Panasonic GX9 Pros: All or almost. Cons: Iso 200 minimum, choice of focus point. Opinion: Aesthetically beautiful. Light. Improved grip compared to the GX80. Adjustable viewfinder. Good ISO seal, improved compared to the GX80. Varied and customizable menu. Wide choice of optics. Very good recovery of shadows, sometimes burns the lights if you are not careful to expose. Good battery life, I often came to make 350 shots without running out. Cons: ISO 200 minimum. Choice of maf point a bit complicated because you have to enter the menu, maybe there is another system that I have not yet discovered. sent on March 29, 2023 |
Panasonic Lumix G Vario 12-32mm f/3.5-5.6 OIS Pros: Small, lightweight, good sharpness, price. Cons: Unlocking to shoot. Opinion: You can not find flaws in this small lens, except that unlocking before shooting. But there was also in Nikon's much more expensive Z 24-70mm f4. For the rest it is light, small, excellent price also new, considering that I took it paired with the GX80. In recent months I have used it for all my views and some street and it has always behaved well. Even at night it gives excellent results; When it is pitch dark it has difficulty focusing, but it has happened very rarely. Some images were kneaded, but that I think is a problem of the Panasonic GX80 sensor. Rating: 9 sent on February 09, 2023 |
Panasonic GX80 / GX85 Pros: Image quality, RAW possibilities, functions, lightness, high ISO seal, ease of menu, excellent viewfinder and display, aesthetically very beautiful. Cons: Small keys for those with large hands. Opinion: When I arrived this morning, I tried it all day and evening, I can already make a pretty complete judgment. The camera is beautiful! Very fun, full of features, some very interesting such as saving an image from a 4K file, or choosing post-shot focus. At night it behaves very well, but in PP you should not overdo it with the increase of lights because it can bring out a little grain. The shadows recover very well. The built-in flash illuminates in a balanced way, does not shoot a strong light. You can add an external flash. Viewfinder and screen are very comfortable and bright, the screen is not completely tipper but it is a factor that I do not care about. New grip with the 12-32mm weighs a total of less than 500 gr. I added an Olympus 40-150mm to complete the optics, but it still didn't get to me. So when I want to go around light, with 550€ total I added a good kit to the Nikon Z6. Xiaomi Mi 9 Pros: Fantastic smartphone! Cons: Nothing Opinion: Photographically it is great, but you have to install the dedicated gcam, after which take photos that some entry level SLRs do not do. At night it also has the possibility of astrophotography. The battery has a long life, the screen is very bright. The price has now fallen so it pays even more. sent on December 28, 2020 |
Nikon Z6 Pros: Wonderful camera. Cons: Nothing for a photoadamator. One slot for professionals. Opinion: I've had it for a few months now and I've done the update. It's a great camera! I'm only using it with the 24-70mm f4 and it's really fun and handy. Very sharp and detailed file, even too much. The color comes out after the RAW PP in an incredible way. The focus even in the dark is perfect. The battery lasts a long time. The registration buffet is very fast. The weight is low. The viewfinder is incredible. When I got a few photos wrong it was just for white balance, but out of 1000 I'll have wrong 3-4. It is a camera to recommend; I don't know what differences there are with the new Z6II but with the falling price it is to buy. Update: I realized that the photos with the wrong bw were made with nd Gobe filter, so it has nothing to do with the camera. sent on November 01, 2020 |
Xiaomi Mi 9T Pros: Fabulous smartphone. Great quality photos, the same is the same for videos. Obviously with the gcam installed. Cons: A small reflection in the videos due to light sources, like streetlights. Opinion: It's a mid-level smartphone that has nothing to envy to the top of the range. Great photos and videos, wide and bright display. My top rated photo here is taken with this smartphone. Even in sunlight the display is very readable. Fast and reliable processor. Of course you have to install the gcam for much better photos. sent on May 13, 2020 |
Fujifilm XF 27mm f/2.8 Pros: Price, lightness, comfort, sharpness. Cons: Nothing Opinion: Bought at 150 euros new. Convenient to go around the city and have fun doing street, but it's also great for views and portraits. Sometimes I came out only with this lens inserted in the X-T20, they look good in a wide pocket. What more do you want from a goal? This has everything you need, even a great sharpness. The lens attached to the camera gives an even more retro look, it looks like a compact. Definitely to recommend. sent on October 14, 2019 |
Fujifilm XC 50-230mm f/4.5-6.7 OIS II Pros: Lightness, sharpness, focal excursion. Cons: Sense of fragility, but due more than anything to lightness. Opinion: I bought this lens for a few months and I have to say that it is a lot of fun. Paid only .150 new. For those who do not want to spend much and have a very good zoom optics, this is the right choice. Especially for those who don't have this type of photo as a priority. The f6.7 is not a problem by raising the iso, now most mirrorless keeps the noise well at least up to 6400. I took some pictures of flowers with the wind moving them and they came out sharp thanks to the stabilization. I also really like blurry, certainly not at the level of other zooms, but much more expensive. Recommended. sent on October 01, 2019 |
