Pros: Swirly Effect, negligible cost

Cons: Don't Play with us

Opinion: Found used by Russia for €40! I mounted it on my Sony A6000 with an M42-NEX adapter, cost €10. From the menu you have to activate the shot without lens, of course use only manual, MAF included. Its particular swirly effect and aperture open at F2 guarantee a unique blur. If you can find a particular background you create really magical effects. It Suffers in backlight but it is not necessarily a defect. You never get tired of playing it. The Focus Ring is "oily", does not flow fluidly, sometimes it can be hard. Never even the colors are trivial. There are many models at similar prices. Given the cost is worth a chance. ATTENTION, Addictive!

sony_16-50Sony E PZ 16-50mm f/3.5-5.6 OSS

Pros: 4 cm with caps, just over 100 g, economical, stabilized

Cons: Low light

Opinion: Good Companion If you want to leave the house light and unpretentious. An equivalent 24-70 that gives good memories as long as you do not circle the hair in the egg going to enlarge the detail in one of your photos. In my case, for the prints that I make that is 10x15 and 13x18 there is no imperfection. In good light, the focus always responds accurately and fairly quickly, I have rarely discarded bad shots. Unfortunately the opening range makes it difficult to use freehand in the evenings or in dimly lit environments. A small flaw more than acceptable to the nature of this lens that wants to be a pocket-sized and economical starting point for your new mirrorless.

Pros: Good brightness and image quality

Cons: Slow AF, weight

Opinion: I've been testing this lens for several months in sports photography, I'm talking about running, and today I'm ready to make a judgement. Nothing to say about the quality of the photos, in the colors and details, once hooked the subject hardly loses it. The problem lies in the slow AF. I found myself repeatedly to discard photos that came moved. It is a flaw that you can deal with but when the scene gets crowded it becomes a problem. I got to try it out even during some summer Night Football tournament. The situation gets tough because of the poor lighting of the fields and the speed of the game. Raising the ISO, allowing camera body, to the limit of accepting some noise you get with a pinch of luck some decent shot, availing of a monopod. Nothing remotely comparable to daylight but if the destination of the photos are the social networks are more than good. I conclude by saying, as always, that I am a fledgling amateur photographer for which I still use for most of the automatisms of camera body and lens but if you find this lens at a good price (I paid it around €400) is an expense of which you will not regret m A attention because if your purpose is sports photography you will be bisticking. Better to exploit it in less hasty areas, where the AF can take the time it needs to focus the subject.

sony_fe50_f1-8Sony FE 50mm f/1.8

Pros: Ideal for portraits, good brightness

Cons: AF Noisy and slow

Opinion: I purchased this lens at one of the Rce photo stores for the price of €150 and I tested it on the occasion of a baptism. Nothing to say about the brightness of this optics that allows you to shoot in places with low brightness, as asked precisely, without particular problems. After having tried it in several circumstances I found that it gives the best of if in the portraits, even if thanks to its lightness and compactness it is easily brought to every situation. Unfortunately the autofocus disappointed me as it is annoyingly noisy, especially during the ceremonies, slow and sometimes inaccurate. I state, as always, that I am a novice photographer for which I still use for most of the automatisms of camera body and lens but I expected a better answer from this fixed 50mm f 1.8 that however I always carry with me. It is probably just a matter of practicing and taking our hand with some small defect that for an expense of €150 is more than understandable.
