canon_5d3 Canon 5D Mark III

Pros: It fits on the hands like few others, Double Slot, Excellent files of the right weight both raw and jpg, good Af, High Iso quite exploitable, tropicalized, robust, a tank say many, and it is true, good second-hand price.

Cons: For the age it has I would say almost none, heavy compared to the latest Canon R, it has no articulated screen, but I'll stop here.

Opinion: Bought a few years ago by an amateur who kept it maniacally and used it very little, to combine it with another Eos body in the professional field. With the lenses of the L series it produces excellent files that have nothing to envy compared to those produced by the latest mirrorless. It is not afraid of bad weather during any event, wedding, reportage. The menu is easy and intuitive, customizable not only for those who have always used Canon, but also for users of other brands. From the excellent sensor come out files with the typical Canon colors, which I consider among the best for the colors of the complexion. The resolution is good for almost all genres of photography. I have enlarged prints up to A1 and even beyond on different materials and I consider them excellent, and the 22MP on FF are enough and advance. The viewfinder is bright and wide, even for those who use glasses like me. I rarely shoot using the rear screen, but it has modern and very useful features like many recent cameras. The battery lasts a long time. At the end of the day its weight is felt, you have to get used to it, but, thanks to the excellent ergonomics, it really gives a feeling of solidity that pleases. It is not a camera with which to shoot bursts endlessly, but (it will also be my way of photographing) it leads you to reason and shoot the right without making you miss the decisive moment. In some shots from particular positions the articulated screen is missing a bit which I find useful with other bodies. For the rest I think I will continue to use it again with great satisfaction!

fujifilm_x-e3 Fujifilm X-E3

Pros: Dimensions, Weight of the camera body and F2 lenses, Handling, customisable "Recipes"

Cons: Almost nothing for his category. The battery life, but the game/strength being small.

Opinion: I state that it is necessary to leave your own opinion for the "colleagues" of Juza, since it is a portal that helps us photographers a lot both technically and creatively. The X-E3 that I bought used, is a little gem that makes you want to photograph using your head... As other users have written, the excellent combination with the XF F2 R WR series lenses, well built and with a good quality/price ratio, make it a small discreet and portable kit everywhere. It goes well with the so-called street photography, with reportage, portraiture, and even landscapes where you have to trek lightly. It has a great resolution for most printing needs, even on A2 and more it holds up well. It performs very well at high ISO. If you get the hang of it, it's a very fast camera, but one that makes you think before every shot. For work I use Canon FF with bright zoom lenses: they are at least 1.5 Kg/2 Kg on the arms even all day + backpack etc. With the XE3 and a fixed F2 such as the 35 or 16 F2.8, etc. less than 500 gr!, in the 2 Kg you can carry all the kit with you. It is also aesthetically beautiful and has a good feeling of solidity to the touch. A few spare batteries are obligatory. They did well to remove the built-in flash compared to the XE2, you don't feel the need. Some friends tell me that compared to the later XE4 it has better grip, in fact Fuji has "shaped" the grip again with the XE5. Highly recommended car!
