![]() | Canon EF 24-70mm f/2.8 L USM II Pros: Sharpness, autofocus, color rendering, construction Cons: A bit expensive Opinion: After a period of dissatisfaction with the Tamron (24-70 2.8), in the end I got there! The Tamron has stabilized but now with the canon I do not feel the need to own. On 5DMARKIII is phenomenal. Autofocus quickly and accurately (it was not that the Tamron), color rendering, exceptional clarity, construction. Costs much more but it's worth it. Highly recommended sent on February 18, 2015 |
![]() | Tamron 28-300mm f/3.5-6.3 Di VC PZD Pros: Focal lengths, weather sealing, stabilization, focus, portability Cons: Less than I expected for a zoom so driven. Opinion: Perfect for reading outputs, is much sharper than I expected. Good focus and stabilization. My copy does not suffer any of the front it back focus. I think the focus 300 is not effective, but a little lower. For people like me who takes photos for fun and not a fanatic for perfection is fine. Highly recommended sent on February 13, 2015 |
![]() | Tamron 24-70mm f/2.8 Di VC USD Pros: Sharpness, aperture, weather sealing, stabilization Cons: Autofocus. I can not make the adjustment with 5dlll. Opinion: Maybe I was unlucky ... but with autofocus we did not own; you can not make the fine adjustment of the room, so I have to manually correct (and often is a problem ...). If he had not I would be happy with this problem, although I must say that after trying the canon, the Tamron is far behind for sharpness (and autofocus). I think I will make an effort and I will change it to the canon. sent on February 12, 2015 |
