Ho iniziato il mio percorso di fotografo partecipando a un concorso del liceo e vincendolo. Ho quindi partecipato ad un corso di street photography, fotogiornalismo e ritratto , presso il “Laboratorio IF” di Letizia Battaglia come insegnanti Shobha Battaglia e Paolo Titolo, ho quindi lavorato solo con pellicola in bianco e nero. È stato un corso molto importante per la mia crescita come fotografo ma anche umana perché ho conosciuto luoghi e persone, della mia città Palermo, lontani dalla mia realtà. Ho sempre sentito il bisogno di nuovi percorsi e stimoli, sono quindi sempre alla ricerca di qualcosa di nuovo.
