om_system_20_f1-4proOM System M.Zuiko Digital ED 20mm f/1.4 PRO

Pros: Quality construction, dimensions, AF, jamming, tropicalized

Cons: nobody

Opinion: Very nice optics, very versatile 40mm field of view. Thanks to the 9 blades of the diaphragm (rarity in the micro43 field) it offers a nice blurred effect at full aperture and thanks to the little contrast (but sharp) returns beautiful plastic images. Closing it becomes a blade. More unique than rare case in the micro43 panorama also has a beautiful starry closing the diaphragms. Very versatile, it lends itself well to many genres, from streeth to landscape to set portrait. Combined with a tropicalized body you go to war.

panasonic_14_f2-5Panasonic Lumix G 14mm f/2.5 ASPH

Pros: Very compact, sharp, fast AF, MF bezel, used cost

Cons: nobody

Opinion: Another pearl in the micro43 world, taken as a joke turned out to be a real gem. It makes a machine body type em10 gx80 really pocket-sized type a compact. Focal length 28mm suitable for streeth, travel, reportage, handyman. It is not very bright but it is already very valid at TA and there is no need to close too much. For landscape at F3.5 it is perfect on the whole frame (it does not split the hair but it is very good). Fast and accurate AF even on olympus bodies. The vignetting is the aberrations I do not consider them because I correct them in a clik in post. For me "must have" more than panaleica 15

olympus_stylus1Olympus Stylus 1

Pros: Compactness, excellent 28 300 lens, construction, viewfinder, battery life, price in the used, excellent ergonomics and control layout, excellent jpeg, touch screen, integrated wifi

Cons: production output is only used

Opinion: Fabulous compact to always have behind or for light and carefree holidays. Its focal excursion 28 300 allows you to do a little everything, the lens is excellent at all focal points and is 2.8 fixed, the blurry is very pleasant and the yield in relation to the small sensor is very good and with modern demosaicization software you can safely push to 1600 iso. It's basically a small omd as an operation. After trying several compact (even with larger sensor) I decided for her.

panasonic_12-32oisPanasonic Lumix G Vario 12-32mm f/3.5-5.6 OIS

Pros: Compact, crisp, starts at 12mm, zooms manually and non-electronically

Cons: Nobody

Opinion: Caught in kit with the Gx9, I thought it ended up in the wet after a week and instead... Very good lens when you want to go super compact, made very good at all focal points, has the plus to start from 12mm. Not having zoomed in on the handyman in the house after a bit of rehearsal I decided to keep it willingly, who would have expected it. The focal range for me is enough to consider it "light all-rounder". Ultimately promoted, vote:8

panasonic_leica8-18_asphPanasonic Leica DG 8-18mm f/2.8-4.0 ASPH

Pros: Clutter and weight, flare resistance, sharpness to all focal points, accepts filters, tropicalization

Cons: cost, UNCERTAIN AF on olympus bodies, bulky lampshade

Opinion: If you are looking for a classic wide angle 16 35 the choice is almost obligatory. Consider a constant F4 with the plus of 2.8 to 16mm very useful for the stars. Light and accepts 67mm filters, very good flare resistance. Excellent sharpness to all focal points, as well as the pro zooms of other brands (nikon, canon, sony). To report some problems on olympus bodies, often inaccurate AF and problems with the machine body stabilizer. On Panasonic bodies instead everything is perfect. For me a must have of the system.

olympus_em5_iiiOlympus OM-D E-M5 III

Pros: Beautiful aesthetically, light and small size, Hi-res, tropicalized, stabilized, excellent AFS and good AFC, practically it's an EM1 mk2 in small, vast slow park

Cons: Battery life, solid but plastic construction, single slot

Opinion: Taken to flank the sister EM1 mk2, it practically has almost everything similar. Same sensor, same AF, same menu' For me it is promoted with flying colors, excellent file quality and AF that allows you to do almost everything. The stabilizer is a span over the competition and allows unthinkable things, I with olympus I find myself wonderful as ergonomics and comadi arrangement, the viewfinder is good and it is seen well and it is natural and not tiring, the jpg are a strength and I use them often. In printing and monitors it does not make you regret a FullFrame if you treat the file well.

panasonic_35-100ois_f2-8iiPanasonic Lumix G X 35-100mm f/2.8 II OIS

Pros: The essence of the micro43, compact size and a lot of quality, sharp to all focal but not excessive to TA, closed to F4 a blade, nice bokeh I would say the best among the zooms of the format, tropicalized, AF quick and precise

Cons: Nobody

Opinion: Very good lens, it's amazing to be able to shoot with 70 200 of this size and with this quality, suitable for both landscapes and portraits, I recommend it instead of the zuiko 40 150 if you do not need the most stretch, equal to the focal points for me wins the lumix throughout. Perfect compatibility even on olympus bodies, I think I will never separate from this lens. Best buy

olympus_m25_f1-8Olympus M.Zuiko Digital 25mm f/1.8

Pros: Size, speed and precision AF, sharpness already at 1.8, pleasant bokeh

Cons: Plastic but solid construction

Opinion: Taken because I wanted a normal without having the weight and footprint of the 1.2 PRO, I found myself on my hands a little jewel. Had previously the panaleic 1.4, bhe..... I must say I prefer this! Panaleica has a better bokeh hair but to be acceptable you had to close it to f1. 8 so we're there.... the zuiko is already excellent at TA, faster and more precise as AF, sometimes the panaleic ciccava fire (on olympus bodies). Less aberrations at TA, the Pana instead up to f2.8 suffered heavily (always on oly bodies). Bokeh very pleasant within the limits of the format. It makes good on both near and far subjects. Closed by a stop becomes a blade all over the frame. For me best buy, I didn't expect it.
