![]() | Fujifilm X-E3 Pros: Aesthetics, lightness, compactness, freshness, image quality. Cons: Battery life, ergonomics. Opinion: I'm not a professional, I'm not an engineer, I'm not a blogger who tries a thousand thousand devices just announced to not know anyone well, I'm not a photo-spamr, I'm not a fanboy of that other brand. I'm a photographer and a lot. I owned this machine for a year, before doing a review, I tried it well. Great machine, light, compact, beautiful. Excellent image quality in all conditions. Crystal clear and detailed Jpeg, clean files, if you don't want to stand to lie about it with raf, raw, nef, piff puff and paff is for you; but if you really want to go crazy with toggles, balls, darts and hands of Photoshop et alii you can also do the one always with excellent results. During a historic procession, held on a late summer afternoon, the canonists (alas I love Canon) did not show up, the nikonists after sunset watched more the displays than the scenes to be filmed (except one with a D750 and another with a D6), I photographed quiet even with street lights and darkness. That's it. Take this review for what it is. Ps. Another great advantage or disadvantage of this machine is that having the viewfinder decentralized, if you have a big nose, this will be on display. Bless you. sent on August 17, 2019 |
![]() | Fujifilm XF 27mm f/2.8 Pros: Build quality, compactness, brightness. Cons: Distortion, price, minimum focus distance. Opinion: Among the landlines of Casa Fuji I think is the least performing goal. Its strength is its compactness, combined with a Fuji XE3 does not protrudes so much making the setup light, not cumbersome, to carry always with it. Qualitatively it possesses a solid construction, there is no aperture ring and the one for the focus is very thin, but with the Fuji XE3 rarely is used the manual focus given the very high efficiency of the automatic (manages to focus Even the stars). Good sharpness especially if you close the diaphragm a bit, deforms at the edges and it is not very easy to correct in post production especially if you choose daring shooting points. The minimum focusing distance of approx. 40 cm does not allow a lot to approach the subjects (photo still life of small objects). A little pricey for what it offers. A lens that should not be underestimated and that can give unexpected satisfactions. sent on August 19, 2018 |
![]() | Canon EF 50mm f/1.8 STM Pros: F1.8. metal bayonet. Speed ??focusing. Weight. Cost. Cons: Cost. Not having it. Opinion: I bought this lens for shooting video with a 60D and portraiture. The lens is light, bright, well-built (metal insert), provides very detailed images if you diaphragm, but TA is well exploited in many situations. Extremely versatile, also for its rapid and silent MAF. Its cost is available, but you'll be taken for a ride by the fanatics of megaminchiapixel because you can not afford 50 f.1.2L or Zeiss. sent on March 10, 2017 |
![]() | Samyang 10mm f/2.8 ED AS NCS CS Pros: Construction, brightness, sharpness, low distortion, price. Cons: Exposure difficulty and focus in particular conditions. exif data incomplete on Canon bodies, maybe the weight, you can not mount filters. Opinion: I purchased this Samyang lens with creative intent for its luminosity and the very attractive price (is 350 € again). The lens is well constructed, made of solid aluminum, hand grasps its sturdiness. The optical quality is excellent, fine glass with a low dispersion element and two spherical lenses, sharp and bright, it seems to me throughout the frame (APSC), already 2.8. It has a petal-type hood and a cap with a very efficient coupling system. Unfortunately, the front lens curve does not permit application of screw filters. The lenses of the NCS treatment system reduces flare effects and intrusive reflections even in diretta.rnL'obiettivo light conditions is manual and this affects its operations: much depends on who uses it. Obviously on a tripod for long exposures (astro and time lapse) it is more suitable for, but I left around one afternoon to shoot handheld at Av (Canon 60D) and the meter has not missed a shot anthat in highly contrasting light conditions (using evaluative metering), spot metering more difficult. Also tried to make videos without any difficulty: the field amplitude and work in iperfocale makes the task easy and the results are pleasing and relative risk of micromosso.rnMaggiori difficulties for maf in low light conditions (from f.8 onwards), but with some manual foresight are obtained correct made fuoco.rnDistorsione contained, easily corrected PP. sent on August 06, 2016 |
![]() | Canon EF 70-200mm f/4.0 L USM Pros: Construction, speed and accuracy MAF, definition, quality construction. Cons: Not having it. Opinion: O my God! It has only 9.6 points out of 10! What do I take it? Or do a mortgage to buy a lens from 10 to 10? ... Joke ... But I have it with perfectionists own equipment ... What say .. A superb goal, you'll hardly believe if you put first in one eye. I got used by the market of Juza and I must say that I am satisfied, enthusiastic. The lens (on a 60D) is reliable, fast, compact and well built, the quality is known throughout. And once you start using it offers incredible chances of shots exciting in terms of color and definition. Even in bright contrast, to crop you to death, but no aberration visibile.rnUn lens around which to rotate an entire camera kit. We loved it. Defects: one, do not have it. sent on March 06, 2015 |
![]() | Sirui T-005X Pros: Materials of construction, compactness, ease of use. Cons: Maximum capacity 2Kg stable, with slight wind. Opinion: I purchased this Sirui tripod because I was looking for a lightweight and compact, but at the same time not a toy. The instrument is made of aluminum, it is strong and very easy to assemble and disassemble, comes to 130 cm and about 33 cm folded completely (there is a bag in the photo). I have a tightening screw, but just half a turn to lock / unlock the segments of the legs, so all operations become fast. Great, so use in travel use for which, however, the tripod is designed. The parent indicates that it leads to the maximum 4kg, but my advice is to not exceed 2Kg. My Canon 60D with Sigma 17-70 lens C is perfectly stable, no problem shake-even with long exposure time. Outside, you have to be a little 'attention to the wind so the use of this tripod is not among the most suitable. sent on August 17, 2014 |
![]() | Sigma 17-70mm f/2.8-4 DC OS HSM Macro C Pros: Construction, aesthetics, speed MAF, sharpness, equipment, price. Cons: Zoom ring a little 'hard. Poor resistance to flare. Opinion: Aesthetically well finished. Feels solid and well made (the weight is no joke). Focus silent, swift and accurate even in low light (indoors and in the afternoon). Crisp. Focus ring fluid, a little 'hard that the zoom. Poor resistance to flare in backlit but nothing unmanageable. Nothing similar to the price of other brands. A great all-rounder also equipped with hood. I use it with satisfaction on the 60D and would not trade it if not to switch to FF. sent on May 19, 2014 |
![]() | Canon EF-S 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6 III Pros: Inexpensive, lightweight. Cons: Difficulty in autofocus with low contrast or low light. Opinion: Economical and lightweight. Dim. Difficulties in automatic maf with low contrast or low light. Just solid, if it takes a bit 'of rain is likely to freeze as it has happened to me. But the photos are not bad unless you sweat for high-level professional jobs. For tourism, to learn is just fine. The price makes it affordable objective of reserve or emergency. sent on April 28, 2014 |
![]() | Canon 60D Pros: Aesthetically beautiful, ergonomic, robust, functionally complete, versatile, easy to use. Cons: The supplied strap is a bit 'shabby. Opinion: Beautiful car. Versatile use: easy for a beginner, complete functions for the most demanding amateur photographer. Solid body, ergonomic grip and control of the keys. The swivel screen is very convenient, as well as the mode switch to shooting. There is even control the depth of field! The strap could do a little 'better ... sent on April 28, 2014 |
