![]() | Nikon AF-S Nikkor 200-500mm f/5.6 E ED VR Pros: Sharpness, autofocus, stabilization, now used you can find it at a good price Cons: Lens hood, extension Opinion: I've had it for four months and I've had the opportunity to use it in different situations. Track, car and motorbike, or other outdoor sport. I don't photograph birdlife. In combination with the 850D it is a sniper, fast and does not miss a shot. Good lens hood construction apart from that comes off just looking at it. It extends quite a lot and has a good long loop to reach the maximum focal length. The stabilizer is excellent. Even if heavy I always use it freehand as it is well balanced. Used now it is found at excellent prices and becomes an unmissable deal. Highly recommended. sent on August 27, 2024 |
![]() | Sigma 100-300mm f/4 DG EX HSM Pros: Construction, sharpness, blur, af speed. Cons: Not easy to find in the second-hand market Opinion: Bought used a month ago at an affordable price worth every penny it costs. A fixed 100-300 f4 of this quality will no longer be offered nowadays. Well balanced and not too heavy, I find it very handy. Excellent sharpness as well as blur, on the D780 it renders very well. Quick to focus and built with quality materials. The only drawback was the lack of stabilization, but the costs and weight would have been very different. But that's perfectly fine. sent on May 01, 2024 |
![]() | Sony A9 Pros: Very fast focus, operating speed in general, direct buttons to access many functions, large, bright and very nice viewfinder, good autonomy to be a mirrorless and much more. Cons: Ergonomics, menu that must be "studied", at high iso did not convince me Opinion: I kept it for a couple of weeks and my more than a review is an impression of use. Camera with crazy operating speed and lightning fast autofocus. When hooking in af-c it no longer releases the grip. For those who have doubts about the mirrorless viewfinder should try this. Big, bright and very true to reality unlike the OM MK3 I had. Excellent file quality, very sharp and clean. Very good dynamic range, allows for nice recoveries. The menu is nice elaborate but very customizable and once set to your liking it becomes very usable. The camera body is built very well but is compact and not very ergonomic, it seems that a piece is missing at the bottom as the little finger remains free and without support. The handle is close to the bayonet which is uncomfortable to hold. For those with medium-large hands like me, the battery grip is a must as it is uncomfortable even with normal or small lenses such as the 16-35 f4 and the 85 f1.8. It did not convince me completely at high iso, with the D780 I certainly did better at 6400 ISO, but also at 3200. In the end I sold it because for the genre I like (landscapes and portraits) it is wasted. I await the more generalist A7 III and I have some money left for a nice goal. sent on September 18, 2021 |
![]() | Olympus OM-D E-M1 III Pros: Built very well, stabilizer, hi-res, yield high iso, compact, speed autofocus, ergonomic, viewfinder large. Cons: Autonomy, non-instantaneous ignition as on the latest SLRs had, light shooter lag. Opinion: I say mine after three months that I own this beautiful camera. Excellent build quality, tropicalized and very comfortable to hold. Excellent file quality, with beautiful colors and lots of sharpness. Wide and bright viewfinder, but I miss the dear old reflex viewfinder. Stratospheric stabilizer, I shot freehand with the 40-150 pro duplicated at 300 mm at 1/15 without moving. High iso yield that amazed me for being a micro 4/3. If exposed well you can have images with very little noise even at 3200 iso. The hi-res mode offers the possibility of having spectacular images up to 80 mpixel using the tripod. I find it usable in still life and in photos of Interiors or architecture. Less in the landscape as it is subject to air turbulence. In the cons I put the autonomy, perhaps because recently I abandoned the REFLEX system and I had become accustomed too well in this aspect. Another negative feature is a slight delay from when you turn the ignition lever at the operating time, little to tell the truth but I feel it. For example, with the last two SLRs, the 90D and the D780, the ignition was instantaneous. I also feel a slight shooter lag. To conclude, the M1 MK3 is an excellent camera with many advantages and few negligible defects. If you accept the m4/3 system with its shortcomings it is in my humble opinion the best camera that embodies all those that are the merits of this system. Rating 9.5 sent on September 08, 2021 |
