![]() | Canon 6D Mark II Pros: Great videos, great photos, light and versatile. Cons: 4k deficiency, joystick missing, dual SD slot missing Opinion: I purchased the 6d Mark II after seeing and reading some reviews, actually Sony is doing a great job and its SLRs are better. I state that I am not a professional photographer but I know some and many use the 6d also to work so I said, why the 6d Mark II should not be enough for an amateur? The problem of buying a Reflex is not only the camera body but also the choice, the quality and the price of the lenses, currently on Nikon and Canon there are problems but for Sony is still soon and in my opinion the excellent camera bodies do not have lenses with a good ratio Quality/price and the choice may not be enough. The 6d Mark II paired with high-level optics astounded me, already from the very first photos gave me satisfaction and I noticed a titanic difference with the 7d (which already of its is a great reflex), the video department is valid and even if until now I was not fond of me He's going to want to go into the subject. As I said I'm not a professional but when you get to have a reflex of the caliber of the 6d Mark II There are no excuses the problem is definitely not the camera body if you do not come out nice photos, or the lenses are really poor or we are wrong we , can potentially make photos that can be posted on National Geographic. There is no type of photo that can not be done without having excelled results, the weak point could be the gust of 6.5 f/s but still it is more than dignified and allows you to make even sports photos with excellent results. The 45 focus points are more than adequate also because I personally in 80% of cases use 1. The only questionable choices are the absence of the joystick, the videos not in 4k and the lack of the double slot for memory card, these 3 points do not penalize at all the final result of the photos but penalize the speed in the menu the security of not losing the shots and in A bit of time the video department could be insufficient due to the ever-increasing advent of 4k. All these "flaws" could in some cases affect a professional but if I use 10 seconds more to set the reflex because of the absence of the JOYSTCK sincerely do not change my life, the important thing is that if I want to make a good picture I have the chance. I recommend the 6d Mark II to all those who have lenses for Canon and to all those who want to switch from reduced format to full frame, unfortunately I could not tell you if it is worth moving from 6d to 6d Mark II as my step was from the 7d to the 6d Mark II and I feel very satisfied. To all those who have doubts about the purchase I say that everyone evaluates according to their needs and ideas but I assure you that if buy this reflex will not regret and give you good satisfaction. sent on June 17, 2018 |
![]() | Tamron 28-75mm F/2.8 XR Di LD Pros: Value for money, f2.8 at all focal lengths. Cons: Hood, AF is not very precise and slow in low light Opinion: This lens was my first purchase a few months ago, I reviewed this now because later I bought another lens, and this helped me to understand the flaws and merits of this 28-75.rnHo took this lens to start learning and to have the opportunity to take some photos in every situation, I was fine with the focal length from 75mm to 50 compared to 17 gave me the advantage of being able to zoom in more and was very comfortable in many situations, as opposed to the focal 28mm is not as many opportunities for landscape photos and group shots in fact my second lens was necessarily a wide angle. The AF is not bad after all with good light even if inaccurate, the problems increase with poor light, but all things considered usable. It also has vignetting of which you'll find even if you are a beginner and you will begin to notice only later, however, nothing to worry about, in fact, the photos are more than acceptable even without post-production. A f2.8 is sicuramenyou a little soft, to the best of around 5.6 where f pictures for "landscape" can be compared to professional lenses. The situation is different if you have to do close-ups, in this case the fact that it is not a professional lens is more noticeable because the precise autofocus will not allow you to focus your eyes perfectly and then you'll have a hard excellent sharpness on the especially at f 2.8. The blur is nice and it is a great lens to be able to do the first experiments. The worst thing about this lens is the lens hood really embarrassing that I would call "plasticaccia creaking", it is also not easy to put on the lens and that each time you will lose a bit of time, once mounted his duty when he plays (so sti c i ...). Holding it in your hand feels that the building is far from excellent and also the quality of the plastic is not the best. The colors are not very saturated, all the better if you close 1-2 stop, however, qT his can improve it in post production. This Tamron has the great advantage of being lightweight and can be used on all occasions even though he did not excel in anything, give you the ability to always (or almost) good photos without a lot of weight and size. I conclude by saying that I recommend this lens to anyone who wants to learn and experience because of the interesting opportunity, in my opinion it does not compare to professional lens but still a good goal. Today I feel the need for something a little better even if they are convinced that they are still squeezed this lens, the step forward is really expensive to have the improvements that probably are not worth the price gap especially if you do not take pictures for work. Ps I use this lens on a 7D sent on April 18, 2014 |
