Nikon AF-S 200mm f/2 G ED VR II Pros: Superb quality since f.2 Cons: none (indicating weight and price with these features does not make sense)! Opinion: Fantastic! This optic is a knife! Extreme sharpness and bold colors. Cut to the plans' equity. I used this light on D3s and D4 with the utmost satisfaction. In indoor sports is unrivaled being optimized to work f 2.0. Now I'm testing with the D800E which should enhance even more performance but I have not had time to do it carefully. Very different from the Canon 200 1.8 L which is a more magical bokeh is like that color, but softer. What else to add ... as optics is absolute perfection and the best that engineering is able to achieve. sent on June 07, 2014 |
Tamron SP 70-300mm f/4-5.6 Di VC USD Pros: price, sharpness and stabilization Cons: weight and quality vary from specimen to specimen Opinion: Aquistai this perspective, at the insistence of a dear friend. The warnings from the very beginning was that I had to find a copy successful, because in his opinion and other persons to whom he had to buy the same vein, the sharpness and the yield of pure whites depended a lot to copy to copy. So I tried a shopkeeper who had provided at least a dozen with the availability to select a perfect specimen that reflects my expectations. I was looking for nikon mount but the specimens tested showed all the white hot kneaded and photos, with little impression of sharpness. After several tests and a pain in the ass to not be able to describe (for the retailer), I found a connection with 70-300 canon that even today I kept instead of the fantastic 70-200 4 for a greater focal length range and a better stabilization by at least 4/5 stop. What can I say, it's my travel optics, economic and handyman! Up to 200 is fine, 300 is very good. I can not speak well. Obviously, if I want to compare the 5DIII and 70-300 with the D800E and 70-200 vr f.4, I appena purchased, there is no story, but the 70-300 is always a great optic for the quality / price ratio. sent on June 07, 2014 |
