om_system_om1OM System OM-1

Pros: AFC

Cons: Dial keys

Opinion: Hello everyone, review after 2 weeks of use. Fast and direct ... AFC exam passed nothing to do with previous versions also holds fast-moving subjects. Ergonomics the keys of the MIII seemed to me better arranged I will get used to it. ISO seal nothing that respects MIII but if you use with the software Olympus magic you have an increase. Software menu as first only different arrangement. OFV very well. Pro Capture from fear. Great job thanks OM Promoted.

olympus_8-25_f4proOlympus M.Zuiko Digital ED 8-25mm f/4 Pro

Pros: Construction / Zoom excursion lock

Cons: Cost

Opinion: UPDATE Taken to the mountains in a couple of excursions and I am satisfied with both the focal excursion, corresponding to a 16-50 FF, and the image quality. I had read several criticisms about the zoom system of excursion not integrated inside the lens, but I do not create problems indeed I really like the detail that the lens is completely blocked when not used thus avoiding the accidental excursion down when walking, recommended in my way of seeing for landscapes during excursions or for street mainly in bright environments, NB memory is a fixed f.4. The image quality is also good at the edges, at 8 mm vignette in RAW while in JPG the machine corrects automatically. ---- Arrived after a long wait, taken with exchange and resumption of another lens given the high cost, disproportionate .... for the moment I found what I expected since weight and dimensions and construction "PRO" correspond to what I expected given the use in mountain outings. End of week I will then try to follow I will update the review.

olympus_12-100_f4proOlympus M.Zuiko Digital ED 12-100mm f/4.0 IS Pro

Pros: All

Cons: Nothing

Opinion: Taken for about 2 months, I am excited about this lens ! You can do anything, sharp on the whole image, super image stabilizer, very beautiful colors, LIGHTNING AF, excellent construction and tropicalization, weight does not cause me problems even on long excursions since I do not put any other lens in the bag. I highly recommend to everyone.

olympus_omd_em1_iiiOlympus OM-D E-M1 III

Pros: Versatility

Cons: The sale of Olympus to Japan Industrial Partners ...

Opinion: Taken from March in place of the equally valid E-M1 II. High resolution shot from 50 or 80 Mega Pixels on stand or free hand, Live Composit, AF star sky, built-in ND filters, Auto Focus Tracking very good, Pro Capture for shooting freezing the moment, great image stabilizer if then used with the lens PRO 12-100 becomes outstanding for night photos... With this machine you have everything at your fingertips and you can really have fun in all kinds of photography. The menu at the beginning makes a little tribution, but after you understand it you can customize to your liking with the call of the dedicated keys. Good image quality, noise after 600/800 ISO still manageable in PP, excellent battery life and good electronic viewfinder. Too bad that with Lightroom some photographs are not read in a taken way, for example black and white photos or with ART filters are imported without these effects, for this you have to use the dedicated Olympus program "Workspaces" or other. Camera suitable for everything, especially for excursions and travel. Knowing that it was probably the last of Olympus I will keep it nice tight for a long time ! NB : The differences compared to the E-M1 II are minimal, AF star sky still manageable freehand, high resolution freehand shot, built-in ND filters, some keys on the machine however customizable, sensor however excellent also that of the E-M1 II

olympus_12-200Olympus M.Zuiko Digital ED 12-200mm f/3.5-6.3

Pros: Weight

Cons: Image quality above 120 mm

Opinion: Taken mainly to use during my mountain excursions, great from 12 to 120 mm then it gets a bit lost but still enough even at over 120 mm. It is not a PRO but has tropicalization so it gains some points ! Recommended as a possible single lens avoiding unnecessary expenses for combinations such as 12-45 plus 40-150 or more.

samyang_7-5_fisheyeSamyang 7.5mm f/3.5 UMC Fisheye MFT

Pros: Price/quality ratio

Cons: Distortion still manageable in pp

Opinion: You can make particular images, Fish effect not exasperated, in the Micro 4/3 format corresponds to a 15". Manual Autofocus does not create problems as it is a lens predominantly from landscape results in very simple hyperfocal use. Recommended. ...............................................................................................................................................................................................................................

