Pros: A very good camera it is a pro grade camera it was Nikon flagship that in high speed was excellent to use and dynamic range was good

Cons: ISO up to 400 was good could be noisy after that and a bit on the heavy side

Opinion: in its day was the camera to own i used it on the whales with good results stunning landscapes it was a great camera back in tThe D2X is for full time professional photographers who need a solid, responsive camera to beat on all day and night. You pay a severe premium in price and weight if all you want are more megapixels than a D70 until the shutter died

Pros: Superb resolution, great sharpness, great for sports shooting. Wide tonal range, good dynamic range, intelligent selection of automatic tones. Clean image processing, superb construction and design, excellent ergonomics. Excellent environmental seal. Battery life. Low cost. Personally I found it at 220 euros from NOC Milano

Cons: Disappointing automatic performance of white balance to artificial light.

Opinion: A solid and robust high-performance DSLR with superb image quality, build quality and a sense of presence that inspires confidence. I consider it a great used cost machine equivalent to an entry level. Very solid construction, excellent burst. 12.4 megapixels of resolution in a good Sony CMOS; Excellent performance up to 400 ; Minimum sensitivity of 100 ISO, half that usual in the nikoniste reflex family; Good burst Capable of great performance, offers the best of itself in the studio photos. Automatism does not like the sudden passages of internal/external lighting I own a D700 and I believe that the two bodies are not properly comparable; the D2Xs returns colors, definition, cleaning a step above, definitely has its "soul". Less versatile than a modern body since used at 100 ISO is fantastic, over 200 ISO is acceptable, 400 to the limit; a machine to know, but once it happens, exceptional. Original battery of good durability, despite the wear: give the idea of how much it is made to last. Despite the "only" 12 megapixels, I NEVER felt the need to have more; the crops hold very well. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Pros: Sturdy body, shutter which is a pleasure to hear it shoot, real flagship, pro commands.

Cons: I would say held at the high ISO but for the time was already so much. Weight even if it's great for me to hold in my hand.

Opinion: Fantastic camera though not immediate in use. If you come from more modern bodies you have the impression that it is not up to par. It takes a while to figure out how to handle it but as you discover it understands new things in photography. Bought in April a bit for curiosity a bit for collection, will remain with me until the shutter assists.

Pros: Professional machine, 100 iso fantastic and unparalleled say no kidding, really well up to ISO 400, after shows the limitations due to age, in post production resolves everything and do not forget impressive dynamic range, I have other camera bodies (D7100 ) and if you ask me I prefer the D2Xs on panoramic photos

Cons: after 400 iso you see the noise, small display and nothing liveview, weight if you keep it at the neck for hours but found to be an advantage in many cases

Opinion: Recommended with your eyes closed, it teaches you to photograph, in combined with Sammy 14mm stratospheric then if we give them a 17-55 Nikon apotheosis !!! I'm in love ... cheap and therefore affordable for everyone, old woman, but offers stunning photos. The advice for street and landscapes, no disdain portraits provided you help with flash or with light or else they suffer and that little resistance to high iso ... a massive body of solidity and durability monster, is not afraid of water, dust, and shots, he never stops !!!
