me the hood is embarrassing

Opinion: It 'a fixed lens-rounder perfect for Fuji XT1. Goes well with the camera body is not at all cumbersome indeed, is very compact and lightweight, perfect for cases vintage leather. I tried it both day (exceptional) that especially at night where he gave me a lot of satisfaction being able to shoot handheld with the times and iso decent at full aperture. Excellent build quality, outstanding optical. The lens in question is a blend of clarity already in TA, but if you close 1-2 Stop become stratospheric. Great for street, reportage, landscape, landscapes, portraits and ambientati not. Truly a gem that I think has a cost that justifies the high performance. The downside is definitely the lens hood, which on this occasion is ridiculous ... although I must admit that with the Fuji lens hood also did worse (see my review 16-55 f2.8 R WR). It is not clear why Fuji does not heed these little things that make a lens even more precious and affascinante, as well as functional ... even I will resort to the metal hood on ebay, patience !!! Overall my final grade is the highest (9.5), congratulations to Fujifilm is churning because camera bodies and lenses really exceptional.

tamron_24-70_f2-8vcTamron 24-70mm f/2.8 Di VC USD

Pros: Sharpness, stabilization, weather sealing, construction, acceptable price

Cons: maybe the hood, but now there are many that are embarrassing ...

Opinion: Objective rounder, not too pushed, of undoubted quality optics. Quite compact than the competition and with more efficient stabilizer. The more I tried to portraits and 24mm (FF Nikon d750) for landscapes, in both cases gave me back good clean, sharp images. The diameter of the filters is important (82mm) and unfortunately the filters screw quality with this diameter are quite expensive. Excellent zoom lock to 24mm for those who make the landscape and good weight, despite the lens is also sealed. Cartoon a little wide open on full frame and slightly distorts the image on 24mm, but nothing that you can not easily recover in post production. The only real sour note is the hood ridiculous and plasticky, but trust me ... it gets worse! So at a price after all abordabile, you take home a professional goal, tropical conditions stabilized, clear and also returns the beautiful colors, what you ask for from life?

fujifilm_16-55_f2-8wrFujifilm XF 16-55mm f/2.8 R LM WR

Pros: weather sealed, clear, quality in general

Cons: Weight, size, lens hood ridiculous

Opinion: Purchased together with the x-t1, this is really a lens with great performance, crystal clear both the center and the edges, handyman really well built! Tropical conditions, coupled to the x-t1 is truly a sight! Great image quality in general, not hiding at all its nature as a career goal. E 'but too big and too heavy for the x-t1, while the body of the machine x-t1 is very discreet, the 16-55 is really rather striking. On a negative note goes to the hood which is really ridiculous and plasticky compared to the lens, by the way my specimen is also difficult to disassemble and reassemble, every time I try to attach or detach lose 15 to 25 seconds because I can not understand screwing her, we'll be able? I hope both of you because it would be perfect. Fujifilm has produced another gem of slow, highly recommended to all as a lens to be true handyman EXCELLENT quality, but to carry in a holster by reflex as the various cases in leather compact non are still adapted to the dimensions of this lens.

fujifilm_xt1Fujifilm X-T1

Pros: Compact and tropical, vintage style, super performance, robust, good sensor, low noise, complete functions, tilt monitor, optical park excellent.

Cons: only one memory slot, rear collar a bit hard (maybe just in my example).

Opinion: The X-T1 is the artwork of Fujifilm! I come from a very good X-M1 already has moved me enough, but this is really superb. All that was missing in the X-M1 here and there some functions are also improved. I do not want to mention the quality of the 'great aps-c sensor because it has already been said enough. I found it very compact and wearable, is very sturdy and sits quite well, I did the upgrade of 'Shutter ... wow !!! Main functions all at hand easily, the rings are 7 !!! Autofocus that did not disappoint me, sometimes seems to falter a little but nothing that is quite accurate and fast. I have not tried the 'continuous autofocus but will soon. Vintage design that makes me go crazy, really nice aesthetically. The menu is fairly rich in features and options, however, is a bit complicated and not very fast in the choice. The tilting monitor is utiland but not required, the viewfinder is very bright and full of information even in the dark. Unfortunately has only one memory slot would have preferred that he had had 2. In my example the ring back just above the focus assist button is too hard, not quite smooth. Some rear button could be better positioned such that the trash, for me it is a bit uncomfortable. I would have preferred a fill flash concealed as in X-M1, not the standard that should be fitted every time, but I understand that there was more space to put a retractable flash. Function focus peacking excellent, for me absolutely necessary for a car like the X-T1, allows you to use any objective and focus properly. Someone uses it for weddings, I say that in some cases the machine is worth more than a wedding ... Excellent for street, reportage, macro, landscape, portrait. Coupled to the 16-55 f2.8 is a big bomb !!! Too bad for the little workability files .Raf ... So, overall it is a machine really extraordinary, delighted and pleased to have you purchased, highly recommend!

fujifilm_16-50oisFujifilm XC 16-50mm f/3.5-5.6 OIS

Pros: Lightweight, compact enough.