![]() | Olympus M.Zuiko ED 40-150mm f/2.8 Pro Pros: Sharp, fast, built very well, weight and size for focal lengths covering at f2.8. Cons: Lens hood Opinion: Optical quality lens is superb construction. Excellent sharpness at all focal lengths already at full aperture. Quick to focus. Beautiful blurred as long as you keep the right distances between subject and background. It also makes very well multiplied. Lightweight and compact taking into account the brightness and focal range it covers. A "unpleasant" hood. Highly recommended. Rating 10 sent on September 08, 2021 |
![]() | Olympus M.Zuiko ED 45mm f/1.2 Pro Pros: All Cons: Nothing Opinion: Lens of the highest optical quality is constructive. I use it on the M1 MK3 and it is fast and accurate in focusing. Sharp even at TA has a blurry creamy and very pleasant and a beautiful three-dimensionality. Perfect weight and size for the M1 series. The arrival point for those looking for the m4/3 portrait optics. Highly recommended. Rating 10 sent on September 08, 2021 |
![]() | Olympus M.Zuiko Digital ED 12-40mm f/2.8 PRO Pros: Sharp, bright, built as it should be, excellent focal length range, fast. Cons: Nothing, believe me Opinion: Lens with undisputed optical qualities. Sharp and fast it has a really useful focal range. It also blurs well as long as you keep the subject well away from the background. Beautiful colors. Built with quality materials (metal) is of perfect size and weight for the E M1 series. Once mounted on the camera it is difficult to disassemble it. Highly recommended. Rating 10 sent on September 08, 2021 |
![]() | Olympus 2x MC-20 Pros: Optical quality is constructive, tropicalized, compact. Cons: nothing Opinion: I have always been restìo to use the multipliers as little satisfied previously with the 2x on the white 70-200 Canon. But reading on the net positive opinions I decided to buy it to use it with the 40-150 f2.8 Pro. Well, I am very satisfied. The image quality is still high and the autofocus loses a little speed but nothing striking. I would definitely say better than the two Tamron 150-600 (the G1 and the G2) I've had previously on the D7200 and the 90D. And this is no small thing with half the weight and easily usable freehand. Crazy to get to 600 equivalents at just over a kg. Price in line with the quality it offers. Ps. You have to update the firmware on the 40-150 f2.8 Pro (1.3) otherwise it does not go. This is done from Olympus Workspace and takes a few minutes. sent on July 24, 2021 |
![]() | Olympus M.Zuiko Digital 45mm f/1.8 Pros: Size and weight, overall optical quality, fast and precise autofocus, price Cons: Lack of an af-mf commando. Opinion: It is so small and light that you risk losing it or forgetting it in some compartment of the bag. Plastic materials attack apart, but built very well. Very fast and precise autofocus. I didn't like the lack of a button or bee that switches the lens from autofocus to manual focus. As far as optical quality is concerned, it is excellent. Crisp already at full opening becomes a blade if closed at 2.8. Bokeh pleasant as long as you keep the proper distances between subject and background. Very well controlled chromatic aberrations. For the price you find used it is certainly a lens to take. sent on July 03, 2021 |
![]() | Nikon AF-S 70-200mm f/2.8 G ED VR II Pros: all Cons: nothing Opinion: Objective with superlative optical quality. Sharpness, blurry, af,stabilizer,three-dimensionality,everything in this objective is at the highest level. Built very well it does not present problems with regard to reliability. Many complain about the weight problem but it is in the norm for a 70-200 f2.8 designed for the reflex system. Vote 10 sent on June 20, 2021 |
