![]() | Nikon AF-S 24-70mm f/2.8 G ED Pros: Zoom all do. Excellent qualities. Cons: Nothing only the hood cumbersome. Opinion: Personally I consider it a great lens and professional. I use it along with the 14-24 and the 24-70 f2.8 f2.8 bright. making quick, precise focusing. At first I was tempted to switch to the new VR version but have been discouraged. The only problem that gives me is a central area of ??the circular frame overexposed with shooting with IR72 infrared filter. I was told that the phenomenon is called hot spot but not all specimens do. In fact I'd like to know if someone happened the same thing. sent on February 01, 2016 |
![]() | Nikon AF-S 14-24mm f/2.8 G ED Pros: Color rendering and sharpness. Cons: Weight, short focal length. Opinion: Great and fabulous wide. A little off balance the weight forward of the camera. I use it with the D700 with the 24-70 f2.8 at 70-200 f2.8 VR II and the 105 f 2.8 micro. Great park objectives but pesoooo! The landscape photos taken with this "fireball" have something more and could not be otherwise. Unfortunately costs a lot. sent on December 24, 2015 |
![]() | Nikon AF-S 70-200mm f/2.8 G ED VR II Pros: Exceptional quality and color rendering. Great for portrait and sports photos. Cons: Heavy and cumbersome. Opinion: If it were not for the weight and size I will not ever would remove from the D700. Personally I joined the 14 -24 G ED; 24 -70 G ED and 105 micro all f2.8 for a park optical fabulous but heavy backpack. With the TC-20E III get good results although really difficult to handle. Comfortable the tripod mount. Good yield even wide open. VR very effective. It conveys a sense of strength and professionalism. sent on April 29, 2015 |
