Sono nato nel 1953 a L'Aquila dove ancora vivo e lavoro. La fotografia ed il rugby le 2 mie grandi passioni. Ho giocato in serie A con L'Aquila rugby (due scudetti vinti uno under 19 nel 1972 ed uno under 23 nel 1973). Anche la passione per la fotografia risale agli anni 70. La mia prima attrezzatura: una macchina fotografica Zenit EM e una serie completa di obiettivi. La mia prima reflex digitale una Canon 350D. Mi piace la fotografia naturalistica in particolare l'avifauna. Attualmente, dopo un periodo con la 40D, uso una Canon 7D ed il Canon 400mm F/5,6 EL., canon 300 f 2,8
e una canon 1d mark IV