![]() | Nikon D780 Pros: Image quality, high iso yield, ergonomics, double slot, speed af,autonomy. Cons: Lack flash, syncro flash 1/200,no bg,price Opinion: I've had it for just over a month. The last Nikons I had were the D7200,D7100 and I got to use the D750. I have to say that the ergonomics of the D780 have improved considerably. Unlike the other cameras mentioned above it falls into the hands perfectly. They've widened the little bit that the handle is enough. The picture quality is spectacular. Churn out ready-made jpeg files without needing to be processed. I got to use it indoors at 3200 iso and it has crazy noise containment. Also excellent at 6400 iso. The autofocus is very fast and precise from the viewfinder, it becomes instantaneous in liveview using the 273 points of maf. It has a huge autonomy, you forget to change the battery. Shooting times ranging from 900 sec to 1/8000 sec. Let's come to the cons. Compared to the D750, there are no contacts for the battery grip. It no longer has pop-up flash, but the way it works high iso and in combination with bright optics I would say that maybe they were right to take it off making it even more tropicalized. Flash synchronization only up to 1/200. The price is high, especially if Nital. Ultimately it is an excellent REFLEX. The only thing I envy mirrorless is the built-in stabilizer, otherwise pentaprisma forever. Vote 10- sent on May 29, 2021 |
![]() | Nikon AF-S 24-70mm f/2.8 G ED Pros: Colors, sharpness,af Cons: construction Opinion: Very sharp lens with beautiful colors. Good blurry. Vignetting and distortion in the norm for the lens type, easily corrected in post production anyway. Flares and ghosts very well controlled. One thing I don't like is zoom motion, maximum extension to 24 mm and minimum to 50 mm.Unfortunately as others have said before it suffers from construction problems. I bought one used in the store and had to return it the next day as the focus ring that at the time did not seem to present any particular problems once we got home and took about twenty test shots began to become hard and almost unusable. Returned with another specimen equal to the new one. Too bad about this construction problem because the lens is of exceptional optical quality. sent on May 09, 2021 |
![]() | Tamron 18-400mm f/3.5-6.3 Di II VC HLD Pros: I don't know Cons: all Opinion: Tired of carrying at least a couple of goals (15-85 and 70-300 Canon on 80D) a year ago I took this superzoom to use as a unique lens in the hope that it was of decent quality. Let's say it was the worst lens ever, beating the very bad 18-200 IS hands down. Color aberration all the way, distortion but above all kneaded and poorly defined images to all focal points and openings. I certainly didn't expect the moon with a similar focal hike but it wasn't that unusable either. Vote 4 sent on May 01, 2021 |
![]() | Canon 6D Mark II Pros: Image quality, high iso yield, autonomy, wifi,GPS,touch display Cons: Syncro flash at 1/180,lack of pop up flash, dynamic range at low sensitivity,no 4k,no headphone jack input, maximum speed 1/4000 sec,the viewfinder does not have total coverage (98%) Opinion: It's a good camera that doesn't excel at anything in my opinion. It offers good image quality, works very well at high isos but has serious gaps as pointed out in the cons. Syncro flash at 1/180 is old-fashioned stuff now. Since it was a full frame entry level in my opinion they could put the pop up flash. Not that it serves as much with a ff sensor that works well at high isos but can sometimes come in handy to lighten the shadows. The launch price for what it offers was very high three years ago, understandable in 2021 almost halved. sent on April 22, 2021 |
![]() | Sigma 8-16mm f/4.5-5.6 DC HSM Pros: Sharp, compact, focal range, little distortion Cons: Dark, usual black color of old Sigmas that tends to bleach Opinion: Very fun lens to use as long as you know how to do it. Crisp and light returns very good images. It needs a lot of light, with cloudy days you have to climb up with the iso, inside you need the easel as long as there is adequate lighting. As others have said, the cap is absurd. Would I buy it back? Most likely I'd prefer him a fixed 2.8 Tokina sent on April 21, 2021 |
