nikon_50f1-4aisNikon 50mm f/1.4 Ai-s

Pros: Light, small, blurred by fear, iron and glass, opening, minimum distance

Cons: Nothing

Opinion: Taken for my Nikon FE2, the lens is great for portraits with a fantastic pdc also due to the very small minimum distance. To the touch gives excellent sensations thanks to the materials used. 50mm higher than version 1.8 ais and version 1.8 D, the latter newer but with a lot of plastic and a lower yield. Very recommended.

fujifilm_27_f2-8Fujifilm XF 27mm f/2.8

Pros: Compact, lightweight, economical

Cons: File quality. Lack of diaphragm ring.

Opinion: Taken used and resold immediately. For charity, does his honest work in his compactness and lightness. But nothing more. For the quality of the files, I must say that I am used to the beauty of the 35mm 1.4 (another planet) shots. So my comparison meter was pretty high compared to the real 27mm. nm rating and I only have fixed lenses, but the lack of aperture on the lens was the other reason why I gave up, without regrets, the 27mm. for those who want to travel lightly and make good shots. But I'm too much in love with the 35mm 1.4 .... too!

fujifilm_35mmFujifilm XF 35mm f/1.4 R

Pros: Bokeh, weight, used price, diaphragm, first lens.

Cons: AF at times.

Opinion: I have tried many of the fixed Fuji and my favorite is definitely the 35mm 1.4 that produces crisp files with a bokeh fabulous, giving a stunning three-dimensionality. I 'fairly light and take it easily attached to my faithful XE2s. Used it is located between the eur 340/360 while again goes to 500. Obviously, it applies them all. I made a comparison with 35mm f2 that has more than just the tropicalisation body. For the rest, the 35mm 2 is easily outclassed by the quality of 1.4. In PP I do many crop without losing anything in terms of sharpness. The only sore point is the AF which emits a noise a bit annoying and sometimes does not hook immediately (especially in the street). But what engages produces incredible files. Let's be clear: the AF is great, but personally miss the first photos of 30 in street because of his speed. I can never abandon the Fuji because that would mean leaving this fabulous goal that gave me and is giving me fantastic fotografie.rnAGGIORNN: I used the 35mm 1.4 during a concert of an Italian artist known. I was 15 meters away, taking with ISO 3200, f2.8, shutter 1800, came out of the masterpieces despite many crop. Straconsigliato!

fujifilm_18-55oisFujifilm XF 18-55 f/2.8-4R LM OIS

Pros: Construction, quality, clarity, price, aperture, AF.

Cons: Nobody

Opinion: Do not be fooled by the fact that the matching kit ML some of Fujifilm. The 18-55mm is not a plasticotto similar to those that sell other brands blasonati.rnL'obiettivo may be, indeed, it is similar to the Nikon 17-55mm 2.8 with many other benefits. The building is fabulous and you can tell as soon as we are working. The ferrules are very fluid and it is a pleasure to use. The quality is amazing; shooting very often to 18mm and in post production I do a lot of crop stratospheric sharper results. At the same focal length, I also tried the fixed 18mm f2 but not with the same results in sharpness and noise. In fact, the 18-55 has optimum efficiency even with high iso and crop PP. The price is excellent although I took it as a kit with the (mistaken) idea of ??selling it immediately to get fixed. Finally, after few tests, I realized I had to stay with me, accompanied by various fixed. Also the opening of the diaphragm is good considering that it is a zoom. silent AF difference of many fixed. I use it especially in my long journeys accompanied by the legendary 35 f1.4 (see my review). Highly recommended also used (about 320 euro). Cons: only a little weight.

fujifilm_18mmFujifilm XF 18mm f/2 R

Pros: Small, bright, excellent file quality and nice lens hood.

Cons: The hood cap.

Opinion: I love the bright fixed and after taking the fantastic 35mm 1.4, I needed something more wide. So after many reviews read, I decided to take the small 18mm f/2. The quality is really good, therefore, do not get too many negative thoughts as a result of the lamentated quality of the product file species at the edges. I do a lot of street and this lens is ideal for my kind of photo. I was in Amsterdam for 3 days with my XE2s and the only 18mm. I didn't need anything else. I brought with me as well the 35mm 1.4 (fabulous) but in the end remained in the backpack because of the photos I made. of negative I only found the hood cap, otherwise it's a good lens for the street. Obvious that there are other fixed lenses (23mm 1.4 or 16mm 1.4) but I want to travel light and in good company... otherwise I stayed at the old SLR with the 40 kg of equipment to take with a donkey. Therefore, I recommend the 18mm for the street. Try it before you judge.

zenit_50_f2Zenit Helios 44-2 58mm f/2.0

Pros: Amazing Bokeh, paltry price, weight, construction.

Cons: Defects? Are we joking?

