These Azure Kingfishers only hunt often(spesso) in this area for a 4-6 weeks in the year Steff.
I only know this because some other photographers let me know of the 'luogo segreto'.
This was the first time for me to photograph there.
This is one time when a zoom lens can be an advantage(vantaggio).
I pan back to the shortest focal length with the bird in the top left corner of the frame and the water in the bottom right corner of the frame.
With luck this will help me see where the Kingfisher will hit the water. I then have to make a big crop.
