Il Carega ripreso salendo a Castel Gaibana dal Buso del Vallon lo scorso 13 gennaio, dopo la nevicata dell'Epifania, che aveva riportato (per poco) la neve in Lessinia. Nell'immagine è presente anche l'elicottero di Verona Emergenza e nel momento dello scatto pensavo tra me «speriamo che l'intervento sia andato a buon fine e che non sia successo nulla di grave». Purtroppo in serata ho appreso la notizia che l'elisoccorso era sopraggiunto non per una valanga, bensì per un malore, risultato fatale.
