Nikon AF 28-70mm f/3.5-4.5 D

Pros: Sharpness, contrast,color rendering, sturdy construction.

Cons: Nothing

Opinion: Amazing lens! It exceeded all expectations. I bought it for a ridiculously low price in perfect condition and I want to say that it is not only amazing for the price that one finds it to buy but I think it competes with much more expensive lenses. Sharpness, contrast and color rendering are its strong points. I already had the Nikon AF 28-85mm f/3.5-4.5 which is also an excellent lens, despite all this I bought it even though I had read in an article by Ken Rockwell that between the two he considered the 28-85 sharper and I did not regret it at all for this purchase. I was more satisfied with the purchase of this particular lens.Recommended.

Canon 7D

Pros: Everything

Cons: Nothing (maybe a better sound for the shutter closing but who matters)

Opinion: I own several digital cameras (more than I once owned analog) always within my financial means. I have Canon, Nikon, Olympus, Pentax and one Fujifilm cameras. ``Having read so much about this particular Canon model I thought it should be in my collection. ``So, after waiting for some time, I found one in German classifieds at an extremely good price (155 euros) and in excellent condition (13,800 clicks). Handling it and my settings were very easy because I already had the 40D. And while I was still wondering why I bought this camera when I already had the 100D which is a masterpiece, with their same sensor resolution (18Mp) I could and did see the differences. And these are not found in the feeling of solidity you have holding the 7D in your hand or the fullness of the possibilities that the 7D again excels in which can be considered a professional model but also in the image quality the 7D excels (something I saw in the DXOMARK grading ). The image is more natural, sweeter, closer to the photos my beloved AT-1 gave me with film once. I must mention that one finding with this camera was that when testing Canon lenses I have (or those I have with Canon body mounts), this camera gave another dimension to those lenses, something more, something more beautiful in the end result. Also, as soon as I tried it on for the first time, my thought was to buy another piece... I love the 5D (classic) I have, it has its own personality, I love the 1 Ds (classic) more than the 1 Ds Mk II I also have, the Nikon D90 more than the D7100 and the Pentax K 10D as well as the Olympus E-510 which was also my first DSLR. However, this camera has earned a place in my heart. It has its own distinct personality, both in the feeling when you hold it in your hand and in the photography. It is enough for me to have only her with me because she gives me the feeling that she will not betray me. Buy it with your eyes closed.
