![]() | Sony FE 24-105mm f/4 G OSS Pros: Color Resolution, fast and reliable AF, flare management, proper price. Cons: Weight Opinion: I have been using it for several months and it has never disappointed me. I use it at 50% of the focal ranges I stretch; The other is the 70-200 F/4 which did not disappoint me, indeed. As color resolution and restitution, I think is excellent, an AF that does not disappoint to 90% using it on A7 III. The weight An excessive attempt to be an F/4, but as length is well balanced on the A7, maybe with the grip or BG. Before the purchase I had compared with the 24-70 F/4 the various reviews and opinions that advised this model and although more expensive I have not regretted it at all sent on April 10, 2019 |
![]() | Nikon AF-S 300mm f/4 E PF ED VR Pros: Weight, super crisp, excellent color rendering Cons: AF sometimes slow in low light conditions Opinion: For those who have put "collar shortage" for such a small and light optic, I have to say that it does NOT ... it's like putting it at the Nikon 24-70 f / 2.8, or never !! rnIn low light conditions, the AF sticks a bit, but it returns a sharpness (bhé is a fixed!), in my opinion, better than the Nikon afs 70-200 VR II (which I had). Having a 300mm f / 4 so light is not new and with superb quality. I do not feel the utmost for those who make fauna-sport, so comparison with the f / 2.8 model that weighs 4 times and costs twice does not hold. sent on September 11, 2017 |
![]() | Tamron 15-30mm f/2.8 VC USD Pros: Sharpness, fast AF, construction and sturdiness of the materials used. Cons: If the weight seems excessive, then try (if you find them!) Other optics f / 2.8 weighing less !! Opinion: I was unsure whether to take my first Tamron, but reading here and there, I changed my mind at least on this model. A tank of solidity and costtuzione, but to have a 15-30 f / 2.8 so it could not be less. AF good in low light conditions (I Live Music) and I do not regret the Nikon 14-24 is a great lens. The weight is in conformity to the size and opening, it could do no better ... for now. Excellent quality / price ratio considering that on that range of focal f / 2.8 there are a few models and well above 1000 €. sent on July 30, 2016 |
![]() | Sigma 35mm f/1.4 DG HSM Art Pros: Fast AF, sharpness, smaller burden for an f / 1.4, excellent price / quality Cons: At the moment no Opinion: For Live concerts I ventured a hard, accustomed to zoom. The sharpness is excellent, even with the appropriate "crop" framing. Online weight and well balanced with a D750 and D4. Have an f / 1.4 in my optical park solves several problems related to Live. The construction is solid and with standard material higher than "normal" Sigma, I have never in my favorite park optics, this deserves! I just took the ART 20mm f / 1.4 and if it goes well like this the only zoom that will bring the irreplaceable Nikon 70-200 VRII. Than "tropical conditions" of little concern to me, often at concerts and if it rains it rains, the plastic protection! ;) sent on July 30, 2016 |