Cons: plasticky, build quality, image quality is not outstanding, focus a little uncertain.

Opinion: Classic lens kit for Fujifilm mirrorless, quite modest. Nothing sensational, good lens for beginners, price a little higher end if purchased individually, image quality in line with the other objectives of the entry level kit from other manufacturers so modest. I liked the choice of wide angle slightly more stringent (16mm) than the classic 18-55, but in my opinion is too plasticky and very little pro. Hood even more plasticky lens, lightweight and sturdy feel almost nothing. I found it quite compact, the zoom ring did not like, is not quite smooth, while the ring of focus things go a bit better. On a negative note goes to maf which I thought was a bit uncertain with this objective, especially in the presence of low-light scenarios. Practically this is the lens "plasticotto" Fuji, great to start, but after a while definitely needs to be replaced with something more powerful.

fujifilm_27_f2-8Fujifilm XF 27mm f/2.8

Pros: Compact, lightweight, good image quality

Cons: feeling to have in my hands a toy, but just feeling ...

Opinion: This is my first lens for fujifilm system, purchased together with the X-M1 is giving me excellent photo opportunities, are satisfied with the image quality that gives, then coupled to the X-M1 everything becomes very compact, so for outputs family I have always with me a system of excellent quality. I took also backlit para no light, without getting flare, exceptional !!! For the rest I confirm everything that has already been written before of my review. Suitable for those who want quality and firmness at the same time.

fujifilm_xm1Fujifilm X-M1

Pros: Image quality, good autofocus, made at high ISO.

Cons: too much cheap plastic, autofocus moving

Opinion: Having already two Nikon bodies with relative optical I was tired of always take me behind the backpack, I wanted to buy a mirrorless to take with me and the family walks without giving up a good photo quality. After reading several reviews on the web and after 2 Conticini in your pocket, I opted for this x-m1 and I must say that it is not regretted the choice. I was torn between this and a6000 sony x-m1 and eventually won the day's little fujifilm for higher quality at high ISO. In fact I had never seen such quality in a sensor aps-c, and I was stunned. But the thing that made me most pleasure was the precision of 'autofocus. I was very concerned about this aspect because I read a lot of negative things and instead I have to say that the autofocus is quite accurate and fast to be a mirrorless. It 's true, if you have to chase a subject then forget it, is not a suitable job for this mirrorless, surely it would be more suitable for sony a6000 because of his sistemAF to more advanced, but for landscape photos, portrait, street, macro and still life is just fine. Practically suitable for anything but a sports photos and tracking in general, a better AF SLR with the latest generation of these genres. For the rest I took good quality pictures at 6400 ISO, this says a lot about the quality of the sensor. The menu I find it quite intuitive and complete. Some function button more would not hurt, but this body is an entry level so it is normal. The tilting LCD is useful with it and I have not felt the need to have a viewfinder. The battery lasts little bit but this is normal because the screen is always lit when the machine is working. Very nice functions Velvia Provia Sensia etc. that mimic the various films fujifilm. One thing that I do not like at all is the cheap plastic that covers the camera body and the rear ring, instead the vintage design is beautiful and very cool! In conclusion I think this will give me many fujisatisfactions, certainly more than I'll wait!

samyang_14Samyang 14mm f/2.8 IF ED UMC Aspherical

Pros: quality / price unrivaled sharpness and overall quality.

Cons: distortion and vignetting

Opinion: I took this new wide-angle to a very low price and trying it I realized that I made a very good deal. The objective is crystal clear and has a crazy detail, has an angle of view and also amazing to TA is not bad. Flare very content, and good materials. Too bad you can not mount filters screw ... E 'heavy enough, its weight does not bother and cluttered the right. The MAF manual for me is not a problem. If I would compare this objective with other wide-angle emblazoned think not notice very big differences in image quality and in any case those defects type vignetting and distortion are easily correctable in post production. Also the price / quality is unrivaled. Really pleased with this toy, good Samyang!

nikon_24-85vrNikon AF-S 24-85mm f/3.5-4.5 G ED VR

Pros: Fairly compact, lightweight.

