Olympus M.Zuiko Digital ED 40-150mm f/4-5.6 R Pros: Value for money. Good definition. Compactness and lightness. Cons: It lacks the lens hood. For what it costs has no other flaws. Opinion: Ideal focal length to be joined to a 12-40 or 12-35 maybe bright. I bought it again at €150. I have to say I was surprised by the sharpness at full aperture and at all focal lengths. Taking into account the size and lightness is a very good goal. Combined with the 12-40 Pro cover the focal 24-300 equivalents. The plastic bayonet does not affect the optical quality, just treat it with regard. In short, very good judgement if you know what to expect from a little object like this. sent on March 14, 2019 |
Tamron 70-210mm f/4 Di VC USD Pros: Optical quality, minimum distance MAF, blurry, weight, does not change size with zoomed and MAF, price Cons: Tripod stand is not supplied. If you settle for F4 as maximum aperture, none. Opinion: After a fair number of shots I can say that this lens (in my case mounted on FF) does not disappoint. Full aperture is clear at all focal lengths, F5, 6, reaches maximum performance. The blurry is very pleasing, merit of the circular diaphragm with 9 lamellas. At the minimum distance of MAF provides good images "macro". The automatic MAF is fast and silent, just a few hesitations in limit situations. Good the response of the stabilizer. Essentially a classic 70-210 zoom that combines portability and optical quality with the compromise of a maximum aperture at F4 constant over the entire focal ecursione. The value for money is absolute good. sent on April 18, 2018 |
Panasonic Lumix FZ200 Pros: Optical quality and good stabilizer, brightness 2.8 constant up to 600mm equivalent Cons: Limitations of a small sensor, not exciting viewfinder. Opinion: In my life I have had and tried many cameras of all kinds but to date, if I have to go out with only one body, and be sure to cover every photographic opportunity, I take this with me. He never missed a shot. The quality, despite the 2.3 "sensor, is good, taking into account that you can work on the Raw.The mix of optical quality, stabilizer and brightness allow you to deal with any subject.I clear that if I want the real quality in color and in B / N then I take the FF with some objectives and we are on another planet but we are also on weights and incomparable encumbrance. With this I'm sure to bring home valid shots. Now it has been replaced by more recent bridge but judging by the photos I see posted there are no great improvements. sent on February 01, 2018 |
Sony A7 Pros: Flexibility of use. Value for money. Weight / dimensionirn Cons: Ergonomics. Lack of external battery charger. Opinion: This machine was a surprise for me, which, in such a consumerist age, I did not expect. I photographed, half of my experience, (I started 40 years ago) in the analogue era with Nikon, Pentax and Canon manual reflexes (FM2, MX, F1 etc.). I switched to digital without regrets being passionate about computer science but this machine with less than € 1000 allowed me to be able to re-use a set of manual optics, which for some reason I had kept. rnSono often beautiful objectives that while showing some defects (lower yield at the edges above all) give me great satisfaction by exploiting them to their actual focal (for which they were designed). And the best surprise is that I can use a semi-automatic display (aperture priority) and with a good focus (focus peaking). That is, compared to the times of FM2, comfort is greater. Not to mention the sensor's performance, superior to any film considering the possibilitiesin PP.rnCerto, if I need reactivity, to "steal" shots on the fly, I have other solutions. But for a photograph "meditated" in particular for landscape, macro, still life this machine together with my "old" but excellent objectives has given me back a pleasure to photograph unexpectedly. The flexibility of this machine does not really match. sent on January 18, 2018 |
Sigma AF 70-300mm f/4-5.6 DG APO Macro Pros: Price, "macro" 200mm absolutely good, light weight and portability, quality of 70 to 220.rn Cons: It stretches like zoom if worn around the neck ... To the rest considering the price no one Opinion: To say that is an honest lens is unjust. For what it costs really it gives much. I tried even on a demanding sensor such as the D7100 and has not disfigured. If we limit ourselves to use it is between 70 220 (holding the 300 as "reserves") has always given me very good results. Autofocus is not lightning but this is not a specialized lens for sports or photographic hunting. Using it to 5.6 by a pleasant blur for portrait (always between 100 and 200mm). The convenience of taking pictures at close range (200mm) with good quality is really a first plus.rnIl I had I gave to my son ... then I bought another one because it regretted the versatility, lightness and the quality. And I had goals also more expensive and famous! sent on February 08, 2017 |
Panasonic Lumix LX7 Pros: Image quality and craftsmanship. the brilliance. Compactness. Cons: small sensor (but with a larger sensor would not be what it is) Opinion: And 'an excellent compact. Great pictures in all conditions. For example, try to shoot at F1.4 indoors at low iso: stabilization, combined with the brightness and quality of optics, enables handheld shooting freedom sometimes incredible. The use even with dedicated viewfinder that works well by decreasing the compactness. The aperture ring around the lens is a true wonder from my point of view. A compact for those who want to have control of the image and a lot of satisfaction. sent on June 01, 2016 |
Nikon AF-S 300mm f/4 D ED Pros: optical quality. accurate and aesthetically beautiful building. not overweight, compactness. Does not stretch (IF). Excellent with 1.4X. Price Cons: If he had the VR would be another lens and would have another price. Opinion: Excellent lens combine a aps-c. 450 with a very good performance already at f4. Compatible with the lack of stabilizer especially if you're on the 400-800 ISO. The focus is not lightning but sufficient for the majority of cases. Really worth its cost. I use it often with the monopod, also excellent in close range, by a very pleasant blur practical use I have certainly not disappointed. sent on February 04, 2016 |
