Sono nato a Torino alcune decine di anni fa; ho iniziato ad apprezzare le lingue straniere studiando a un liceo linguistico, poi mi sono laureato in lettere antiche (triennale) e storia (magistrale). Oggi vivo in Germania e faccio il programmatore.

La fotografia era un passatempo già per mio papà di cui conserviamo ancora l'attrezzatura. Io ho iniziato a prestare attenzione ai miei scatti verso la fine delle superiori cercando di capire come bilanciare ISO, tempi e diaframma al meglio. Non ho mai fatto corsi veri e proprî, ma ho frequentato per alcuni anni il fotoclub LaGru (Grugliasco - TO), dove ho incontrato persone appassionate e competenti con cui valutare le foto mie e altrui e accrescere il senso critico. Ho comprato la mia prima reflex (Nikon D800) nel 2014, per poi affiancarla a una DF e infine sostituirla con la D500 nel 2017.
