This is the first stack posted with the Sony A7 camera which I own from a couple of weeks ago. Thank you my friend! ;) :) I'm delighted with its capabilities, especially the great sensor and, of course, the ability to do fast stacking sequences. Not everything is green though, the biggest glitch is the badly designed Sony RM-VPR1 remote whose long and straight camera connector tends to touch almost all my rails when the camera is moved to portrait mode. This is quite troublesome for me, either I wait for a better designed wired remote [ or an IR sensor on the back of the camera :-) ] or I have to change some of the equipment. A fresh image from today's early morning session. Since it was a quite warm and cloudy morning, I was only able to do some stacks of large, slower insects. 28 natural light exposures at f4, ISO 100 made with Sony A7, Olympus Zuiko Auto-1:1 Macro 80mm f/4 lens on Olympus Telescopic Auto Tube 65-116. |

Good background and light. I am not convinced, very cutting yellow flowers, but I think there was no choice. Buono lo sfondo e la luce. Non mi convince ,molto il taglio dei fiori gialli, ma credo non ci fosse scelta. |

Yes, I didn't have too much choices for this one, the lens was used at the lowest possible magnification (0.5X). What I could've done better is to rotate the camera in a different orientation but I doubt the result woud've been much better. |
