Claudio Aresu è un fotografo per passione, una passione nata per caso nel 2008 con la "scoperta" dei rally e della fotografia "motorsport". La sua terra è la Sardegna, l'isola è quindi lo scenario più diffuso che trovate nei suoi scatti, è il set fotografico che ci regala ogni giorno questa splendida isola.

Il percorso fotografico passa per S'Umbra Fotografia, tanti, fantastici e produttivi mesi tra persone e professionisti. Persone magnifiche prima di tutto, come Carlo Cioglia il "maestro" che ha formato e cambiato il modo di guardare la fotografia, e i suoi collaboratori, indirettamente docenti, come Luca De Melis, Alessandro di Naro e Alessandra Scano.

La fotografia legata agli eventi motoristici continua ad essere la sua passione principale, speriamo la Sardegna rimanga per ancora tanto tempo il palcoscenico di eventi come il World Rally Championship che ha fatto nascere questa passione e che arricchisce il portfolio personale di Claudio Aresu.
