![]() | Canon EOS R Pros: Ergonomics and ease of use, size, solidity, sensor Cons: The position of the AF trigger button Opinion: I've owned it for a few years now and for the kind of photos I take (mainly landscapes) it's more than excellent and at the moment it doesn't make me feel the lack of a more up-to-date camera body. The ergonomics and ease of use are outstanding, the dimensions are adequate, and the machine conveys a nice feeling of solidity. The 30MPX sensor returns well-detailed images with pleasant colors, also allowing any crops without particular sacrifices. If I really have to find a flaw, it's the position of the AF on button on the back: invariably, as soon as I hold it, my thumb falls on it, involuntarily activating the autofocus. sent on November 21, 2023 |
![]() | Canon RF 24-105 mm f/4 L IS USM Pros: Sharpness, size, weight, autofocus and stabilization Cons: Nobody Opinion: After about a year of use, I can express a more than flattering judgment on this lens. A great 24-105 f4 that pairs perfectly with the EOS R. The excellent sharpness even at the edges and the focal excursion make it a perfect lens to take on the road as it is able to cover most of the needs (at least mine). For the others, the small and light RF 16mm is enough. Rating 10. sent on September 16, 2022 |
