Come artista catturo gli eventi che mi circondano utilizzando la macchina fotografica, in tal modo sono in grado di trasmettere agli altri la visione della realtà secondo i concetti da me elaborati.
Difficilmente penso un progetto e poi scatto per realizzarlo, in genere scatto e poi costruisco il progetto intorno alle fotografie che ho ottenuto. Tutto ciò che mi circonda può essere fonte di ispirazione: se limito il mio occhio limito la mia creatività. Quando fotografo cerco di inserire una duplicità, un binomio che con i suoi estremi contrastanti equilibra la fotografia che ottengo o il progetto di cui farà parte. Spesso non è facile trovare questo binomio, per cui non mi limito ad avere una visione d'insieme, ma cerco dettagli che ad altre persone sfuggono. Dettagli che potranno poi osservare nelle mie opere.
Per questo motivo i miei progetti spaziano in molti generi fotografici: dalle fotografie macro ai panorami, da quella in studio a quella in strada. Questi ultimi due generi costituiscono il binomio di ciò che amo fotografare: da una parte lo studio fotografico con il suo set pensato e costruito, dall'altra l'imprevedibilità degli eventi che possono accadere per strada.