nikon_d500Nikon D500

Pros: Speed, autofocus, ergonomics and weight

Cons: Game on lens attack/camera body

Opinion: I use it for about 5 months and I am very satisfied with this very precise and fast machine used on my part mainly for birdlife. You have the option to set the autofocus in three ways, via the front shutter button + AF-ON rear and jostick back as on the new Nikon D850, I set AF to groups + AFCs + af dynamic at 21 points. I took pictures even at high ISO, 3200/6400 and the resulting images are usable, as mentioned in the previous review of Galan I have the same little problem on the lens attack that has game... even I found after a couple of months, the game you hear it Much with long and heavy telephoto lenses nothing serious cmq. I use in combination with the Nikon 200-500, and I find this a very good combination. Finally I confirm that the gust is exceptional.

nikon_d810Nikon D810

Pros: Price after Exit D850

Cons: Only lack WiFi connection, if you need....

Opinion: Taken from 10 days in my store trust at the price of Euro 1 ' 650 with Nikon warranty 3 years, replacing the excellent d800. Immediately tested and clear result, precise autofocus, impressive dynamic range, micro-blur compared to D800 does not exist. They asked me why did you get the new D810 which is now on the market D850.... clear to me, more than a thousand euros at least saved and files less heavy (however we already talk about files in Row x the D810 of 44 MB...), and image quality + dynamic range exceptional. Because I did not take the new Z7 and Z6:1) Because the prices are exorbitant 2) because at the moment the park targets is limited 3) because I wait for the evils of youth then I evaluate 4) because now you do business with D810 5) because I'm fond of DSLRs. Rating + note for the magnificent Nikon D810: excellent promoted, even when it was not in promotion. TOP NIKON

nikon_d800Nikon D800

Pros: Image quality/Ergonomics buttons/construction materials/Current price used

Cons: Autofocus

Opinion: In my possession for about a year I struggled to find a right Setup compromise for my use, with this machine mainly landscaping, then gave me many beautiful shots. I really appreciate its dynamic range, mostly I avoid shooting with less than 1/160 and coupled to the Nikon 24-120 I think an ideal pairing, I hardly ever use the VR lens since I do not fall under the Times described. For night landscaping or at dusk I almost always use the tripod + shutter delay exposure, by day the tripod is not indispensable. Given the difficulty in using, see Microblur + pixel density + noise, I was served much as a school to test the various situations and progress in my photographic knowledge. I recommend the purchase considering the price of the current used, I have seen around 800 euros, to those who want to refine their photographic technique. Positive vote on my part

sigma_50_f1-4artSigma 50mm f/1.4 DG HSM Art

Pros: Sharpness

Cons: AF adjustment

Opinion: Purchased a few days ago, just mounted on my D800 in the first shots I was a little skeptical as I presented many images not in focus, I then dedicated to recalibration with the appropriate USB Dock, a couple of hours as unfortunately I'm very fussy so I think you can do it even faster .... Subsequent shots with good sharpness.rnI have struggled to find how to recalibrate in Infinity position, the recalibration is easy to 40 cm + 70 cm + 150 cm with appropriate Focus Chart , but for Infinito I did not know what to do and then I took pictures with contrasted subjects at a distance of 5/10/20 meters and comparing the images obtained with Live Wiew I set the necessary correction on SIGMA to have similar results (easy to see using Lightroom with paired images)! rnSee my preferences of shots I used the distances Infinite to 5/10/20 meters, but if you prefer longer distances on landscapes subjects I recommend to recalibrate with longer distances, for example 50/75/100 meters, here everyone mustmake a choice according to your needs. rnConclusion: excellent sharpness / good speed AF / fine adjustment easy but you have to arm yourself with patience and eye!
