![]() | Canon EF 70-200mm f/2.8 L IS II USM Pros: Optics exceptional in every respect Cons: weight and size limit a bit the use and portability Opinion: It 's already been said pretty much everything, I would add just one comment to amateur. For those who only snapshots passion for the price might seem prohibitive, but the feeling that comes when you begin to work the file you just downloaded repays every sacrifice made to "conquer" such a gem. Attached to 6D, detail, contrast, color (already in raw) go beyond your wildest imagination! rn sent on June 24, 2013 |
![]() | Canon 6D Pros: Compact and robust. Workability file. Overall image quality Cons: Focus on the points side still not at the top. Opinion: It 's already been said and add a little altro.Provengo 5d old, and what I write can possibly serve those who want to do as I do the upgrade. Who would expect increases stellar image quality will be disappointed, the files of the old 5d exposed well and L series lenses have a little less in terms of sharpness and detail. What I was greatly surprised, however, is the ability to recover in PP. I run a series of shots with flash overexposed and evidently the recovery of raw files with lightroom was impressive. Working on "exposure" and "lights" I reported shooting at the correct exposure with almost no loss of detail, what is not feasible with the 5D. For the rest I found greatly improved the management of high ISO and focus, even if the end points still are not perfect. In low-light I had to help with the focus instead is very efficient. The commands me aback a bit, used with those of the 5d I often confusing especially for review delgthem shots. sent on February 25, 2013 |
![]() | Canon EF 100mm f/2.0 USM Pros: Sharpness and overall optical quality. Perfect combination with FF. Excellent value for money. Light and handy for everyday use. Cons: So far no Opinion: I got it used at a great price. I think it is the right lens for portraits on FF, that does not make me regret neither the 135 nor the f2 8 .5 mm f1.8 that I have had for a while. More Habitable the first, in terms of cost, manageability and generally not for photos in the studio, more interesting than the second angle of the same everything else. Remarkably clear (I do not see significant differences with the 70-200 f4 IS), blurred very pleasant, MF Fast and accurate, compact dimensions and low weight. A beautiful lens that I recommend to all owners of FF with a limited budget and want Traveling light. sent on April 11, 2012 |
![]() | Sigma 12-24mm f/4.5-5.6 II DG HSM Pros: Angle of awesome on FF, Strength Building, Distortion, Optical performance overall, Vignette reduced Cons: Not excellent sharpness in the corners. Opinion: I just arrived, so I got to test it in a very limited way. I wanted to give my impression, however, I have not found much in the forums before buying. What impresses from the first moment you look through the viewfinder is the camera angle that is incredible. This can create some problems of exposure with light side, since there is an inevitable inhomogeneities from side to side of the frame. I was favorably impressed by the sharpness of FF, I was expecting something less sincerely, perhaps because I was not very satisfied by a Sigma 10-20 that I had on the 350d and gave decent results only from f9 onwards. I do not know if I am holding a copy lucky, but I noticed a good sharpness already at room temperature. Closing the diaphragm improve especially the corners, in the middle, I repeat, is crisp and clear f5. I did a comparison test with my Canon 24-105 at 24 mm and the result is comparable to a large part of the frame. The corners of the Canon is slightly sharper, but lost heavily in terms of distortion, where the Sigma is much higher. For the distortion to 12 mm have no terms of comparison, given the focus so far, but the results seem to eye more than satisfactory. Also for the vignetting I found good results, better than the Canon 24 mm, for both intensity and gradualità.Ho tried some shots against the Flare and also seems decently under control. For now I am more than satisfied I hope to soon post some shots as examples. sent on January 23, 2012 |
