Hasselblad X1D II 50C Pros: Ergonomics, sensor, jpeg, colors, file quality Cons: AF,fixed screen, few customizable keys, lack of IBIS,battery a bit undersized, cost optics Opinion: Bought a few weeks ago I have not yet had the opportunity to squeeze it deeply, I must say that for now I am fully satisfied with it. The ergonomics are fantastic, well balanced in the hand, the files are really remarkable and the colors are pretty much faithful to what you see live (even the jpegs are exceptional). As said by many it is a camera for reasoned shots, so no action. Being a 5-year-old camera you also feel some shortcomings: the battery is undersized and you hardly get to 3/400 shots, not having the ibis you have to pay attention to the shutter speeds. For my use, however, the merits are definitely greater than the defects and I am satisfied with them. Last thing... it's not a cheap camera and even the optics cost (but they are exceptional), if you want the MF spending a little less there is Fuji (but aesthetically I love this one... looks like a work of art) sent on February 26, 2024 |
Nikon Nikkor-H 85mm f/1.8 Pros: Construction, solidity, sharpness Cons: AC with wide openings;slightly soft at 1.8 Opinion: Taken out of curiosity (at a great price and in excellent condition) I must say that it holds very well the 45 mpx of the Nikon Z7; very beautiful colors and excellent sharpness. The portraits he churns out are remarkable. From a perspective of the 60s you can not ask for more. Obviously you have to get used to using focus peaking (and possibly magnification) sent on August 26, 2022 |
Nikon Z 24-70mm f/2.8 S Pros: Edge-to-edge sharpness, third dial, programmable button, oled screen Cons: Missing focal excursion block,82mm filters, price Opinion: I don't have much to add to previous reviews in terms of optical quality, if you shoot often at 2.8 this is the optics for you; otherwise the little brother f4 goes more than fine. I would have preferred size and weight a smaller thread but given the optical quality there can be. It seems very strange to me that they did not provide a button for the focal excursion block (present on the f4). In conclusion, once attached to the machine it remains difficult to detach it! sent on July 09, 2020 |
Nikon Z 85mm f/1.8 S Pros: Blurred,No AC, Sharpness Already at TA Cons: Price, size Opinion: I have recently owned it but I can say that the differences with the "old" 1.8g are there. The lens is already clear to TA with a very pleasant blurring, in addition the ACs are practically absent; very valid the AF; in short, it proves in line with the other objectives of the S series. As defects I point out the fact that it could have been slightly more compact and the price per hour is slightly high (until January however there is cashback of 100 euros) sent on November 07, 2019 |
Nikon Z 50mm f/1.8 S Pros: Construction solidity, AF, incisiveness, sharpness already at F 1.8 Cons: Weight, size, price Opinion: Definitely a step ahead of the "old" Nikon, in hand shows a remarkable build quality. The focus is very quick even the low light. The sharpness is outstanding already at 1.8. Surely the weight and the dimensions are "important" more in line with the current Zeiss than with the G Nikon.La the quality of the photos is still very high. The price at the moment is definitely a little high (I took advantage of the 100 euro discount of the Nikon promo) but it's worth them all! Rated 9.5 sent on March 04, 2019 |
Nikon Z6 Pros: Body, ergonomics, viewfinder, ISO Cons: Single slot and xqd only; maybe some more MP could be there Opinion: I come first from Canon 5d3 and then Fuji XT2, what about... I confirm all the positive reviews that preceded me, even if I only have it for a few days. The machine falls well in hand with the commands in the right place, very valid the EVF. Autonomy seems good to me to be an ML; I do not do video so here I do not express myself. Coupled to its 50 1.8 s is phenomenal. The files that churn out are very valid, even the JPEG's. Recommended for those who want a FF ML. Rated 9.5 sent on March 02, 2019 |
Canon EF 50mm f/1.2 L USM Pros: Color, three-dimensional, blurred magical and poetic Cons: Price, sharpness at TA, difficult to handle requires experience Opinion: Not much to add to the other reviews, I confirm how very special detto.E'un'ottica that requires patience and experience to be exploited to massimo.Le pictures vary greatly depending on the light presente.Il price definitely is not for everyone but if you like the photos that churns not miss it, it is definitely a unique experience! I use it on 5DIII and I have not found the AF problems, either with central or side with sent on February 05, 2016 |
Canon EF 17-40mm f/4.0 L USM Pros: Weight, construction, color rendition, contrast, sharpness in the center Cons: Soft edges (especially TA), slight distortion at 17mm Opinion: Got used to 400 € (here on the market) in very good condition; the good is very light but offers a yield of colors and contrasts really exceptional, the AF is very reattivo.Io use it on 70d (many turn up their nose saying that is absolutely not a view from APSC) in place of 17-55 f2.8 (which I really do not have found) and I can always take home some good scatti. In around there are excellent used then recommend you try it if maybe you wanted to replace the classical optical kit (see 18-55) .Manca the IS is true but for me there is absolutely no problem (in many situations just a tripod and on) .Sicuramente the new 16-35 f4 will certainly higher but it costs more than twice. sent on February 11, 2015 |
Canon EF 24-70mm f/4 L IS USM Pros: Weight, construction, sharpness, AF and IS good Cons: Focus shift (from me for now not found) Opinion: The use of 70d as a "handyman" (something is missing from the side GA but I solved the problem with 17-40), the AF is very fast and not miss a beat; the color rendering and sharpness are outstanding, distortion at 24mm minima.La macro function is obliged to be very close to the subject but as a "plus" lens does not consider it a real difetto.Una series L in effect (especially now that it is on the internet well below the € 800) UPDATE: I switched to 5DIII and I can only confirm the good qualities of this all-rounder! sent on February 11, 2015 |
