nikon_af70-210f4Nikon AF 70-210mm f/4

Pros: Vintage rendering, sharpness, beautiful to use, internal zoom, fixed f4, I would say everything...

Cons: Nothing

Opinion: An old school lens made properly. Of course, it is not stabilized, it is not f2.8, it is not hypernitid... But they are not flaws. It is an optics, in my opinion, designed for portrait. At full aperture, at maximum focal length it is slightly soft, just enough to give the portrait a unique, poetic, vintage touch that I like very much. Aperture at f8 is very sharp. Precise focus. Bokeh gorgeous, uniform, pleasant, harmonious. So guys... a great lens. Vote 10.

nikon_d800Nikon D800

Pros: Fantastic

Cons: Nobody

Opinion: Spectacular, wonderful... I want to start by commenting on flaws that many have attributed to her. Let's start with the micro-move... not received. Some say that the WB is not the best... other defect not received. Is it heavy? Not for me, used to the D3... But do you really want to take important photos with small and light cameras? I find the weight and dimensions of the D800 perfect. In the hand the feeling is immediate. Noisy? The right. The truth is that it has no flaws. It's magic. Nikon has fused technique and science with art and poetry and the result is called D800. I tested it with the modest, but not so much, Nikon AF 50 mm f1.8. At f8 with flash the results are amazing. From previous reviews I did not imagine so much. And with superior optics what could be done....? Watching the Raw it generates left me speechless for colors, malleability, but above all for sharpness: a surgical detail. This jewel of digital reflex has undoubtedly opened, in its time, new frontiers of creativity. I love making portraits and I consider the D800 infallible in this field. ISO seal. Obviously we are talking about a room from 2012. In decent light conditions up to 2500 from good results, and beyond, up to 6400 the whole thing is acceptable. I use it with flash at 100, 200 max 1000 ISO. Managing flashes with umbrellas is cool. When I decided to take it I already had in mind to exploit it at low ISO with one or more flashes. It is not an ISO 100000 sealing machine, but at 100/200 ISO I do not think I fear any top of the range of any brand thanks to its fantastic sensor, and in any case if someone does better at low ISO it must cost at least 10 times as much. A special thanks goes to RCE foto that, with the used guaranteed at honest prices and the great kindness and availability, manages to give even an amateur photographer like me, only for now, the opportunity to experiment in the "photographic portrait" sector obtaining incredible results. I would buy it back 1000000 times, but only from RCE photos. I recommend it especially for the portrait. Grade 10 laude.

zenit_50_f2Zenit Helios 44-2 58mm f/2.0

Pros: Dreamlike, not for everyone

Cons: Nobody

Opinion: It will have been attached to an old Zenit of my father for at least 30 years, until 2020, here I started with Nikon DSLRs. Tested on D80 and D3... what to say... I was fascinated by the results. With the CCD sensor of the D80 it returns very vintage images, while it seemed fairly sharp with the D3. First of all, I almost always shot at f2, so I preferred to lose in sharpness, but gain in...."dreamlikeness". Very durable and compact. Not bad against the light. Obviously I've never worked on it, but I've only done a couple of amateur shoots... you have to make very reasoned shots and a lens like this, totally manual, does not allow the operating speed of AF lenses. You cannot have everything from Life. I hold this little gem tightly.

nikon_d80Nikon D80

Pros: All

Cons: Nobody, in fact I almost buy another

Opinion: An adjective for the D80? Gorgeous, or wonderful. Does it not withstand high ISO? Shoot with the D80 at 3200 ISO and convert to BW, you will be pleasantly surprised... at least to me it made this effect, with a visible grain yes, but fine and pleasant, film style. The colors are beautiful at low ISO, of course. Guys, light up the set! There are flashes, the sun... LIGHT LIGHT. At low ISO it is nothing short of superb. For "reasoned" portraits it's super. Try it with old luminous manual optics... what a show. To those who write that he does not "digest" dark optics: I attached the 35-80 f4-5.6 ... WOW. More optical machine, 80 euros plus 40 euros you will have 120 euros of Nikon of the highest quality, obviously with the right light.... Highly recommended to those who have doubts about the SLR to start and maybe even continue. I read that it has the same sensor as the D200, which one day I will have. Doesn't make videos? Guys, here you take pictures! Rating 10!

nikon_50_f1-8afNikon 50mm f/1.8 AF

Pros: Lightweight, bokeh, sharp, price

Cons: Nobody

Opinion: Beautiful lens, very simple. Closed from f4 to f9 I find it very sharp. At f1.8 it loses slightly in sharpness, but you get a bokeh halfway between bubbles and swirls, at least my specimen. With D300 at high iso you get a very particular bw. With D3 excellent pairing and excellent raw. In my opinion, a 50 mm f1.8 should not be missing in your photographic run. Definitely better than the competing third-party lenses of the same price range of the used of course (50-80 euros). At a ridiculous price you can have a really great quality. Highly recommended.

nikon_d3Nikon D3

Pros: Wonder of technique

Cons: Are we kidding me?

Opinion: Finding cons on D3 is pure presumption. I ask myself: "D4, D5, D6.... they did even better?!? But how is that possible?" Amazing! My first FF. Tried only a few minutes with the wonderful 70-210 f4... What can I say? I immediately pulled it to 5000/6400 indoor with little light and the photos are wonderful, also thanks to the subjects, my kittens ... In your hand you hold that it is a pleasure. Fast, tough, mythical. It's a dream for me to shoot with the D3. Thanks to you from Juza for the reviews and the masters of photography that help me grow and thanks to Rce foto, which sold me this dream, the D3, at a very low price.

nikon_d300Nikon D300

Pros: Mythical, indestructible, controls, sensor, tropicalized, weight, ergonomics, professional, raw quality... All

Cons: Nobody!

Opinion: An extraordinary professional machine. It was love on the first shot... Taken at 150 euros on rce photos. Better than compact much more expensive with modern features that often have little to do with photography itself... The d300 tank has no wifi, adjustable screen, iso 100000...ma takes the photos and makes them excellently well. Combined with nikon 35 mm f1.8 dx the sharpness is fantastic and the colors wonderful. Thanks to this jewel I learned the basics of photography. Thank you Nikon for making a reflex like that!

tamron_auto135_f2-8Tamron Auto 135mm f/2.8 Adapt-A

Pros: Great!

Cons: Don't have it...

Opinion: What a thing, guys! Wonderful... Love at first sight, indeed at first focus... Totally manual. I finally feel the light. Gorgeous blurry. It's not exactly easy to use, but the satisfaction it da is incredible. On D80 it's magical. And the striking thing is that I paid him 40 euros, shipping included on RCE photos that I thank very much. The automatisms in photography, with that stubborn search for perfection, have taken away some of that poetry that can characterize a shot and make a photo unique and original why not, even with some "defect". I highly recommend a manual lens to understand many things about photography. Thank you very much.

nikon_coolpix_b500Nikon Coolpix B500

Pros: Ease of use, full hd movies, nikkor optics, good photos

Cons: Almost totally automatic controls, almost impossible to photograph in the dark, focus only car

Opinion: My first digital compact. With good light from beautiful satisfactions. The macro function gives a decent blurred background effect and allows you to focus a few centimeters. Overall a great bridge for those who do not want to photograph professionally, having at their disposal many automatic programs. Discreet 40x zoom. Not bad overall at a really low price. She's still a Nikon.
