Sono nato nel 1959 e all'età di sedici anni mio padre mi regalò una reflex. Tanti sono stati i cambiamenti ma la fotografia non è cambiata. E' cambiata solo la tecnologia. L'apporto del fotografo rimane determinante. È ancora il fotografo che decide come e quando scattare. Non esistono automatismi che possano sostituire la scelta del fotografo. Così come è il fotografo che decide come e quanto alterare la realtà della fotografia con gli strumenti di ripresa e di post produzione.
Oggi fotografo principalmente lo sport, perché ogni momento, ogni azione non si ripete mai: un'emozione continua!