Fujifilm XF 10-24mm f/4 R OIS Pros: Focus excursion, lightness, sharpness, robustness. Cons: Nothing to point out Opinion: I paired this lens with the Fuji X-T3 and the X-T20, coming from the Samyang 12mm. The Samy was a great lens but limited because fixed. This is light, even in comparison to others I had with Canon and Nikon reflex. Very sharp, zero vignette, stabilized. It is an f4 but in this case the brightness does not count because I often use it on tripods, but also freehand with stabilization the problem does not exist. My lampshade doesn't seem to hook up very well, it does a bit of play, even if it never came off accidentally. sent on April 10, 2019 |
Fujifilm X-T3 Pros: Sense of professionalism, quality files, completeness and simplicity of the menu, particular attention to the modes of focus, video top, touchscreen, three upper ring nuts. Cons: Specks in the sensor. Opinion: I have it from a month or so and I can give a little opinion. I come from a Fuji X-T10, a little gem that I struggled to sell because I was very sorry, it was perfect! But I decided to try a more professional car and I chose the X-T3. The difference is already in weight, the first did not feel even when it was hanging around the neck, the X-T3 is more massive but the handle is perfect. At the moment I added the 10.24 mm and together they make a nice pair... A little ' Pesantuccia (first the main pairing was with the Samyang 12mm, so very light). The files are of excellent quality, the colors are beautiful. The menu is full of functions, from Fuji filters to the focus mode to which Fuji has given much importance. The 4k video files are amazing and even in this case the focus has various setting parameters. With regard to the screen is not a serious lack of the fact that it is not tilting, but with the app you can see the preview on the smartphone that, therefore, could be used as a front display. Another positive factor is the presence of three rings, including that of the ISO that in the previous was not there and you had to go on the menu; I think the isos are important at par with aperture and timing. I found a flaw in the sensor because it has some specks, now I'm taking off with Ps, but I'll have to take the cleaning kit; Of course it is not nice that a camera has this defect just bought. sent on February 21, 2019 |
Fujifilm X-T10 Pros: Lightweight, comfortable, easy menus, high iso estate, color, swivel screen. Cons: White Balance Opinion: I have a month this little gem. After selling the Nikon D7100, I wanted a convenient and lightweight machine. My choice fell on this Fuji. I combined with Fuji 18-55mm and Samyang 12mm. Now I wait for the redemption of 100 Euros :-) (in practice is paid 450,00) .rnDai few shots I did seem to me that the quality of the photos in comparison with the Nikon are the same but with more beautiful colors, except at high iso where Fuji win big! rnL'ho worn around the neck even while driving, and not even feel, while the Nikon got home with reddened neck and sweatshirts worn in petto.rnUnico defect (but I have to double check with further shots) it is the white balance that turns on the blue-blue. I think the correct setting on the camera, not automatically be better. Other positives compared to Nikon: wifi, remote control app on your smartphone, the buffer speed burst shooting and especially tight at high Iso.rnVoto: 9.5 sent on February 06, 2017 |
Tamron 90mm f/2.8 Macro VC USD Pros: Great goal. Cons: Nothing! Opinion: It is a lens that must be learned to use, but gives results really ottimi.rnPerò who buys and who buys macro lenses in general should know that the best pictures are in the early morning. So you do not think you do not wake up at dawn instead as I did. Unfortunately for this reason I used only half. sent on November 25, 2015 |
Tamron SP 17-50mm f/2.8 XR Di II LD Pros: Color, sharpness, brightness, convenience, handyman, price. Cons: Slight distortion. Opinion: I bought this lens instead of the Nikon 18-105 and the difference you see it all! I did not notice any noise and focus as others, but only slight distortion. I took it as the only lens on holiday and I can say that is a good all-rounder, from landscapes to portraits to street. At this price a really good buy. sent on June 24, 2014 |
Nikon D7100 Pros: Strength, function, quality images. Cons: Noise at low ISO. Buffer slow. Opinion: I recently purchased this camera and I must say that going from a Canon 500D, the difference is huge. With the supplied lens and with the addition of the Nikon 50mm f/1.8D photos are of quality. The only question for the moment is the noise it generates, because they are not very practical for PP. I think it's easily removable with a good software. sent on December 05, 2013 |
Nikon AF-S DX 18-105mm f/3.5-5.6 G ED VR Pros: Comfortable, lightweight, cost-effectiveness. Cons: A good all-rounder but for others it takes great pictures! Opinion: Good all-rounder. I had a Canon 500D with a long series of objectives, but since I travel with children, it was difficult to bring everything back. I was going to switch to Nikon and I took the D7100 with this lens, for added convenience. The lens seems to do everything well, from landscapes to portraits, but I also used as a still-life. Between f / 8 and f/11 seems to give the best of themselves. sent on November 18, 2013 |
