![]() | Xiaomi Mi Note 10 Pro Pros: photo quality, current price Cons: for now nothing Opinion: THANKS JUZA. Purchased a few days ago at 257 euros, thanks to the test published by juza where the photographic skills are highlighted, I have not yet managed to install the app for the use of raw files, it is my fault as I am not a geek, telephone part not yet activated. Purchase recommended to all those who want to get a good quality without bringing the photo kit. sent on August 08, 2021 |
![]() | Nikon AF 50mm f/1.8 D Pros: Small, cheap and sharp from f 8 to f16 Cons: Bokeh disagreeable, unclear and lack of contrast at full opening Opinion: Purchased by NOC for 20 euros as it is noisier than normal. Fast optics with a bit of full-opening vignetting and bokeh fringe. THE CA is moderate and the distortion is actually very well controlled. The main weakness of the lens is its bokeh which is a bit unpleasant. Used with a 12-24 mm extension tube allows you to take quality macros, recommended for landscape and half-bust portrait, astronomical photo. I personally use it on the D700 with excellent results, to always keep in the bag. sent on June 28, 2021 |
![]() | Sony A7 Pros: Raw image quality, size, optical pull and possibility to use numerous vintage optics, viewfinder and screen, second-hand price of about 400 euros for devices in excellent condition Cons: Jpeg image quality, battery life Opinion: The biggest disappointment of the a7 (purchased a few months ago used) is the poor quality of JPEG files. Despite being a high-end full frame camera that uses the same sensor as the Nikon D600/D610, the photos of the a7 suffer from many of the same problems as Sony's compact cameras (I confirm that my A5000 has the same problems) that are posterization and clumsy algorithms of sharpness and noise reduction. To get the best results, you need to shoot on Raw. Comparing my nikon D700's Jpeg files highlights an unsuccessful attempt by Sony, they have yet to learn how to produce serious on-camera processing. Recommended only for those who think about using RAW. sent on June 17, 2021 |
![]() | Meyer Gorlitz Trioplan 50mm f/2.9 Pros: Low price, bubble-blurred with diaphragm at 2.9 Cons: Mediocre sharpness and contrast, minimum MF distance 0.6 m, infinitely kneaded image. Opinion: My Trioplan I recovered it from an EXA, produced in 1958, already the "v" red version, looking at it in transparency does not present mattifying or mold. The tests I carried out were carried out with an Olympus OM-D OM-1 m4/3 format so the focal is doubled. I ordered a ring for editing on sony E as well, I hope to get better results on the FF. Personally, I am disappointed with the results achieved so far. Clearly it is my fault given the results obtained and visible below. I'm going to continue the rehearsal. ![]() | Sony A290 Pros: Light, simple and essential menu, stabilizer in the machine body, used price, purchased for 80 euros complete with 18_55 and six-month warranty Cons: at the moment nothing special Opinion: I have purchased machine and optics for 80 euros these days, shots about a thousand, no signs of wear, original Sony battery. It is an excellent entry level comparable to the nikon D3000 but with vibration reducer. The battery is the same as the Nex5, a5100 and A7 I own. I took some test photos and I have to say that it churns out great files especially raw that are editable with Photoshop CS5. Optics are not bad, it has good sharpness. I was impressed by the minimum focus distance of 25 cm great for photos of flowers, small objects, close-ups in son-in-law. Test shots continue that I will soon upload to Juza so that you can get an idea of the results. sent on April 15, 2021 |
![]() | Fujifilm X-M1 Pros: X-Trans sensor, excellent JPEG image quality, crisp and tilting LCD Cons: lack of electronic levelling Opinion: Stylish and well built mirrorless camera. Noise is not a problem until the highest sensitivities, you can shoot safely in low light conditions. With adaptation rings you can mount all vintage optics. Recommended as a second pocket and light body. It is used for less than 200 euros. see example: https://www.juzaphoto.com/galleria.php?t=3906775&l=it sent on March 28, 2021 |
![]() | Sony FE 28-70mm f/3.5-5.6 OSS Pros: stabilized, autofocus, used price Cons: nobody considered the price of the used Opinion: Recently purchased used for 120 euros with one year warranty. I use it on the Sony Alfa 7 in addition to nikon AI manual focus fixed lenses. The sharpness in the center is good and discreet at the edges. Autofocus is precise and fast, a remarkable convenience. With the Sony A7 it adds stabilization that is not present in the machine body. Recommended for all those looking for a light optics and handyman sent on November 01, 2020 |
![]() | Nikon D2Xs Pros: Superb resolution, great sharpness, great for sports shooting. Wide tonal range, good dynamic range, intelligent selection of automatic tones. Clean image processing, superb construction and design, excellent ergonomics. Excellent environmental seal. Battery life. Low cost. Personally I found it at 220 euros from NOC Milano Cons: Disappointing automatic performance of white balance to artificial light. Opinion: A solid and robust high-performance DSLR with superb image quality, build quality and a sense of presence that inspires confidence. I consider it a great used cost machine equivalent to an entry level. Very solid construction, excellent burst. 12.4 megapixels of resolution in a good Sony CMOS; Excellent performance up to 400 ; Minimum sensitivity of 100 ISO, half that usual in the nikoniste reflex family; Good burst Capable of great performance, offers the best of itself in the studio photos. Automatism does not like the sudden passages of internal/external lighting I own a D700 and I believe that the two bodies are not properly comparable; the D2Xs returns colors, definition, cleaning a step above, definitely has its "soul". Less versatile than a modern body since used at 100 ISO is fantastic, over 200 ISO is acceptable, 400 to the limit; a machine to know, but once it happens, exceptional. Original battery of good durability, despite the wear: give the idea of how much it is made to last. Despite the "only" 12 megapixels, I NEVER felt the need to have more; the crops hold very well. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. sent on August 02, 2020 |