Opinion: Purchased on Juza for only 20 EUR, Helios 44-2 produces images of superlative, modern outperforming targets over 1000 euro.rnAdattato on my Fujifilm XE2s, this fabulous lens MADE IN USSR, is giving me the fabulous outdoor portraits. The focus is what you can easily find on the net, a blurred fairytale. What struck me is also building: iron and glass, stop. I recommend it to everybody.

fujifilm_x_e2sFujifilm X-E2S

Pros: File quality, lightweight, easy to use, black and white.

Cons: A little bit of the battery

Opinion: I have been photographing for over 20 years and with this mirroless Fuji I have abandoned the reflex world. I have been for decades, a "nikonist-employee" and I have purchased many SLRs all these years (D60, D90, D7100). I needed to take off the enormous weight of the equipment that affected all my travels. So, one fine day, I took a leap into the dark in the Fujifilm world. I was literally shocked by a whole new and innovative world. My alternative was between the X-t1 and the X-E2s, but the choice fell on the latter as I wanted to discover this new world with minimal weight effort and, a little, even cheap. The X-E2s has the same sensor as the X-t1 but is not tropicalized and does not have an orientable screen. Apart from that, the machine is really light and churns out photographs with incredible definition. I have compared some works to 4000 isos, and I can assure you that the X-E2s files are SUPERIORI to those of the machines I mentioned. I squeezed the car with really hard tests and it didn't disappoint at all. The electronic viewfinder is gorgeous and well-defined. For now I have tried my new ML "only" with the 18-55mm which is a great lens unlike the plastics of other well-known brands. I preferred to buy it with the silver edge, which gives me a sense of vintage, as well as the noise of the shot. Great. I repeat, I come from the reflex world of Nikon, and I can assure you that the X-e2s is a Mirrorless Lady. I recommend it with my eyes closed. I do not know why strange (marketing fault??) but I believe that the e2s is the most underrated ML of Fuji house, in fact, I do not feel the need to move to other recent ML. Now even my simple outings with friends turn into pleasures and not torture for the weight of the equipment! Too bad we didn't discover the Fujifilm world first! Better late than never! Great!! "Update 2017" I took the 35 1.4 plus 18 (selling 18/55). I have finally created my very light and satisfying photo kit. I don't need anything else :) 2020 Update after 4 years and many trips, I confirm the enormous potential of xe2s with my 18th and 35th optical fleets. Obviously, the photo market has changed with more megapixels, stabilization, double slots, 4K video.... but all these novelties I'm not interested in. Prices of the new ML (apsc) have reached absurd levels Up to 2000 euros and then to be sold below 1000 only after a few years. I stay with the xe2s as long as it holds up and, in any case, I will not spend in the future more than 800 euros for a body that has been released for a few years.

nikon_d7100Nikon D7100

Pros: All

Cons: Nobody

Opinion: I state to have used the Nikon D90 for 6 years, after which he started giving me little problems with the specchio.rnHo decided to stay in with a new Nikon reflex.rnL'alternativa was between the D7100 and the new D7200. After a long search as to the differences between the two cameras, I noticed that the new D7200 offered a couple of features that I never used. Therefore, I threw myself on the most proven D7100 spending 350 euro less than the D7200.rnRisultato? The D7100 is a fabulous reflex superior to my old D90. I was surprised by the huge opportunity to photograph with few, if any light, raising the very ISO.rnFantastica focus, fast and precise with his 51 points easy to use. To touch you notice the robustness and build quality. Photography 24mpx, with a eccesionale quality and the ability to "croopare" (crop) the picture without losing quality. Greatly enjoyed double housing for 2 card. Battery long life. Delighted why my breakthrough.

samyang_85Samyang 85mm f/1.4 Aspherical IF

Pros: Construction, f / 1.4 crisp, economical

Cons: MF Manual (but perhaps, is not a defect)

Opinion: I took this Samyang 85mm f / 1.4 with chips for my Nikon D90, in order to control the exposure directly from the viewfinder of the SLR moving the dell'otturattore commands and diaframma.rnL'unico "defect" is the focus manual as the lens has no autofocus.rnHo read many forums regarding the difficulty of focusing. I tell you mine: obviously put in af / 1.4 fire is a little difficult, but with a little practice you can do it with the help of the green ball that lights up in the viewfinder as soon as the image is in fuoco.rnAll ' beginning I did the portraits from f / 2.8 (beautiful), then I went down to f / 1.8 (excellent) .rnLo still-life I create it quietly af / 1.4.rnL'obiettivo is well made, no plastic weighs sull'attacco.rnNon a lot and it is a pleasure to focus manually. It makes you rediscover the taste of the REAL Photography! RnConsigliatissimo for quality and prezzo.rnPS: before you buy it, youboard to verify whether the objective has the red line (the new model).