Cons: vignetting at 24mm, VR maximum

Opinion: Using this objective it is not satisfied with any dissatisfied ... I mean that is a lens rather modest, the actual price is a bit high compared to the benefits that it offers, but it is a good all-rounder with a range of focal lengths is not very large but in any case suitable for amateur photographers who travel a lot and that they are not going to carry around so many pounds of stuff to each excursion. Among other things, it is also compact enough: the machine (type D610) and objective fit perfectly in a medium-size bag without carrying knapsacks and backpacks. The performances do not disappoint the amateur photographer but do not meet the professional, since the objective is quite clear but has a significant vignetting at 24mm and the VR is really weak. I'm rather impressed by the good blurred that you can not get, of course nothing to do with the objectives pro, but not bad considering the type of product. Another thing I did not like are the materials seem to have a toy in his hands, does not give me a sense of strength, it seems that if you doaccidentally topples to the ground will shatter into a thousand pieces, Nikon should pay more attention to the materials. Even the rings I seemed on top. In conclusion I can say that this objective after all has a good quality of 'image, but nothing to do with the pro Nikon lenses.

nikon_d750Nikon D750

Pros: Autofocus, high ISO performance, endless menus, easy handling, light weight, swivel screen, wifi

Cons: Only 1/4000 (the D7100 does better, 1/8000)

Opinion: B bright and resolute, the wifi a little less for the type of product (I use it and I will use it very little), but still acceptable. The burst of 6.5 fps find it good, some not great but not particularly slow. In conclusion I must admit that Nikon has produced a reflex really nice and very powerful, clear ... only fly in the ointment 1/4000 !!!

nikon_35dxNikon AF-S DX 35mm f/1.8 G

Pros: ultra-light, crisp, compact, compact hood, af fast, low price

Cons: lens for DX format only

Opinion: Bought mainly for street, is a lens of excellent optical quality, very sharp. Very easy to carry around as it weighs very little and even less cluttered ... even the hood is really compact. I use it mainly on the D7100 and the yield is fabulous, also a good TA. The only flaw if I may say so, are the plastics used to make it look this extraordinary object a little toy but overall nothing to worry about. Too bad that you can not use even for FX format, would give a hard time to some 1.4. Highly recommended !!!

nikon_afs18-140Nikon AF-S 18-140mm f/3.5-5.6G ED VR

Pros: focal length as a good all-rounder, sharpness but not to 140mm.

Cons: not very sharp at maximum focal length, a little dark, a little higher end price, slight distortion at 18mm.

Opinion: 3B, however, a good all-rounder, great for those who travel and do not have very big claims.

tokina_11-16_f2-8_v2Tokina AT-X Pro 11-16mm f/2.8 DX II

Pros: Strong, sharp, great colors, MAF really excellent, low distortion.

Cons: Flare fairly present weight.

Opinion: I purchased this' lens after reading various reviews and I must say that I was really pleased. It is not a toy, it is very sturdy and unfortunately also quite heavy. The sharpness is very good and the colors are really beautiful that gives. The focus has really convinced me (at least on nikon D7100), in short, may be the wide-angle lens perfect but in fact it is not! The flare is always lurking, just today I took some panoramic photos but I had to discard half because of the flare, and even though sometimes it might be enjoyable and imaginative, on many other occasions it definitely is not at all. It seems that the hood is not suitable for the type of optical ... mah! For the rest I can say that it is really light and vignetting is very very low, the distortion is not annoying, however, and is easily corrected in PP. Not worth the full 10 for 2 reasons: flare and focal range (11-16) less than the competition (10-24).

nikon_18-105dx_vrNikon AF-S DX 18-105mm f/3.5-5.6 G ED VR

Pros: focal length

Cons: distortion at 18mm, dark, vr not effective, vignetting at 105mm

Opinion: Perhaps the lens less powerful that I used until now, not at the height of Nikon products, not usable because it creates a distortion at 18mm is not acceptable so it can not be used as a wide angle. And 'quite dark but the worst thing, and that is not effective then vr + vibration = dark pictures deleted! Not usable even at the maximum focal length of 105mm as cartoon enough. What can we say, surely the price is not high, but the Nikon could do better, especially because the focal lengths ranging from 18 to 105mm are always the most popular and in fact I think the zoom range is just as well, but unfortunately I have to say that 18 55 vr is definitely more powerful, so I recommend you to choose it as the kit lens.

