![]() | Canon 5D Pros: Pixels "right" image quality, workability file, ISO 1600 all exploitable (noise almost completely absent in 4-800 and "pleasant" in 1600), center point auto-focus even in low light very good: you will be amazed by technology "so old "; purchase cost ridiculous if you think you can get the largest in the world FF Cons: Lateral points autofocus little "reliable". Do not have the LV (but I do not give a beloved club, I had not even on analog;)) rnAttenzione easy to get dirty sensor (missing the "sgrullatore" and that instead I'm disappointed because for small dirt is pretty effective - I check it on the other "old" I have the 40D) Opinion: I said in the "pro" (and yet very personal judgments arising out of use almost annual) at a cost of entry APSC (I bought in very good condition € 550 a year ago-but now you also buy a 400- 500) will "enter" the big, very very big in the world FF. Even my mistreated Canon 50 F1.4 is literally reborn now able to deliver a good "three-dimensional", the famous "three-dimensional" not to mention the equally famous "ex-dividend plans" (quiet .... no claim to mistreat the "cinquantone" eh ...) rnrnE 'a' camera '(in fact, with a capital M) well done essential but tremendously effective; a machine that is not by chance I still in the hands of several professionals (especially matrimonialisti). rnrnSe at the chance to keep them on. My advice: save the new FF and buy quality optics: the 5D will be a wonderful and long-lived "school ship". "After" will be ready (economically) to buy the Mark VII 6D and 5D markIX;))) sent on October 29, 2014 |
![]() | Canon 40D Pros: Body robust and professional optimal pixel density, very good noise management (problems to be solved for me iso 1600 with DPP), dated machine (only for parameters consumerist today) but excellent overall performance and indistinguishable in the final result (if not better) from other recent products "polycarbonate" (of course I mean the category) Cons: Lack micro (not essential but certainly useful for non-Canon lenses), some jam in the extraction of flash despite updated (at least mine, and sooner or later I'll have to send in assistance). Opinion: I bought it in November 2007 and was the camera back to SLR after the abandonment of me, at the end of the 80s of analog photography. What can I say: I love it. I have no intention of selling it and not feel the need to chase technology upgrades (from the crowded pixels) that add nothing absolutely nothing to obtaining good photographs (of course in my humble and amateur opinion). In fact, I do not use live view and the macro I also do not consider a defect the lack of a high-resolution display (do not forget that when photographed on film ...): what is more than enough to take a look balance exposure to light and all'inquadradura (the pleasure of the picture for me is above all to "make it" when shooting for this "development" only in DPP and try not "to crop") I've tried others, including the 7D and eventually came to the conclusion that the 40D has everything you need to take pictures of high quality, then obviously depends on the "photographer". sent on October 26, 2011 |
