![]() | Sony RX1R Pros: Professional Ff camera of compact size, impeccable construction, fixed but superlative optics with precise autofocus even if a little slow. Indisputable photographic quality. Beautiful photos . Simply amazing . Cons: The viewfinder is missing. The screen is sufficient but it is not adjustable. We need more batteries because they do not last long. If you plan to make videos of us, forget it. Impeccably built controls but not very intuitive. A bit slow in starting and also in focusing. Price from new . Opinion: A real, pocket-sized camera. The fixed lens 35 mm f2 Zeiss is amazing there is little to say, the specially designed combination produces photos of surprising quality, sharp, bright, contrasted, bokeh and beautiful colors . A gem. With some defects that goes into the background, immediately after opening the files on the pc .... simply gorgeous ! and easily retouchable, three-dimensional, raw with unexpected shadow recoveries. I shot in manual with automatic iso limited to 1600 and the files are noise free. I was hesitant for the irreplaceable fixed focal length, I must admit that instead photographing with this camera is a pleasant return to the past that leads to the search for composition and the beauty of Photography. The front focus adjustment ring from 20 to 30 cm for macro and from 30 cm to infinity is very useful and precise as are all the rings and keys of this metal device made well and pleasant to the touch. Too bad for the absence of the viewfinder, in full light would serve and the optional costs too much, but the camera hardly misses the photos, you can trust. Too bad also that the videos are not up to par, I don't care, the rx1r is made to photograph and it does so without fear of disfiguring with any other camera, difficult to find better. They gave me a used one for sale on trial and I never returned it, I think it will stay in my bag for a long time . If you find one under a thousand Euros do not let it escape. sent on August 14, 2021 |
![]() | Nikon 20-35mm f/2.8 D IF Pros: Old-fashioned construction, minimal distortion, bright, excellent focal excursion Cons: Full-open sharpness on digital Opinion: Great wide-angle, compact, done properly, not very sharp with full-open digital bodies but quite correctable in post, perfect focal excursion with minimal distortion and very little vignette (on D3s) speed in af enough for the type of optics mounted on pro body, bright, makes shots with unsaturated colors, if you find one bought, I always keep it in the bag, it is compact and robust, I use it mainly to photograph podiums, but also for panoramic or street is a great lens ... sent on October 29, 2018 |
![]() | Nikon AF 180mm f/2.8 D ED IF Pros: Compact crisp bright light and well done Cons: Not having it Opinion: Gorgeous optics, my first serious lens, fantastic for portraits, good even for sports photos, matched with powerful motorized bodies (D3-D3S) is fast enough in AFS. Uprooso Bokeh. It is located on the market at derisory prices for the overall quality and materials with which this beautiful optics has been built, buy it if you happen to find one in good condition, you will not regret sent on October 29, 2018 |
![]() | Nikon AF-S 300mm f/2.8 G ED VR Pros: Bright crisp and rendered colors typical of the historic Nikkor optics, well-built, rugged, beautiful bokeh! !. Cons: It is heavy, even if you are aware given the professional carat of the optics. Opinion: Purchased a gorgeous used to make indoor sports photos, perfect focal length for my needs, does not disappoint expectations, well balanced on D3s is superb, sufficiently sharp even at full aperture, AF fast and accurate, as far as The stabilization of the images, shooting with times of 1/320 or less light permitting, with sturdy and duty lacquered the VR remains always off. Also the same stabilizer limits in the burst. Freehand instead I made shots posed with the VR, succeeding to have surprisingly long times without problems, even 1/50.... sent on October 29, 2018 |
![]() | Nikon D3s Pros: Perfect still in 2018 for indoor, robust and reliable sports photos, ergonomic and intuitive buttons and nuts, dual CF card Cons: Weight, live view not up to par, video at 24 fps (although I consider unnecessary video function in such specific devices) Opinion: Great work apparatus, rendering of fearfully real images, relatively light nef files well machinable, injectable requirement for resuming indoor tournaments with hundreds of participants, really good up to 3200 iso, still good at 4000, beyond Need to go up, in practice makes files clean, with a grain so fine that it seems to have more than 12 megapixels declared... in practice work with twice the ISO that I could push with my previous already excellent D3, with all the benefits that result in terms of RE Shooting time, possibility of more closed diaphragms with relative increase in depth of field and sharpness, has a fast and customizable autofocus that pairs very well with my series D optics, burst and excellent buffers, very viewfinder Bright, who I question if I think the D3s still valid in 2018 I answer yes! sent on October 05, 2017 |
