Cristian Sartori nasce e cresce in un piccolo paese nella provincia di Piacenza.
Inizialmente si diletta nella fotografia di paesaggio dove la Val trebbia ne fa da protagonista.
Dal 2015 però capisce che il suo percorso non è quello e inizia da autodidatta lo studio della fotografia ritrattistica.
Nel 2017 arriva tra i finalisti di Nikon Talents e dall'anno successivo inizia a vincere i primi concorsi fotografici.
Sempre alla ricerca della luce perfetta, i suoi ritratti cercano di unire lo stile classico con uno più moderno e ricercato.
Dal 2019 fa parte dei Nikon Creators.
