Pros: Lightweight, excellent sensor, super customizable, excellent ergonomics.

Cons: Batteries a bit scarce...

Opinion: I replaced my "old" OM-D E-M5 II with this one, without finding any major changes (a few buttons moved, but in principle little or nothing). I liked the larger sensor, it works very well with my 12-100. Small and handy, it fits very well in the hand. I'm really satisfied: the only flaw (shared with the old one) are the batteries that could last longer.

Pros: Line, ergonomics, ductility in use

Cons: Not suitable for very dynamic situations, the battery may last longer

Opinion: Comfortable, beautiful colors and enough detail for even oversized prints. High res is quite performing, and if you notice noise on the screen because you have raised the ISO a little, the interpolation during printing will make it disappear, as often happens with dense sensors. Combined with a superzoom it is the best combination. It can be found used at bargain prices but this does not mean that it is worth little, on the contrary... After so many professional machines from other brands, my wife found her winning combination. The two flaws I can point out are the battery life, it is better to have a couple with you, and the possibility of dirtying the sensor when changing the lens.

Pros: Build quality, weight, size, image quality.

Cons: Nobody

Opinion: Intrigued by the mirrorless world, I bought the OMD E-M10II for the price and especially for its size. After 6 months I switched to the M5 III because I was looking for that extra potential that little Oly gave me. The machine is compact and lightweight, it is easily transported without creating discomfort. The availability of optics on the market is remarkable, from the cheapest to the PRO. At the moment my kit is the 8-25 F/4 PRO, the 12-45 F/4 PRO, the 45 mm F/1.8 and the Panasonic G 100-300mm f/4-5.6 II OIS. Excellent customization possibility, the sensor suffers only with particularly high ISO creating a bit of noise in the photos that, in post production, is easily resolved. The stabilizer is stunning allowing you to shoot with long exposure times without a tripod. Battery life has never been an issue at the time. By turning the machine on and off, it guarantees you the whole day. Particularly practical and comfortable is the small flash supplied, such as the adjustable screen. Rating 9.8

Pros: Light and very compact, excellent AF even in low light, impeccable sensor (20 Mpx), excellent stabilizer (5.5 EV), articulated and adjustable monitor, excellent EVF, focus-stacking, many rings and buttons for perfect customization

Cons: Battery life, very delicate plastic finishes

Opinion: I bought the Olympus OM-D EM-5 mark III this summer with the aim of replacing the already excellent Mark II (which I then kept). In my opinion it is for my needs the best Olympus I have ever had: with a lightweight, robust, tropicalized and ergonomic body it perfectly embodies the Micro 4/3 philosophy. I carry it everywhere in a small bag. With the 14-150 it becomes the all-rounder camera for light bike rides, with the pair PRO 12-40 f/2.8 and PRO 40-150 F/2.8 does not regret the older sisters EM-1 II or III. The sensor, in fact, is the same 20 Mpx, one of the best for the MFT format. The autofocus is effective and precise (except in extreme situations), the stabilizer excellent. 100% customizable with the ability to assign to the various buttons and dials present practically all the functions. Excellent ability to perform HDR and focus-stacking "on camera" at a good level of quality. The only flaw, the battery life. In fact I always carry 4 with me and I solved the problem! Rating 9.5

Pros: My ideal solution

Cons: Someone's complaining about batteries. I don't.

Opinion: After two other different bodies OMD I added this and understood the value of the update. quick focus, the excellent colors that Olympus accustomed me to with a greater rendering of detail given by the more megapixels. The body remains small, the shooting options rich. The battery is an enhanced variant of that of the OM 10 MK 1.That is, the reinforcement batteries already had them. Monitor very easy to manage. I found, for my age and ambitions, my perfect machine. I've got more optics than I use, but the disphomoresets of an optical 3 corp1 are still fine. The first OMD EM1, grandma, the omd em10 first version, crude, but a mule. The omd5 mark3 a kind lady who amazes me every time beyond my expectations.
