Sono nato a Venezia nel gennaio '73, ben presto mi sono trasferito nella terraferma veneziana dove vivo tutt'ora. Già all'età di otto anni maneggiavo la reflex di mio padre, una vecchia Exakta Varex, ma la vera passione per la fotografia è nata attorno al 1992 quando presi una drastica decisione: vendere il motorino per acquistare la mia prima reflex. Dal 2004 sono passato al digitale e, ad oggi, utilizzo fotocamere Canon. La passione per la montagna nasce quasi contemporaneamente. Un giorno mentre fotografavo i maestosi faggi dell'antica Foresta del Cansiglio mi accorsi che lì vicino vi era una nuovo mondo da scoprire: i monti dell'Alpago, che da quel momento mi sono rimasti nel cuore. In seguito ho abbracciato la grande famiglia del Club Alpino Italiano ed ho imparato ad amare e a conoscere tutto l'ambiente montano.
