Patona Premium DMW-BLF19 Pros: Great value for money Cons: Duration a little less than the original but, on the other hand, it costs much less Opinion: A great product, with an excellent quality/price ratio. I took it as a spare battery for the Panasonic G9 and it works perfectly, no problem in inserting it into the car and charging with the Pana charger supplied. The duration is comparable to the standard battery, although a little lower, just have the foresight, in the first charge cycles, to discharge it completely, or almost, and keep it in charge for a fairly long period. Then it works great. The only note, if you really have to find it, is that when it reaches two bars then consumption accelerates. Overall an excellent spare battery even if I use this or the standard one without problems. sent on February 01, 2023 |
Panasonic G80 / G81 / G85 Pros: Pretty much everything. small, robust tropicalized, economical, etc .. more beautiful Cons: a little bit the yield at high ISO - if it had animal recognition it would be perfect Opinion: What can I say? A truly excellent product, it costs little and returns files of excellent quality, so much so that they are practically not distinguishable from those produced by the G9, which I have. Lightweight, fantastic ergonomics, double stabilization, tropicalized, etc. It was the machine that introduced me to the micro 4/3 world and frankly I can do without it. She accompanies me in every outing, especially if long and tiring, without any problem, almost you do not realize you have it; And what colors, what definition. I'm really excited about it and I recommend it to all those who want to deepen the world 4/3 without fainting. sent on January 30, 2023 |
Panasonic G9 Pros: Ergonomics, tropicalization, stabilization, top screen, autofocus species with animal identification, etc. Cons: It is difficult, perhaps a little size and weight but always within the limits of 4/3 Opinion: Truly a fantastic car. I'm passionate about the 4/3 world and I must say that the G9 is the top. Easy to use, with a little study and practice of course, it has excellent ergonomics even if a little bigger than its sisters but on the other hand it has everything you need for a real flagship: very performing stabilization especially if with stabilized optics, tropicalized, returns high quality files even at JPG level, not to mention the RAW that almost never require changes to the WB, Excellent colors, top screen, etc. I am very satisfied with the purchase. sent on January 30, 2023 |
Panasonic Lumix G 100-300mm f/4-5.6 II OIS Pros: Small size, very light for the focal length, stabilization, excellent overall yield, price. Cons: Frankly, I can't think of anything Opinion: I took this lens especially for birdlife, considering that at 300mm it is a 600 equivalent, and I am completely satisfied. It costs relatively little and has a very high yield even at 300. Of course it makes the best if a little closed, f.8 or f.11, but also at full opening it says its without particular problems. At the beginning I was not very convinced but after stressing it and learning to use it I am very satisfied, it is worth all the money it costs and even more. Advised. sent on January 29, 2023 |
Panasonic Lumix G Vario 7-14mm f/4 ASPH Pros: size, weight, sharpness, excellent colour rendering Cons: almost nothing, maybe just tropicalization Opinion: I took it to complete my wide side kit. It's really a great lens, small, light with a very high quality, extremely sharp and with a fantastic color saturation. Price a bit high but in my opinion adequate to the quality, both optical and mechanical. It is not tropicalized and can not mount filters but in a wide angle so pushed I do not think they are needed (however, I only use the polarizer). There is no stabilization but, obviously, at these focal lengths, it is enough and advances that of the machine. I am very pleased with that. sent on January 29, 2023 |
Panasonic Lumix G Vario 12-60mm f/3.5-5.6 OIS Pros: weight, size, sharpness, price. Cons: Considering the price practically no one apart, perhaps, the opening of the diaphragm but I do not care. Opinion: After a thousand thousand years of SLR I decided to try an ML, especially for weight and bulk, and the choice fell on a Pana G80 with its Panasonic Lumix G Vario 12-60mm f/3.5-5.6 OIS kit lens. Accustomed to the modest quality of the kit lenses of other brands I was very pleasantly surprised by the quality of this lens that was practically almost given to me with the car. Very sharp, especially from f.8.0 upwards, very light, very compact. It has nothing to envy to more noble goals. Really good. sent on July 31, 2022 |
