![]() | Nikon AF 180mm f/2.8 D ED IF Pros: Well built Cons: Not that sharp Opinion: I bought this on two occasions and to be honest i was dissapointed both times . As the old saying goes .It's very difficult to seperate fact from foclore and when you use this lens it becomes easier to seperate .As it is one of the most dissapointing lenses ive ever used and ive had them all.The only upside is sellinf the folklore lens is so easy but selling the fact lens is a no go. sent on June 18, 2023 |
![]() | Tamron 15-30mm f/2.8 VC USD Pros: Fantastic image quality and vc I prefer it to the nikon 14-24 just seems edge sharpness wins here .Of cource price is a real winner to be cheaper and less is good but to be cheaper and kick ass is sensational... Cons: Big and heavy but on the Nikon d810 it's a soooooo fantastic. Opinion: I had the Samyang 14f2.8 umc and other wa lenses but this is just so much quality in one .But to be honest it's good to see that you dont have to spend hundreds or thousands to achieve top notch .Nikon and Canon need to pretend they are not so big and stop walking on people like they were little ants otherwise the little ants will eat at their feet and stop when there is no ass left .Really these companys are screwing people for after sale services when they start to race with each other,s products they produce crappy cameras and sensors ie d600 oily d800e off alighment sensors sb900 over heat cmon Nikon you charge enough to do a better service .Get rid of the spin doctors and hire some serious design engineers. sent on February 19, 2017 |
