![]() | Sigma 24-105mm f/4 DG OS HSM Art Pros: Sharpness, solidity Cons: AF problematic at low temperatures. Very small focusing ring. Opinion: I recently bought this Sigma and I immediately took it with me to Siberia in December. I do not dwell on the qualities that are already widely treated. Robust and sharp lens. To my great perplexity the autofocus was blocked at temperatures around-20, while at home it worked. I thought it was faulty, then I figured it might be the cold and I wrapped the lens in a sleeve of an old woollen sweater. In doing so I had no more problems. I think it's a viable alternative to the Canon. sent on January 03, 2019 |
![]() | Tamron 15-30mm f/2.8 VC USD Pros: quality, versatility, speed autofocus, stabilizer Cons: dangerously fragile Opinion: I took this lens for a while ', and I use it often on 1dx. The 15mm focal length is great. a very versatile lens and bright. Here we speak of a super wide-angle (15mm), with all the strengths and weaknesses. The lens hood can not be otherwise, or enters the frame. But the cap is well done and engages well. rnnei against I put "dangerously fragile" .rnPiù 'or less fell to the ground from a height of about 50cm, and even though in a good and padded bag (in fact, the thud was deaf, so as not putting me in alarm) l 'aim has been broken into two parts. rnNonostante this, the reattachment with a few rounds of tape and I finish the job (not working in manual focus) rnsmontato by an expert, we found that the two sides lens hold together only by four small screws, which in turn are screwed on four really osceni.rntutti supports 4 and the supports of the screws have broken the net andit was not possible to paste them or replace them. rnabbiamo removed the pieces that wandered in and joined the lens with a good tape .. works fine except the manual focus. RNE 'a shame that one lens so good from all points of view have this' heel Achille.rnI Canon L series are much, much more' robust, and as the Tamron stands almost on one thousand euro, this weakness is just annoying. sent on December 03, 2016 |
![]() | Canon 7D Mark II Pros: Speed ??autofocus. Cons: Not FF. Battery life. Opinion: I am really good with this machine. Very fast. It focuses and keeps it. Even at high ISO shots I sfruttabilissimi. The menu a bit cumbersome, but with practice it's easy. I think if this was a FF sensor would be the perfect car. Sturdy, solid, but Canon does it on purpose, it makes great body that is always missing something, and so you also buy the top model. Anyway is a reflex valid for nature photography and sports, nothing to do with the previous model. You have to know it well. Good for photo-evolved amateur and the professional who needs a second body valid. In some cases then some sensors can be an advantage. sent on September 09, 2015 |
![]() | Canon EF 24-70mm f/2.8 L USM II Pros: Excellent yield. Cons: None in particular, but insist that for the price that he should have a housing or a bag. Opinion: I use it a lot. He never misses a beat. Whether on 7dmkII that performs very well on older sisters. I like the performance, sharpness, sfocato.Qualità sublime. That is perhaps the price he could put the stabilizer, but I do not care, I use it always. In short career goal, expensive, but for those who work indispensable. Certainly to match 70/200. sent on September 09, 2015 |
![]() | Canon EF 50mm f/1.2 L USM Pros: Blurred. Cons: Either you love it or hate it, price, lack of adequate housing, space. But there is a perfect target? Opinion: Particular goal. blurred dream. In my opinion this is the only point that ^ interesting to those who like certain photos. The rest does not matter, graphics, etc. rnDa use certainly very wide open, otherwise what you buy to do.? RNLI worth all this money? I do not know, what might be the exact figure, but this is c ^ and has a market all its own. rnio I keep it for life. sent on September 09, 2015 |
![]() | Canon EF 400mm f/5.6 L USM Pros: Sharpness, Lightweight, quality construction. Cons: lack of stabilizer. Opinion: Just tried it I was immediately struck by the extreme sharpness, the f.5, 6 seemed to me so much, however it seems much brighter. With my 1dMKII is also fast in focus. I do not feel the lack of stabilization that much, given the lightness of the lens. To carry it behind forever. also the hood comfortable. It is not a recent project, but certainly winning and perhaps for this reason Canon does not feel the need to update it. sent on October 25, 2013 |
![]() | Canon EF 85mm f/1.8 USM Pros: Value for money, excellent blur, sharpen, fast autofocus Cons: nothing really striking. the absence of the lens hood. Opinion: Having trawled for all the good reviews as possible, I also got to try the big brother (85 1.2) and I must say I was greatly satisfied, for ease of handling, the sharpness and speed of focus. The quality is very high and almost ridiculous considering the price I bought it. I feel really satisfied with the remains of this goal. sent on October 25, 2013 |
