![]() | Olympus E-30 Pros: 17 years old and not feeling them Cons: considering the age. nothing Opinion: Given that I already have an important high quality Nikon kit.. but with the usual widespread problem: size and above all weight! As a non-professional photographer, the heavy weight acts as a deterrent to use. Taking a day out for a walk means ensuring back and neck pain... which in the end makes you leave the trousseau at home and make do with the phone. I recently bought the E30 with the 14-42 from the shop at a ridiculous price. My choice fell on this model because despite its age it was very advanced in terms of technical solutions. See Articulated display to take advantage of the live view. Stabilized sensor. double slot.. etc etc. Obviously without forgetting a mirrorless weight between body and lens. I'm using it these days and I can only applaud mom Olympus. Photos of very high yield. Beautiful and natural colors.. excellent three-dimensionality and with a nice sense of "analog". sent on March 23, 2025 |
![]() | Canon 40D Pros: A lot of substance at a bargain price Cons: Considering the price and age.. nobody Opinion: He has his years.. but for those looking for a camera to take pictures without so many mental pipes it is still incredibly good. I took it used with 15k shots at 99 € (with original box, 3 batteries and 16gb cf). I directly matched the 50mm f 1.8. What can I say? It makes you feel like a photographer. In the hand it conveys a sense of incredible solidity.. from a professional object. The operational speed and with which it responds to the comendi makes it seem current and you do not think in the least about age. With the fixed 50ino pulls out shots to be amazed. I didn't take it because I needed it.. but at that price it was a crime to give it up sent on February 05, 2022 |
![]() | Nikon 20-35mm f/2.8 D IF Pros: Construction, robustness, price of the used. Cons: Nothing particularly for my use Opinion: Found at low price and matched to the 300d.. With the APSC of course you lose the wide angle effect but it turns into the classic lens handyman with the advantage of having a high brightness and in my opinion a contrast in the incredible photos. Always paired with APSC there is the advantage that you do not use the peripheral edges of the lens because of the smallest sensor for which the sharpness is by reference. Thinking about how much I paid him I regret just not having found it before sent on February 17, 2019 |
![]() | Nikon D300 Pros: is the D300 Cons: No one worth noting considering the age Opinion: I recently replaced the D80 with the d300. What about.. It seems hard to think he's already 11 years old. Incredible machine to use.. Each button is in the right place and allows you to customize the machine to the fullest. Then the speed of response to each command is spectacular.. This translates to being able to make shots when you want instead of losing the right moment when they are not static photos but portraits of normal life. I'm taking home shots that I couldn't do before. Considering the figures of the used impossible to close better sent on October 22, 2018 |
![]() | Nikon AF 28-100mm f/3.5-5.6 G Pros: Lightness and versatility Cons: All plastic including the bayonet mount. Opinion: Nikon has a kilometric catalog goals so I'm not ashamed to say I did not know this lens. There I "stumbled" into dell'usato..Era perusing the ads for sale at a ridiculous figure, a few euro. Without many references I realized immediately that it was a previous generation lens designed to the latest economic film SLR. In my case he could go well as it meant to go on my beloved d80. Here the advantage of going on a DX format sensor is that it is not exploited the notoriously deficient lens periphery for sharpness. The result is really entusiasmando..Ho I spent a pittance and I find an original lens that produces quality photos I soooooo elevata..Il all for a low weight is a respectable zoom range. Very recommended. sent on March 30, 2017 |
