![]() | Nikon Z 35mm f/1.2 S Pros: All Cons: The weight, the price and that, probably, it is not handmade... plus it makes you want to try the 58 as well. Opinion: A stratospheric lens... the best Nikon has done, I didn't imagine a 35mm like this... it's perfect (even the lens hood) a wonderful color rendering, an incredible distortion correction, the shots seem those of a much greater focal length ... the soft and progressive booken, a three-dimensionality never seen before... in short, everything. Worthy brother of the 50 and 85 with the addition of the angular opening of a 35. Congratulations to the designers, they have made a masterpiece. sent on March 08, 2025 |
![]() | Canon RF 28mm f/2.8 STM Pros: Small, well built, sharp, great colors, very little flare. Cons: nobody Opinion: Tried in various situations by now, we must commend Canon for the realization of this small lens. Also tested with the R5 it solves it very well. For street photography, combined with auto AF with subject recognition, it's perfect (with the R8 it also fits in a pocket). You can also easily take selfies since it is so small. I also took away the satisfaction of trying it alongside other much more famous and expensive 28mm and I must say that the result really surprised me in a positive way. The colors are excellent even against the light. The three-dimensionality of the image returned is good. Also interesting is the AF-MF-CONTROL lever that allows you to keep all the functions of the ring in a very small space. So for me, considering everything, since I could never have expected more, I rate 10. sent on June 06, 2024 |
![]() | Hasselblad XCD 28mm f/4 P Pros: Small, light, sharp, beautiful colors. Cons: The focus ring is a bit small and very close to the camera. Opinion: Approx. 22mm in ff equivalent format... A perspective that gives great satisfaction... I use it with the xcd 50c ll. It's a perfect match to go around the landscape. Honestly, I had never had the same satisfaction with other optics. This little one is a marvel. The build quality is impressive. I know it sounds stupid, but it's the first really clever cork I try. The optical quality is very good and the colors are beautiful, especially the greens of the trees very natural. The only 'flaw' so to speak is the size of the manual focus ring which is a bit small. So, when all is said and done, for me I rate 9. sent on May 16, 2024 |
![]() | Canon RF 16mm f/2.8 STM Pros: Compact and lightweight, quite sharp, price. Cons: Exaggerated distortion, in some circumstances raw unusable. Opinion: Probably it could not have been done better given the size, but a lens of this kind can only be used in the open countryside. As soon as you try to shoot between the houses or near a light pole the raw becomes unusable. Vertical lines turn into arches. I had not happened something so obvious even with the worst of zooms. This unfortunately obscures the positive aspects of this lens. So ok until you are satisfied with the jpegs baked by the camera but you do not have to expect anything else. sent on February 21, 2022 |
![]() | Nikon Z DX 18-140mm f/3.5-6.3 VR Pros: Lightness, compactness, focal range, flare resistance. Cons: Brightness, but you can't have it all. Opinion: I have had this perspective for a few days and I have had the opportunity to try it a little in all circumstances. It's the death of the Z50. The perfect match for a walk. The lens is light but well built, the resistance that the zoom ring offers is optimal without the need for the aperture shot of the 16-50 and 50-250. Sharpness is good for the price range. The colors more than dignified and, magic, while shooting against the light from any angle and focal length I have never had any reflection. The stabilizer works very well. Finding a fault is really hard... maybe it loses a bit of sharpness at longer focal lengths but it's there. I am fully satisfied with the results it offers, I think I made a great purchase. sent on December 07, 2021 |
![]() | Fujifilm GFX 50S Pros: Ergonomics... twisted viewfinder... Screen... Color balance... iso estate... Fuji... Cons: Compensation button too small Opinion: It's a fuji with 50 mega pixels without the idea of too much detail... With the pro3 the pixels stand out too ... this has twice the detail but the transition from one pixel to another is different... more natural... the iso seal is very good and up to 6400 never disturbs... besides sincerely I don't happen to have to go... the unfolded viewfinder is a joy and always fits comfortable... The perfect colors... the screen is very good even in the sun... Amazing... only neo the button for compensation so small... I forgot: the mecchanism with which the shoulder strap is laced really very functional. A machine designed... from a to z. Brava Fuji sent on August 19, 2020 |
![]() | Panasonic GH5 S Pros: Ergonomics, dynamic range, iso seal, perfect size, weight Cons: Definitely the price Opinion: To use is really a pleasure... perfect to hold in your hand and above all all all the commands that are immediately available. The high-quality viewfinder... The use with different optics but "his death" is the pairing with 35-100 f2.8. As far as I like it, it's perfect like that. I don't use it to make videos... so I don't make judgments about his skills in that regard. No lack of stabilization on the sensor... Often I find it more useful to be able to raise the iso and use a faster time rather than having the sensor stabilized; after all, it's the subject and not the photographer who moves normally. The result of the shots great in all situations. For these reasons, I vote 10 for me. sent on August 12, 2019 |
