![]() | Sony RX100 III Pros: Size and weight, good image quality for a compact, fun to use. Cons: Delicate, not really cheap. Opinion: Tried for reasons of clutter/portability and I must say that you are comfortable, it seems to use a miniature reflex. It has it all: retractable electronic sight, flash, tilting monitor, raw snaps and has the ability to customize some buttons. Few problems with the Sony menu, it stores quite quickly and anyway you have the Fn button (quick menu) that brings back to the main functions of shooting, af, iso, type exposure, filter nd etc... . Very nice Scene Mode (if you don't feel like shooting in A, S or M) and in general the colors are not bad. It is a compact, not aps-c or FF, useless image quality comparisons. The body looks sturdy but the attached accessories not much: monitors, sights and flashes when extracted if they take shots are at risk of breaking, useful at least rigid case and screen protection film. Among all the versions, better in my opinion choose the iii for the brightest lens and value for "good" price (400 and broken euros are not few but can go, more than 1000 euros for the mark vii is impossible!). Just for the price Sony could include in the package some extra that would be comfortable (example the grip). sent on October 10, 2019 |
![]() | Nikon AF-S 50mm f/1.8 G Pros: Light, cheap, great yield. Cons: For me, no one. Opinion: I use almost elusively targets with 50mm focus on Full Frame: I have to say that for what you pay again, it turns out to be a great deal! It is light, the autofocus is fast even in low light conditions, the blur is pleasant, beautiful colors. I don't see any flaws, very high value for money in this regard. sent on February 15, 2014 |
![]() | Nikon D700 Pros: Robust, noise resistance to high iso, clean images, ease of file management. Cons: Sight coverage not 100%. Opinion: The files are great and manageable, the sensor has the right number of pixels: up to 1600/2000 iso, besides I did not have the opportunity to use it, the images are always precise and clean. Logical menu and easy to manage. It holds well, body sturdy and heavy machine at the right point. I appreciate the lack of video features. It's a "pure" camera. sent on February 15, 2014 |
![]() | Nikon FM2 Pros: "Right" dimensions, construction materials Cons: Maybe the only drawback, the shutter noise. Opinion: To start with the film, but also to continue, is perfect. Almost completely mechanical, the only electronic part in the machine body is the one that manages the light meter, powered by the battery that if exhausted does not preclude the possibility of shooting anyway. Good ergonomics with AIS or D lenses mounted, not by ingombrio or boredom in transport. It's very robust. Recommended. sent on February 15, 2014 |
