La fotografia è una delle forme individuali di espressione creativa, la mia personale. Inizio di un percorso che risale indietro negli anni, in cui cercavo il `mio' modo speciale per tirare fuori quello che ho dentro?.come spesso in questi casi, è iniziato quasi per caso ed ha assunto, nel tempo, forme sempre più definite che si sono delineate lentamente e lentamente consolidate fino ad assumere, negli ultimi anni, la forma della `poesia visuale'. Amo descrivere così le mie fotografie: la forma scritta mi fa sentire chiuso entro limiti che non trovo nella fotografia: nell'attimo dello scatto, nell'immagine, in una frazione di secondo, c'è tutto un mondo di pensieri, emozioni, sensazioni che descrivere a parole richiederebbe molto tempo con il rischio, a mio parere, di non riuscire a trasmettere tutto ciò che si intende.
Naturalmente, la fotografia è strettamente soggettiva e trasmette a chi guarda solo ciò che è pronto o desidera recepire, ma io vedo questo come un vantaggio, un'ulteriore sfaccettatura delle infinite presenti in quella che per me è un'arte. E, come ho detto prima, è l'inizio di un percorso che non si conclude qui?
