Cimitero monumentale Mirogoj (Zagabria 1876) Il cimitero monumentale Mirogoj, (significato : “dove si coltiva la pace”), si trova Zagabria ed è considerato uno dei più bei Cimiteri Monumentali d'Europa. All'interno delle sue poderose mura, riposano in pace personalità di spicco accanto ai semplici cittadini, e varie diverse religioni condividono gli spazi di questa imponente struttura, ignorando i contrasti che invece (forse) ci sono stati in vita. Purtroppo parte del colonnato principale è attualmente sottoposto a importante ristrutturazione, ma non mancano le opere d'arte che rendono questo luogo malinconico ed affascinante al tempo stesso.
