![]() | Canon 5D Mark II Pros: 21MP Full Frame camera, great detail, rich features, yummy LCD, robustness, reliability. Cons: Nobody. Opinion: Wonderful camera, my first FF, where I could recognize my 24 mm shots, as I wanted them. I switched to it after the 40D and had to change some optics, clearly. The machine is soft to the touch and extraordinarily ergonomic, the weight is not felt, also thanks to its grip, that the scale and feeds it well. Top functionality, unique robustness and total reliability make it an FF, now reachable with little. Buy it and you'll see some nice ones, pictures. sent on July 26, 2019 |
![]() | Canon 5D Mark III Pros: Generous sensor, fast AF, spectacular multifunctional LCD. Cons: Features in menus that require a discreet study of the manual, otherwise nothing to say. Opinion: Extraordinary machine, from the top definition, for landscaping and details I highly recommend it to everyone, at the time, the choice was between her and the 1DS MKIII, but, given the difference in price, I opted for her and I did not regret it, for my photos was more than good. Excellent ergonomics, excellent balance with large optics thanks to its optional grip, excellent af, selectable very conveniently on the various points. The camera has a dual switchable memory slot, convenient to split your shots. With grip and two batteries, the range is a fairytale. Solidity and robustness make it a bodysuit almost at the level of series 1, really a great machine, I absolutely recommend it to all those photographers who are looking for a full frame with a Canon sensor and who need good detail. sent on July 26, 2019 |
![]() | Canon New F-1 Pros: Uncompromising Canon flagship, great construction, robustness, accessory equipment, intuitive functionality. Cons: No one, except the price, for the time. Opinion: I found the New F1 simply fantastic, in all respects, sturdy, comfortable to hold, great viewfinder, good function scales, replicated in the frame via prisms. Automatic priority of the times thanks to the FN AE motor drive, diaphragms thanks to the FN AE Finder and manual. The lighting of the viewfinder is present, as on the F1. Extraordinary machine, with titanium shutter, electromechanical hybrid, on some times worked even without stack. 5 fps burst with Battery Magazine FN or the Hi Power Ni Cd Pack FN, which could also power the camera, via the Battery Cord C FN. Flash Automation with the CAT system, Canon Auto Tuning. Classic interchangeable sights, AE, sporty and cockpit. Simply put, total solidity and reliability for those who, with the camera, work there, a masterpiece. sent on July 23, 2019 |
![]() | Canon A-1 Pros: Excellent electronics, milestone in its field, ergonomic, fast with its motor drive, full optional. Cons: Need to know the various functions, study of the mandatory manual. Opinion: A machine that looked like a spaceship, for the time, my first reflex, my mother bought it when I was 12 years old, without a goal, for that I had to wait a month, given the finances of the house, otherwise I would have to fall back on an AE1 Program, but I did not, expected a month for the 50th 1.8. The camera was a standard reference of electronics applied to an SRL. Bright sight with led in red, automatic time priority, diaphragm, scheduled AE, manual, AE stopped down and AE flash, with CAT system, Canon Auto Tuning. The only one in the world, at the time, that could exhibit to 12800 ASA. Ergonomic and pleasant to the grip, it had the action grip, removable, equal to that of the AE1 Program, could be equipped with the ma motor drive and reach the gust of 5 fps, with battery magazine MA, with 16 stylus stacks. The competition, at the time, took out the Nikon FA and the Pentax Super A, but the A1 remained up there, a star. My first photos in Rome, in Villa Borghese, I met a couple of foreigners, he was 50 years old ca., I 12, we had around the neck the A1 both, he looked at me and said, for me it is a great car but for you, child, and raised his arms to the sky , he was right. I'm sorry to be biased, but for me, it remains the most beautiful camera in the world. sent on July 23, 2019 |
![]() | Nikon F6 Pros: Top camera, AF Multi CAM 2000, Grip with boost for motorized sequence, Color Matrix display meter, as on the F5, flash the TTL and much more, coming from an analog past of F1, New F1, F, F2SB, F3 and F5, I can only say, we are at the terminus, really a fairy tale. Cons: Absence of the interchangeable pentaprism, compatibility not with all Nikkor optics and, not total, in case you want to buy an optics, you have to leave your heart and listen to the table, however well made, present in the manual. Opinion: The F6 is an uncompromising machine, whose electronics, not intrusive, makes it a must in the analog field, unparalleled, only the shutter is a real engineering school of reference. Photographing with her is exciting, she has an ergonomics at the top, falls into her hands in a heartbeat, all the controls in the right place, you can use even with the experience, unless you want to customize it, for the custom it takes the manual, full-bodied but mandatory. The shot is sweet compared to its flagship sisters and the motor drive can also work in silent mode. The viewfinder is extraordinarily bright, with all the information possible and imaginable at your fingertips, without bothering the aim, a real pleasure to aim and shoot with her. The MB-40, the grip that accelerates it to 8 fps, for me, is oblige, offers optimal balance and replicates the commands for vertical shooting, which never hurts. You could stay hours talking about all those and other aspects of our flagship, the only advice I can give is to try it. Personally, coming from a Canon world from a lifetime, I chose L'F6 for analogue, overtaking the EOS-1 V HS and I think I made the right choice, even if this involved the purchase of a different optical park that, moreover, I enjoyed with its sisters Previous. Try it and you'll see! Paul. sent on July 21, 2019 |
