7d2 or 1d 4 ?

I recently upgraded to a 500mm f4. I need a serious body upgrade for my current painful 550d. I am in a battle
of choosing between a 7d2 and a secondhand 1d4. I am looking for a greater image quality for action shots of birds . At least I need the capability to get good quality cropped images at ISO 3200. what body are you suggesting me to buy ?

I think I was born to live in the wild. I could never get rid of my tight bond to the nature. I started loving birds as a 12year old kid by imitating eagle calls at a top of a coffee tree. It began to feel that I could communicate with them. Then came was an desire to paint birds and I became successful following many attempts. Interest in photography remained silent for about ten years due to economical issues that I started it a 3years ago with a beginner level DSLR.Now I am on my way a professional photographer. But I think I have touched only a very very little of the subject. Through my posts here ,I hope to fill portion of my potential space for skills. So each of your help will be very well admired.
