Stefano Melzani nasce a Brescia nel settembre del 1975. Cresce tra la Valtrompia e la Valle Sabbia. Lavora come impiegato per una storica azienda bresciana. Grande appassionato di Mountain bike e di escursioni in montagna, predilige scattare ritratti e andare alla ricerca di scorci e panorami suggestivi immersi nella natura. La sua passione per la bicicletta lo porta spesso a partecipare come fotografo amatoriale a manifestazioni sportive in cui ama ritrarre gli atleti nel momento dell'impegno agonistico.