![]() | Tamron SP 150-600mm f/5-6.3 Di VC USD G2 Pros: Built very well,af fast, very good stabilizer, weight, sharpness Cons: Sharpness from 500 to 600 mm not great but still good Opinion: Great supertele from the unbeatable value for money. It weighs the right and is not difficult to use freehand for stray hunting. Excellent construction, tropicalized and well stabilized. Up to 500 mm returns very good files on aps-c. Besides you have to settle, but with the right light and an easel it's fine. Had the previous model on the Nikon D7200 but this is definitely superior both as a construction and as an image quality. Very satisfied, grade 9 sent on April 18, 2021 |
![]() | Sigma 85mm f/1.4 EX DG HSM Pros: Sharpness, blurry, three-dimensionality, now you buy well Cons: Warm, unsealed colors Opinion: Crisp even at full opening it has a gorgeous bokeh and a three-dimensionality worthy of the best portrait ings. Built very well and aesthetically pleasing now it is at attractive prices. I was lucky with my 90D not having f-b focus issues. It returns somewhat warm colors but nothing that cannot be solved in pp. It's not tropicalized. Vote 9 sent on April 18, 2021 |
![]() | Canon EF 70-300mm f/4-5.6 L IS USM Pros: Sharpness, autofocus speed, bokeh, construction,is,compact and not too heavy Cons: For me nothing Opinion: I gave inside the 70-200 is f4 to have it and I didn't regret it. Having already had an excellent optics I was afraid to downgrade but comparing the images I found that the 70-300 is not lower in the same focal range. Satisfied since the 100 mm more are convenient. It's built very well, it's crisp and the blurry is good. In the last 20 years I have often changed lenses and kits and this is the longest-running lens in my possession. sent on April 17, 2021 |
![]() | Canon EF 24-70mm f/2.8 L USM II Pros: Sharpening, fast af,bokeh, image quality Cons: Price, not stabilized Opinion: Taken instead of 24-105 f4 ii. I didn't regret it at all despite costing twice as much and it's shorter on the canvas side. Much sharper and returns quality, image cleaning, bokeh and three-dimensionality of another level. It would be 10, but I'm taking half a point off the lack of stabilization that, to be honest, is not so indispensable on these focal points at this opening, taking into account what today's high-iso cameras can do. The price is proportionate to the quality it offers sent on April 17, 2021 |
![]() | Canon 90D Pros: Image quality, autonomy, excellent construction, adjustable display,af,ergonomics and much more Cons: For the category of membership absolutely nothing. Opinion: She is a prosumer and has all the cards in order to be a great product. I've had it for eight months, and I had 80D before. Excellent up to 1600 iso, very well up to 3200 as long as you expose well. Right megapixel quantity in my opinion that allows good cutouts, performance autofocus, tropicalize and built very well. It needs great optics to express its potential. If you know what you buy, that is, the fact that it is APS-C and reflex while the trend is now called mirrorless and possibly full frame, you are not disappointed. sent on April 17, 2021 |
![]() | Manfrotto Zaino Pro Light 3N1-36 Pros: Great, great quality, waterproof Cons: Great Opinion: Professional backpack of excellent workmanship. It quietly contains two machine bodies with 5-6 objectiveses. I currently put the 90d with the Tamron 150-600 G2, the 70-300 L, the 24-105 f4,the 100 macro and the Metz 58 af-2. Advance space for a mirrorless with a couple of goalses. Excellent padding, backpack remains rigid at the right point. Price appropriate to quality. ![]() | Samsung S20+ Pros: Display,camera,12 gb ram, fast charging Cons: Exynos, only 128 gb of memory,5G for now useless, large, uncomfortable screenshot Opinion: I've been with the 5G version for a month. Useless for the moment as I do not remember that it ever went in 5G but even in the future I read that it will not be compact with two important antennas. The European version is distributed without the high-performance snapdragon processor of the US versions. I find it inconvenient to take the screenshot with the volume-off buttons. Ridiculous that on a smartphone that exceeds 1000 euros the memory is 128 gb. Otherwise it's a nice phone, it runs well and has a great dynamic amoled display. Promoted the camera.
