A beautiful panorama of the New York skyline. You can see the long shutter time in the sky. How did you manage to keep the buildings on fire at 3.2 seconds without the microblur, well... I don't know :-/ What can I say: you have a very steady hand and you were good! 8-)
The only thing I would recommend if you happen to repeat the shot is to put a little less sky. Give more importance to the city by placing the horizon at 2/3.
