![]() | Fujifilm XC 15-45mm f/3.5-5.6 OIS PZ Pros: Easy handling, weight, sharpness, value if purchased used Cons: Bayonet build quality, zoom. Opinion: Although the construction material is cheap, as already mentioned by others, the glass lenses ensure good sharpness, to which is added a respectable autofocus (and in any case not inferior to other kit lenses) and a shorter focusing distance, almost to make it look like a macro. Its strong point, in addition to lightness and minimum bulk, is the aperture of 15mm (equivalent to about 24 mm on full-frame) which is much appreciated by those like me who love wide angles and try their hand at urban landscape photography. Great for travel or everyday photography, given its small size, in short, a lens not to be mistreated, just know the limits, which for me are still lower than the merits. sent on December 05, 2022 |
![]() | Fujifilm XC 50-230mm f/4.5-6.7 OIS II Pros: Lightweight, good sharpness, value for money Cons: If you accept it for what it is and for what it costs (both new and used where it maintains a good rating), practically nothing Opinion: Those who buy it know what they do and therefore accept the joys and sorrows of this canvas. Despite everything good sharpness, very light optics so (as preceded me) practically pocket-sized, a bit dark, but you can not have everything and in any case it is a stabilized optics. Of course the diaphragm ring is missing (so dear to Fujifilm users and also to me), to manage the stabilization you need to enter the menu, the responsiveness of the AF-S is not always perfect (but perhaps it also depends on my X-T2), for astrophotography I do not see it very suitable, but all in all, for the landscape and / or reportage I see it satisfactory. I also made several portraits and I must say that I was satisfied (maybe it's me who is satisfied?). However I went back I would definitely buy it again. sent on August 27, 2022 |
![]() | Panasonic Lumix G Vario 12-32mm f/3.5-5.6 OIS Pros: Lightweight, compact. stabilized starts from 12 (24) mm Cons: You have to appreciate it for what it is, if you really want to be picky about the lack of the ring for focusing, but you have to be picky. Opinion: Purchased in kit with the GX9 I found the perfect match for my mountain excursions, light and compact with satisfactory yield from all points of view, knowing of course to appreciate the fact that it is a Kit lens ... that more Kit you can't. I agree with those who preceded me confirming that in a micro 4/3 kit it is really useful, leaving of course to other lenses more demanding purposes sent on August 26, 2022 |
![]() | Fujifilm X-T2 Pros: Everything you can ask of a "camera" Cons: You have to be picky, and then I say battery life, AF-C, kept at high ISO Opinion: I have owned the X-T2 since June 2017 and it has been five years that every time I take it excites me like the first time. Surely it will be for its beauty that place it without a shadow of a doubt among the "cameras", so much so that there are people who still stop me on the street to ask me if it is an analog. I will be for the Jpg files that churns out that are almost all ready to be printed and / or projected on an illuminated screen. Or maybe it will be for the solidity and accuracy in the details that make you think that it will never leave you alone. Of course I am a photo-amateur perhaps undemanding (in addition to being mediocre) and I am aware that in recent years the development of ML has been exponential, but I wonder if the new features, which I call "devils", for daily use, what more than making you take home shots considered a work of art makes you relive the emotions of when you made them, are really necessary, or are more than enough the reliability and simplicity that the X-T2 gives me and I hope that it will continue to give me for a long time. sent on July 22, 2022 |
![]() | Manfrotto Pixi EVO Pros: lightness and dimensions Cons: Instability Opinion: I have been using it for a few months with my Fuji X-T2 mounting standard lenses and I must say that I appreciate it only for its lightness and small size, features that allow excellent portability. The real problem is the stability of both the legs (especially if extended) and the head, which make it of reduced usability especially in macro photographs. From a Manfrotto I sincerely expected much more. sent on April 15, 2022 |