nikon_50_f1-8gNikon AF-S 50mm f/1.8 G

Pros: exceptional focus, MAF superb, superb sharpness, very low price

Cons: none

Opinion: Recently purchased, I always keep it mounted on my D7100 and I can not part with it, it is giving me infinite satisfaction. A lens really excellent in so many points of view, first of all the sharpness. The focus that can give is really nice as well as the effect of "3D" from which the photos. The 'AF is ready and precise, and then it is very light ... even in the price. The only drawback is that you do not have the stability that I think would have made it further this objective even more powerful than it already is. The TIP OF to those who are going to buy a fixed lens, do not want gutted and want exceptional performance.

nikon_d7100Nikon D7100

Pros: Resolution and detail to the top, sturdy and weather sealed camera body, long battery life, the ability to connect wifi device, af 51-point, by DX 1.3x exceptional.

Cons: Buffer poor

Opinion: I recently purchased and I must say that the sensor I was very impressed by the quality and detail that is able to give to photos, manegevole enough of a sense of considerable strength. The battery life is great and even though I come from a d3100 in which I was impressed with the battery life, the D7100 can do much better, which is great for those who travel and are out 1 or 2 days without being able to charge the battery. The buffer is scarsetto, I expected a little more from the team of aps-c, but it gets worse. The noise seems evident after 800 ISO in low light, but it is very manageable, I have not tried the machine at night but will soon. In conclusion I must say that this D7100 is an excellent machine with even a little something to improve, I'm sure that Nikon will soon be done for the new model even more performing.

nikon_d3100Nikon D3100

Pros: Quality / price, light weight, easy to use, with a sense of good build quality

Cons: a lot of noise over 800 ISO in low light even at 400 ISO, burst almost non-existent, poor screen resolution

Opinion: It 'was and still is my first SLR camera body, between the positive things I say above that it seemed from the outset very sturdy, good as entry level and for those who approach the world of SLR for the first time, allows to do so many things and then it is very easy and intuitive, plus it is also very convenient to take on trips as it is compact and lightweight. However, being an entry level, is known as the best, come to the surface several shortcomings. First of all, 800 ISO the noise is quite noticeable and even at ISO 400 in low light there is a lot of noise so poorly suited to taking photos at night, by comparing the display with other products you will notice that it has a low resolution, you can never really understand how did the photo, the sensor cleaning does not do his duty, also the burst is virtually absent, only 3fps are really little. In conclusion I can say that the d3100 is a good entry level with all its limitations as entry level as it should be.

Pros: For now I'll just solid, affordable, exceptional stabilizer

Cons: Still I have not noticed

Opinion: I recently purchased this remote and I have to say that first impressions are very, very positive: I am referring above all, at least for now, the stabilization really excellent, perhaps a little noisy, but who cares, it's very effective! I think it is also a lens pretty solid and well built, maybe a tad pesantuccio but this also makes it clear that there is much substance inside. From the first tests I can say that the pictures are pretty sharp but I have yet to try it in the most demanding conditions such as type of night. It 'also very cheap, I recommend it.

Pros: Lightweight, compact, af ok, price

Cons: still not found

Opinion: It 's my current lens handyman who was included in the kit d3100, and I must say that until now I've never been disappointed, of course I speak in relation to the price, but I was satisfied in many occasions especially in low-light photos. The noise and aberrations are fairly small, and even distortions are almost absent. The colors are fine, and f is always pronto. In future on the D7100 test it but I think I will have some nasty surprise ... In conclusion I think that this lens is a good all-rounder and a great way to start taking pictures with the entry level SLR Nikon.

nikon_55-200dx_vrNikon AF-S DX 55-200mm f/4-5.6 G VR

Pros: fairly robust price

Cons: Sharpness at maximum focal really scandalous, intolerable noise, aberrations, af very uncertain

Opinion: It 'is currently one of my goals, but unfortunately not very satisfactory. The sharpness at maximum focal length will literally bless, not to mention the noise and aberrations at the highest levels especially for photos in low light. He defends pretty well with portraits but we are not at lofty levels of course. Sometimes the colors look fake and it is constantly increasing with the darkness always in the dark ... plus the af vr becomes very uncertain and slow to stabilize. One lens dedicated exclusively to beginners and those who are content with little or nothing.
